SMS was recd. two days ago on my Mob. [protected] that bill for K No.[protected] has been raised & last date is 26.6.2015 for payment but the bill has not been sent neither in physical form to my address nor sent by email to my regd. email ID so far. I checked with neighbours no bills for electricity have been recd. so far. Today is 17th June & do you expect that consumer will be able to pay your b ill within less than a week. Atleast 15 days time has to be given from the date of delivery of bill to customer for making payment as necessary finance has to be arranged.

Dear Sir/Madam, I am really disappoited with our Power House fields service officer’s. I have submitted thirec complaint regarding loose line in our street feeder. Complaint number is[protected] raised on 10th Jun’15 after 2 hours of complaint without resolution complaint has been closed. Again complaint raised on 13th Jun’15 complaint number is[protected]. we wait for resolution but after 2 hours complaint has been closed with resolulation . 14th Jun I have raised complation again complaint numbe is[protected] /[protected] and I asked for the same to call center executive on complaint helpline number they asked me “ AJJ pakka ho jayegi” . We have again and again raised the complaint but with site visit complaint has been closed. Due to this issue elcticity service not continue and fual the service line also. Hi, I want to inform you about the electricity theft done by mrs paras kanwar residence of reodar district sirohi. They have been using the old analogue meter which hardly works at all.they are having two different houses with nearly 15-20 people living (self and rented). Yet there is only one connection and that too is the old meter in which they have done something..the bill comes around[protected] rs per month. They even bribe the man who comes to check the meter and take readings. As a responsible citizen I want appropriate action taken on this. Sir, It is a Research Institute (Central Institute for Arid Horticulture, Bikaner) under Indian Council of Agricultural Research, Ministry of Agriculture, Govt. of India. We are facing non supply of electricity for last six days i. e from 17th May 20115. We have made several request to your department for rectify the fault. after lapse of one and half day they came on 19th May 2015 and disconnected our connection from main line saying that the cable box is faulted. they said that call us after filling of cable box on 19th May 2015 we have informed the JEn and AEn Mr Pachar for connect the wire. Till date we are unable supply the electricity. We are having a world class Tissue culture lab which needs interrupted electricity supply. We are trying to give the supply by DG set but 6 days are too much. We are also having our residential colony which is also facing the problem.
