Past 2 months, the electricity bill not recieved within a time limit or upto due date. We recieved the bill after due date, so jdvvnl charged heavy penalty from us.in this connection, we have already written complaint was submitted on dated 30/7/19 to asstt. Engineer, jvvnl (O & m) (Copy is enclosed here with for your ready reference.)
But this is not our mistake, so how i pay the penalty. Our k no. Is[protected]. Our electric connection is 43.00 kw.

Kindly do the needful.

I have paid my electricity bill by online payment mode using phone pay aap the amount has been deducted from my account but has not been submitted earlier it was showing that money will be refunded in my account but it is not refunded yet. I got this text that my money will be refunded within 7 to 9 working days but this problem has not been solved yet please do reply

Most pathetic service and very rude customer service. The aen person talked in a very unprofessional manner and was a complete failure in terms of handling the complaint. The service team did not respond for 5 hours. After that i was informed that they would arrive in 2 hours. The customer contact person used abusive language. The name of aen is k k gupta jain. Please take strict action against him. He should be immediately suspended from his post. Area bapu nagar jaipur.

This is not working so please resolve the problem. The road light should be in well condition in rainy season. There is so much required public service. We the people of manchapoorn balaji colony udaniyo ka was gudamalani barmer rajasthan

We have been facing a low voltage issue the whole day and night.in this hot scorching weather ac's coolers are not working due to this many electronic devices got damaged. We have been facing it like every summer. Every other summer we just asked our area electrician to repair it but nothing got worked. So this time i just request you to have a look about my complaint and buy new transformer for our colony (Manchapoorn balaji colony). You can also collect rs100 from each house for our colony to buy a new transformer.

Plz do not ignore it. It's a request.

I have installed an on grid roof top of 4 kw at my residence which has negative meter reading as on today is 1439 but company staffs are so illetrate that they do not even has the knowledge of export as well as import units. They consider my negative readings as ordinary reading at prepare bill for that. Even your se is also nothing to do with this. I have consulted him please prepare separate format for net metered connections. But each time solution is zero. My k. No.[protected]

हमारे घर का बिल हर बार ज्यादा आ रहा है और हमारे आस पास लोगों घरो पर चंकी फ्रीज कुलर पानी की मोटर चल रही है ऊनका बिल 250 रूपये से ज्यादा नही आता है और मेरा बिल हर बार 500 से 750 के बीच हर बार आता है!
और तो और यह बिल न.[protected] इन के दो बडा बडा मकान बना फीर भी इनका बिल 300रूपये से ज्यादा कभी नहीं आता है और पानी की मोटर चल रही फ्रीज भी चल रहा है टी वी चलती हैं
हर बार हमारा बिल ज्यादा आता है बिना किसी पानी की मोटर नही चक्की नही फीर भी
आप से निवेदन है कि हमारी सहायता करें तो आप की बड़ी मेहबानी होगी

In 2 february 2019 my electricity connection disconnected by j. En. Subhato ki dhaani, boranada,. I forwarded j. En. Report to boranada office. And then corrected electricity bill by aro b-5 boranada, jodhpur. And i have paid corrected bill rs. 14390. Agin your electricity board generated bill rs. 18775.00. I have submit application for temporary disconnect electricity. And don't generate any bill due to disconnect electricity.
After again. Your jvvnl board have generated electricity bill of rs. 18775.
Kindly please i request that correct these electricity bills. Because i have paid all past due payment. Rs. 14390. Thank you. I have to wait for your solution.
I have submitted all essential document blew.

I have deposited the bill amounting rs 7721/- on[protected]. Transaction was successful but due to department server error bank failed to transfer the amount to jdvvnl and returned the amount on[protected] as per my bank statement. I was not aware of this refund. Jdvvnl sent message on[protected] to deposit the bill with penalty. As per message i deposited the amount rs 8007 on[protected].
All this happened due to departmental technical problem yet i deposited the bill during the month. Please extend the due date till[protected] and adjust the penalty amount in my next bill.

One phase supply which is connected to my and other houses in nehru colony of falna town is failing frequently in night. On complaint concern j. En. Is always replying that he and his staff will attend and restore it in morning. No permanent rectification for this failure is done.
Also no staff is coming to attend even minor fault after 8.00 pm. I can't understand why one person is deputed to attend complaint calls when no staff is there for rectification of these complaints.
Please clear weather it is policy of jdvvnl that staff will not attend failure during night or the staff is avoider.
Please look into the matter and instruct concern jen/aen for permanent rectification of fault.

मकान की छत के नजदीक होने से आंधी, बरसात व सामान्य रूप से भी जन हानि की संभावना बनी हुई है ।
अतः श्री मान से निवेदन है कि बिजली खंभा मेरे मकान से दूर स्थानांतरित करवाने का आदेश फरमाए ।
