I purchased one trouser grey coloured on 7-6-16 order number is[protected] i already pay the cash through debitcard. but u r not delivered my product.what is the reason?...

As per the add shown in Yahoo I made a online purchasr of 2 nos shirts after making the on line payment and My order no[protected] for 2 nos Shirt for rs 699/-and my payment ID is 56203218 through my SBI debit Card on 01/07/2016 but till date no response from the supplier and customer care phone no is either busy or not responding ....

I have ordered
1. 10w 10nos. of LED lights on 10/06/2016 amount rs. 525/- and
2. 32" Jeans on 14/06/2016 amount Rs. 299/-, which I haven't received till today. Please cancel my orders and pay back the full amount as you can't deliver my products in time....

Order did not received till date. I have given order on 2nd june. But till date I have not received my order and not get any mail from you. I have paid the cost in advance. If company is not interested to fulfuill the order then please revert my amount in my account. Till date I have not received any revert from the jovial mart. This transaction has give adverse affect of the online site....

I have ordered an item from jovial mart. The item not received yet and no more updates get. It shows an incorrect address when i track my order. Also the email adders is invalid and both contacts number are switched off.

When i track this item it shows an address in jharghand. But i'm from kerala. What should i do?...

I ordered 4 kurti combo of size s and 1 kurt of size xl. In place of it, 5 kurti of size xxl have been delivered which are of different design and colour and not the one ordered. It is of no use. The company is not responding of email or phone calls and the website is also fake. I request you to help me in the matter and ban the company. I want to return...

I had booked for three jeans pants(order Id:[protected].But i received only one blue jeans.Other two jeans are missing.
I had tried to contact through customer number, mail, facebook etc.But they are not responding.
I had made the order on 16 may 2016, but i received the order incompleted on june 4th 2016.Its take long waiting period too..

Please do not do any shopping from jovial mart online shopping site. It is a fake site and please do not fall prey to their duping tactics and never ever make advance payment for products.

Dont buy anything from jovialmart.com its totally worthless. Its a totally waste of money.

I have placed an order with order no:[protected] by doing advance payment through debitcard, payment was deduct from my account but there is no any updates received from company yet.When i am going to tracking order option the required field fullfield aftrr entering to track there is blank page shows.no any status...

I ordered this product in 12th may, 2016 and they do not receive any calls as provides in their website neither they reply to any of my mails. When i am trying to track my order status then it is showing order status of different person.
While ordering, it was written that i will get the product by next week but till now no response from them.
Kindly help me and take strict action against them....
