Sir, i am out of jodhpur from 1st june, 2018 and will remain out upto oct, 2018. I have received a bill amounting to rs. 3609/- against kno[protected] for the month of aug, 2018. Kindly send the copy of my bill on my mail id [protected]@gmail.com. I have already given a written application for submission of bill of close house but it seems that billing has been made on average consumption of last 12 months period. Kindly rectify my bill and send on my mail id referred above immediately.

With due respect i want to your guidance on my issue that i want to make changes in customer name and mobile no. Because the house where i am living at present i have purchased from the past owner and the electricity bill is approaching to me on his name. I want it on my own name.
So pls sir/madam guide me.

We, the residents of nandwan, rajasthan you that there is no electricity in our area for hours. We have been complaining for the last one year but no permanent fix has been done. It fails regularly in the evening hour. If the electricity comes in the night, then the voltage is so slow that nothing can be done with it. Now the problem is even more difficult because children's exams are going to start from next week.& more important thing is our area people throw a rock to transformer. Because when water suppling people use electric motor for lot of water. So help us.

We, therefore, request you to solve our problem as soon as possible. We shall be grateful to you for such help.

I live in kudi bhagtasni housing board 1 a 410. There is a problem regarding street light. Street light is not working . So it's difficult to walk .And the thing is it's rainy season .So we feel difficulty. So please change the street light or fix it. It will be very helpful for us.
So please fix this problem as soon as possible .Because it's rainy season and we feel trouble.

तनावडा फांटा पर industries काफी बढी हैं
पर लाइट management नही
कर्मचारी रिश्वतखोरी करते हैं
मे एक factory चलाता हुं मुजे काफ़ी परेसानी हैं
महोदय लाइट की कटोती (बिजली की कमी के कारण) से हमे इतनी परेसानी नही हैं जितनी बार बार कट जाने से होती हैं।
transfermer(11000 to 230 v) से output लाइट से fuse, new connection और दुसरे कारण से होने वाली परेसानी से निपट सकते है
अगर transformer पोल पर current cut out system (इससे 11000 volts लाइट को transfromer pole से ही disconnect किया जा सकता हैं।)
को अनिवार्य कर दे तो
जिस transformer के सम्बन्धित लाइट खराब हैं वहा की लाइट की ही लाइट काटे।
पर मोजुदा व्यवस्था मे ऐसा हैं ही नही
महोदय अापसे विन्नती हैं नये विधुत कनेक्शन मे current cut out system अनिवार्य करावे

अाज लाइट महत्वपूर्ण हैं तो
jvvnl का android एप मे लाइट कटोती, complaints, और jvvnl की व्यवस्था का पुरा विस्तार, अधिकारीयो व उपभोक्ता की duty को बताये
नये connection का एक दिन एक सप्ताह मे या समय निर्धारित करें

Dear sir Jaisalmer Mein Bijli ki kathoti Dino din baad rahi hai Jaise thoda sa Barish Aane ki wajah se Bijli Vibhag dwara current kar diya jata hai chota sa hold hone ki wajah se Bijli Vibhag Dhara pura Jaisalmer district mein connection kar diya Jata Hai Raat Bhar log Pareshan Hote hey इस कटौती से आम जनता परेशान हैं होटल डिपार्टमेंट परेशान हैं जैसलमेर बिजली विभाग का कोई ऑफिसर एक्शन नहीं लेते नहीं सही करते इससे आम जनता त्रस्त हैं अतः आपसे निवेदन है कि इस विभाग से संपर्क करके दिनोंदिन कटौती की वजह से लोग परेशान हैं अतः आपसे निवेदन है कि इस विभाग द्वारा जो मनमानी चला रही हैं इसी से आम लोग परेशान हैं होटल डिपार्टमेंट परेशान हैं होटल में कस्टमर रुका हुआ है परंतु कोई उसका समाधान नहीं है बिजली विभाग का गुंडागर्दी से आम जनता बहुत परेशान हैं सर आपसे निवेदन है कि आप इसमें सख्त से सख्त कार्रवाई करने की कोशिश करें बिजली विभाग पर के ऑफिसरों पर कार्रवाई करें अतः आपसे कृपा है कि जल्द ही हमारा समाधान किया जाए

waha office mai pata chala aapka last bill 7000 ka hai isliye kat diya gaya jo bhi sunwayi hogi wo tabhi hogi jabki aapka purana due clear karoge.

mujhe aswasan diya gaya ki aapka ek mahine mai settlement ka bill aa jayega.

abhi july mai wo settlement to dur ka baat 16000 ka bill bhej diya gaya hai .

maine kisi bande ko office bheja to koi application recv karne ko ready nahi. waha sab log idhar se udhar ghuma de rahe hai.

merepass kuch waha ke adhikariyo ke call recod bhi pade hai and sab recving hai jo maine pahle diya
so please mera matter chek karke mujhe settlement karakar bill bheja jaye and mera extra jama ka credit diya jaye

As of me, I complained many times on your toll free as well as concerned area electricity board, but they never responded satisfactorily. I must say it's a failure of your Department to serve us better.
