I have not received 2 pairs of jeans...after paying in advance through my debit card...nor have I gotten any order Id number unlike the other conplaints that i have read on this page . Please look into the matter and resolve it quickly or give me an estimate of when I should receive my product. The date I made the order was the 12th of August 2016. The message regarding the payment from my bank and a separate message saying that it would ship my product shortly, yet no order id therefore I cannot track my order either.     I have ordered Pure Cotton Black Formal Trouser on 8 th august. Till now, i havent received my product I have paid the money by my debit card. When i am going to track, its showing a different shipping address. I am very much dissatisfied by the quality of service Jovial Mart provides.

          I have ordered 2 jeans from thi jovial mart.com website around 10 days back. with the given order number, i tried to track the delivery status. but with the given order no. it is showing the address of patna, bihar. i m from delhi. no customer care no. is working. one no. is there which i got from net. this guy, chirag jain once picked up the phone, i told him all story but since then he is not picking up the phone. sent several messages on his no. - +91-[protected] ut he is not responding. neither any of his customer care nos. are wrking. switched off everytime you call them - +[protected], +[protected]. seems to be fraud company...

            I had placed my order of cotton lycra light brown new trend trouser on 10th august.. And payment was deduct from account it's rs. 399.00 on same day... But still i have not received my order... Your care no. Is also switched off...

                    I ordered a pair of jeans on august 4, 2016 in the http://www.jovialmart.com/ site. the payment has been made by the debit card. after that i received a mail about successful payment. when i tried to track the order, it is not possible. also the support number is always switched off.

                    I complained here. After a lot of delay, with no provision of courier tracking, I received my consignment after 21 days. No doubt the goods delivered was ok. But it was very bad and nightmarish experience. Till the goods was delivered you will never know whether you will get the goods or not.

                      I have ordered one jovial mart 1 black dashing cotton formal shirt, but they had given me one brown casual shirt and size is also not mine, its entirely different what i have ordered in that mart, they are giving one. So, i have decide to contact them to return the product, but they are line was in switch off, not responsing to customers, these kind of mart should would not be like this cheap, i want my money back or else i will put a case on that mart.

                                    I have placed order 6classic formal shirts size 38 and 4 classic formal shirts size 40 on 21 july 2016 order no #[protected] and #[protected] respectively.
                                    but i only get 6 classic formal shirts after getting delivery.i doesn't get the 4 classic shirts.but the courier boy was take whole the amount(Rs 2678)of 10 shirts.why ur company have this kind of irresponsible work??
                                    and another problem is 2shirts of this 6 shirts quality is very poor and have stitch.i have complain on this matter. so i want to return this poor quality product and want to cancel this 4 shirts which i have not receive.
