Till now no mail or msgs has been received
It has promised to sent it by 7 days

But no order has been received
But my sbi bank account has already been debited

Really disappointing site.

10 LED bulbs for Rs.575 ordered from Jovial Mart on 17th Aug., 2016 by me and deliver the same on 7th Sept.2016 vide order no.[protected] .When I Opened the the pack in the next day morning, I surprised to see that some of the bulbs were broken into several parts. I took one to test which was seems to be good and connected to a bulb holder.When I switched on, the bulb exploded with a huge sound producing smokes. I have no courage to test the remaining 9 bulbs now.I studied the writings on boxes of the bulbs and found that all are chinese products.Now my question is :Why did they supply faulty bulbs? Why do day play with customer's life?Did they test the bulbs before delivery?Who will bear the money cost by me? Pl. help me to get the justice.

however i thought of canceling the order but got a call form you guys asking why you are canceling and i said that my size is 38 and the xxl is for 36 which i didn't know they said we will give you 38 size joggers and i got is jeans pant of 36 size tried calling your number but its not reachable please help me with this asap

I paid 370 Rs to jovial mart and order id #[protected] the product, it's been 5 days and i didn't get any update about my product status, all the provided landline contact number are switched off and i'm not getting the response on e-mail as well, some e-mails are showing that it's invalid, there is no point of contact or customer service team, do not deal with this website, it seems to be scam.

This is prakash, i ordered a combo of 4 shirts having order id[protected] from your jovial mart web site, till now there is no response from your side, every time iam calling to your contact number but the number is switched off, i did not face this type problem with any other site, two weeks back i got a message from your site, but it is also not having any information just it says that with in a week you will get deliver but till no i did not get the deliver, i want to go through consumer court if you not respond today this is my warning, i did not see this type of fraud site so many best web sites are there but i was tempted with your product thats why i did a blind mistake. Definitely we will meet in consumer court, good bye, don't cheat people
