Sir i will online payment thought bill desk light bill of rs 17321 only to jdvvnl. Date 13 september 2018. Bill payment is fail but money not refunded in my bank account yet. K number[protected] and due date 10 september but bill payment is failure so i have penalty of late fees about 600 rs something. Plz help me sir soon.

Customer name harjariram i was paid bill on 24.09.2018 and from my account amount rs 1802 is deducted but receipt from jdvvnl not get so, please give me reply as much as early beacuse last date of payment bill is 27.09.2018.
What happened in case amount deducted but receipt not get. What i do next, please provide procedure not get receipt.

आपसे नम्र निवेदन हे की विद्युत् पोल सप्लाई पावर हमारे घरो से बहुत दूर हे और हमारे घरो और सप्लाई पोल के बिच दूरिया लगभग 2००-3०० फ़ीट की, विद्युत पोल पर पावर सप्लाई बहुत दुरी पर होने के कारन पावर आये दिन किसी भी कारन किसी पक्षी के बैठने के कारन या तेज हवा के कारन या बरसात के कारन किसी भी वजह से डोमेस्टिक सप्लाई लाइन या तो टूट जाती हे या स्पार्किंग होने के कारन घरो की लाइट ब्लिंकिंग करती हे लोहे का पोल होने के कारन करंट भी आता हे और एक ही जगह पर करीब १० कनेक्शन होने की वजह से शार्ट सर्किट हो जाता हे या कार्बन आ जाता हे और घरो की सप्लाई बंद हो जाती हे, जिसके कारण वर्ष में कितनी बार शिकायत दर्ज करवानी पड़ती हे और बेवजह से परेशानी का सामना करना पड़ता हे, आपके द्वारा सिर्फ पावर लाइन को और आगे तक ले जाने की जरुरत हे जबकि आगे तीन पोल लगे हुए हे कृपया आप इस और ध्यान देकर समस्या से निजात दिलवाने की कृपा करे आपसे यह उम्मीद करते हे की आप हमारी काफी समय से चली आ रही इस समस्या का समाधान करवा कर हमें राहत प्रदान करवाने का कृपा करे जिससे घरो और पोल के बिच दूरिया भी काम हो जाएगी सप्लाई लाइन हवा में भी नहीं झुलेगी और अनावश्यक रूप से जो परेशानी होती हे उससे छुटकारा मिल जायेगा और आपका और हमारा समय जो की बार बार शिकायत करने और पुनः ठीक करने में जो समय बर्बाद होता हे उससे छुटकारा मिल जायेगा कृपया आप विदित पोल और उस पर किस तरह से कनेक्शन हो रखे हे उसकी स्तिथि का जायजा करवाने की व्यवस्था करे

Euमहोदय, मैंने अपना बिजली का बिल माह सितम्बर 2018 राशी रु. 6741.00 दिनाक 10 सितम्बर 2018 को mobikwik के माध्यम से जमा करवाया था, परन्तु govt. Of rajasthan के electricity bill payment के पोर्टल पर उक्त बिल अनपेड बताया जा रहा है. Mobikwik से संपर्क करने पर उन्होंने बताया कि उक्त transaction successfully आपको कर दी गयी है जिसका reference id mk010071he9v है. इसलिए आपसे अनुरोध है कि कृपया मेरी राशि समायोजित करने अथवा लौटने की व्यवस्था करे, बिल का विवरण निम्न है:-

Bill raised 11597 (Units 1251) which was paid on 17.08.18 and second bill generated for 960 units 10062.

In bill meter readins reflects 285 +960 =1245 while in meter =1678 bill generated 11597+10062= 21659.00

Sir please solve my problem in my area line man every night 10 o'clock switch off the light it's is a very big line ( Arnay goliya line), if there is heavy rain or some wind then we understand he can switch off but like this there is no situation after that also he is not giving light, and many people are facing this problem, sometimes we are calling him and asking then he is not giving answer to us, he use to say only one word like big line is fold, but nothing is like this, he is making fool to us please sir I need urgent solution

Writen application given electricity office basni but and online 5 time call log but without phone tock and without visit many time fake call close . And dated 27 july basni officer name is mr harish ji given the new meter order and same day payment deposit . Payment deposit slip submet the consultant department name is mr umed singh . I am daily going office and tock to officer avere day new issue create .
Kindly chage the meter and solutions the my problem.

Sir, my employer pusa hotels private limited (Fern residency) jodhpur, address - 1 b/a police line to loco road, jodhpur city ratanda circle has got 50% exemption from electricity duty under rips 2010 issued by district level screening committee of jodhpur book no. 01 s. No. 48. From dated 28.08.2014

Despite repeated visits to electricity office at railway station they are not providing that us in bill so that we can get that exemption we follow up with natwar lal ji but as he was retiring he did not take any interest he just keep us busy and now also other concerned person are not cooperating and they are not making the case and forwarding to head office

Sir, from past six month we are not in rajasthan (Padiv village : sirohi district). Our house at above address is closed from past six months. But we are shocked to see our electricity bill generated rs.27807/-.
It is completely incorrect as our house is closed from past six month and we are in chennai (Tamil nadu)..

My home electricity not work or failure from last 8 hours. It’s problem frequently happen due to electricity wires, we are in big trouble that wires is in bad condition, almost 5 years. We face this hurdle. I have requested many times. Nobody listen and no one care for human life. Old wires still in use.
I request you. Please handle this issue and change wire as soon as possible and help us.

I. BHERARAMSUTHAR s/o ShreeBhagwanaram electronic consumer at Ramdevra dist - Jaisalmer (Raj) vide a/c no-1606/0064 Kno-[protected].
Elect. consumption unit wrongly forwarded by Meter reader for the month of May &Jul 2018 resultent I pannalised unit consumption of 101kwh Rs 703 and 5148 kWh Rs 38123 billing month of May and the Jul18 (bill no [protected]) respectively.
The present electronic disital Meter displays 3574 kWh and actual consumption from March 18 to July 18 is only 33 kWh.
Presently l am resigning at Jodhpur, repeated l have declared that my ancestral house at Ramdevra is locked there is no one to consume the energy. Refer previous complaint dated 13 Mar 2017 (lD 1895345)
Therefore kindly verify the matter and cause of repeated harrassment without no fault and may be issued corrected bill and care may taken in future also.

Sir, i am out of jodhpur from 1st june, 2018 and will remain out upto oct, 2018. I have received a bill amounting to rs. 3609/- against kno[protected] for the month of aug, 2018. Kindly send the copy of my bill on my mail id [protected]@gmail.com. I have already given a written application for submission of bill of close house but it seems that billing has been made on average consumption of last 12 months period.
