    Dear sir, we are not given electricity bills since last three bills. We had to come to the office to enquire about pending bills. We were told that your bill has not been generated.we were forced to pay the bill without discount for no fault of ours.our office code is 3202220 and account no is 2302/0136 in the name of Ismat Saleem Ahmed . Even today I tried to pay the bill on line. The massage says bill not generated. Pl. look in to the matter and arrange to supply us bill and allow us to make payment with discount. Thanking you.

        Dear sir, I am resident of Pokran, Kechula Pana, Bandheva. LT cable of my house conection was burnt on date 23rd June 2014. Regarding this I submitted requirement for new cable in AEN, Pokran office. Till date I did not get LT cable and my conncection reparied.           Sir,
          I stay in prem nagar -3rd, behind sarvodaya school, near government hand pump.
          We all people are facing a problem because of jvvnl .
          Jvvnl has fixed electricity pole in our drainage system.(Nali)
          Because of this electricty pole, nali remains always chocked.
          Further, mosquitos are causing problem because of this nali.
          Please arrange to re allocate this electricty pole.

            Despite my repeated oral as well as written request, the official of the JVVNL, who are distributing bill in my area, is not supplying the bill at my residence i.e. 44-K-10, Second Floor, Jyoti Nagar, Jaipur. I also made complaint for changing my name from RAMESH CHAND BASHNAV to Ramesh Vaishnav, but no heed is paid by them. Last bill, amounting to Rs.5257, has not been supplied to me and I have deposited the same (under protest) using quick pay option through JVVNL portal as I knew from my neighbour that last date for paying the bill is 6/8/2014. Kindly direct the concerned official to do the needful in the matter and also to check the last bill issued against my account.               In jan 2014 dept. Change the metar at outside of my fact. Campus
              In march2014 and may2014 bill dept.Show old metar reding.We contact many time in your d-7 office for correction in bill but he told that ''you not deposit amount, next month bill automatictley correct''
              In jul 2014 we recived bill and sirprise that you show old metar no but reding not show and bill genrated of last year (July 2013) conjapstion basis
              We try to many time to contact your officer but we fail

              Please correct my bill from march2014

                  One of the three phases in not coming since last evening. We have also registered a complaint on landline phone. They replied that they are sending someone, but till date no one has come to recitfy the electricity cut. Kindly do it at the earliest.

                      Electric meter running abnormal i.e. very fast Dear Sir, Kindly note that my elcricity meter is running very fast or say it's suddenly abnormal functioning.I have recieved latest billin may'14 which was last closing unit reading of meter is 3 and latest bill july month was unit 566 today is apx daily basis 50 unite meter read i am visit near jvvnl office, but officer not responding same i complaint through online but without any reverts or call closed (online compliant no[protected] i would like to request pl. arrange to check my meter and if required pl. change it.                             Sir, Due to wrong reading taken by the meter reader my reading came more, for that i have wrote application to JVVNL Bhiwadi, they took immediately action and correct the reading, but they people don, t give proper respond, specially AAO Sharma G, who always said that come after 3.0 pm, , Sir, i am working in private company and it is not possible meet on this issue daily. pl. take action.

                              Our address in 13/1003, malviya nagar, jaipur. We are not receiving electricity bills from the last 8-9 months. Due to which we are unable to deposit the bill in time. But the employees of jvvnl are coming to home after 15 days of due date for disconnection of the electricity. This is very bad. You are not providing bill on time and expect us (We are working people) to deposit bill in time. How come? And it is humiliating to come for disconnection of electricity.                                         Please note i am receiving bills from March 2014 to June 2014 with marked ' L ' means house is locked . As a matter of fact my house is never locked in last 10 years. it seems intentionally such kind of bills are raised.


                                        Secondly in last one month three times different people coming and asking us for taking reading and they do not have any ID upon asking them ID they says we are from agency and do not have any ID.


                                        Moreover threatening us that either JEN or AEN will now talk to you.


                                        You are therefore requested to look into this matter and do the need full.
