I have ordered 2 jovial mart Lycra jeans 1black n 1 blue jeans of rs 599 from this site from net banking EBS payment reference id 59359193

Till now no mail or msgs has been received
It has promised to sent it by 7 days

But no order has been received
But my sbi bank account has already been debited

Really disappointing site.

10 LED bulbs for Rs.575 ordered from Jovial Mart on 17th Aug., 2016 by me and deliver the same on 7th Sept.2016 vide order no.[protected] .When I Opened the the pack in the next day morning, I surprised to see that some of the bulbs were broken into several parts. I took one to test which was seems to be good and connected to a bulb holder.When I switched on, the bulb exploded with a huge sound producing smokes. I have no courage to test the...

I request please deliver my order or reverse my money otherwise am complaint consumer court....

I ordered 2 boxer from Jovial mart on 25 Aug, tried to contact their provided email and cell phone but not getting any response, it states that company is fraud even consumer complaint cannot help victims.

I paid 370 Rs to jovial mart and order id #[protected] the product, it's been 5 days and i didn't get any update about my product status, all the provided landline contact number are switched off and i'm not getting the response on e-mail as well, some e-mails are showing that it's invalid, there is no point of contact or customer service team, do not deal with this website, it seems to be scam.
