Our old meter is damage that was changed by jdvvnl in 22 feb.2019 but the wrong reading of old meter is calculated by department n generated the high amount of electricity bill. I have paid my electricity bill using the phonepe, my account got debited and i also received confirmation regarding that but when i checked after some it is still show bill due and amount is not credited to my account.
