The problem is no quality product I cnt wher the pant please replace
Before 6months I ordered 5 denim pants but i got the delivery yesterday that too only 4pants i got and the product quality is too low class. I want to return the product i am not satusfied with this.

    Hi i ordered 4 jeans for rs.1300 and in 4 diff colours in size 34 ..all brand jeans size 34 suits for me but ur jovial mart brand hip length all ok but in crotch its very tight and i cant sit when i wear ur jeans..so kindly return and give me size 36 or refund money ...quality is ok for this price but it no suits means there is no use .zipper and button will broke with in a weak anyway past Is past better u can solve I hope if not also no problem and I never buy single product in ur company.

      Thanks for your wonderful consumer complaints section. I have ordered for 3 casual trousers in HalcyonKart and i have received them under your name. But the problem is, I have received the wrong items ( received different color pants, it was stated a black, coffee and light brown color outside the package but i have received dark blue, golden, and light brown color)

      Kindly help me and get my amount back.

            My order no is[protected] dated 17.10.2016 payment done by debit card for rs 399 . It is over one month and 19 days, I have not received my product. This company jovial art.com is deceiving its customers. I complained 2 times before but no reply from the company, phone no given is always switched off, email id is bouncing back, what is this? This is the last time, I am complaint here, i[censored] will not send my product, I will complaint about this in police... take the matter very seriously, otherwise u people will come in problem.

Is there any other number where I can contact? The order is for 4 cotton kurtis combo and the payment is done by debit card, payment time is 17:40:37. Dated 17 th Oct '2016 . Is also not answering...what should I do at this time..?

                              I have order 2 product on[protected] and didn't received till today in status it is not showing my product details when I check it is showing of someelse..and the contact number available is switched off from last 5 days and if its rings no one will pick up the please try to improve ...ur website and tell me the status of my product ..

                                I have ordered a Jeans from a online shopping website called Jovial Mart on[protected] but still I haven't received that...I have received an email from Jovial Mart stating that due to some problem with EBS they are unable to send my product. Inspite of making payment on time I haven't received the order, this is so ridiculous. I have tried to contact them over phone and email but the both number and mail ID are false. Now 2days before I received an email from them stating that due to some problem with their payment gateway named EBS they haven't received my payment done on 10-09-16 and they also advised me to contact with EBS to get my payment returned back. The payment gateway also not entertaining my request.
                                The money which I gave to them is not huge (Rs 300/-) but I want them to teach a good lesson so please assist me how to solve this matter.

                                  I ordered black cotton formal shirt and 2 nos leggings .for that i already paid money through my debit card on August 4th 2016 against order no #[protected] in the name of subash but still i didn't got my proóduct, i mailed [protected]@jovialmart.in no response and called customer care no [protected] is switched off .please deliver my order or refund my money .

                                    Have ordered a formal pant on 31th august and have paid Rs899 by my debit card. I haven't received my product till now. They are even not responding to my mail contacted me, and their customer care no is not working. I am writing this complaint for the 1st time. They haven't contacted me even after i posted a complaint a week ago. pl cancel my Oder

                                    I have ordered two shirts on 25/08/2016 (order id:[protected] and invoice number: F0656DL16-1016). it has been delievered but the shirts are of different brand and different sizes. so i request you to kindly change my shirts.
                                    For the first time I ordered a Pack Of 2 Men Cotton Boxer-XL half pants in Jovialmart, Delhi based company vide order No.[protected] on 04.09.2016. But till today no communication from the company is received. The Customer care mail IDs do not work. Even the contact nos. do not work.I need the order to be delivered at the earliest or refund money.

                                      I ordered 10 led bulbs of 12watts on 21August, 2016 which order no.[protected] and payment made in advance before delivery But I received those led bulbs on 8 September, 2016.They are very poor qualities and there lighting to low. There are look like local and fraud led bulbs. There condition also bed so I am not satisfied those led bulbs . Therefore I want return its and refund my money. Thanking you. POORAN SINGH.                                         Orderd jeans, but till now not received, also the telephone nuumber [protected] is switch off.

                                        When send email to know the delivery status at "[protected]@jovialmart.com" then mail bounced and "[protected]@jovialmart.com" no email reply.

                                        Just received SMS for order confirmation.

                                        Payment has been transferred by Credit card at the time of placing order.
