I have placed order on jovialmart.Com my order id #[protected] on 19 july 2016 which was expected to be delieverd on 28 july 2016 but still it is not delievered.
I can not see the status for this product. I have tried calling so many times and sent email [protected]@jovialmart.Com but jovialmart's customer care are not responding to calls and emails.
I want to know the real status of my order.
I want to cancel the order and need...

I have order two jeans pants in jovil mart . but i didnt receice it yet. I sent many mails to the customer care but no reply nd the mail is not sent.My order id[protected] booked on july 16. 2 jean of 599 rs . cash paid. But didnt receive the item yet. Cant track nd contact the customer care. I want my order or money back . otherwise i will complaint in consumrr court...

I ordered 3 jaggings from jovial mart and they send me 3 man's tousers and colours are also different which i ordered. I am trying to contect customer care no [protected] is switch off. They cheats me give me wrong product and cant refund my money pls help me it is a fraud company....

I had ordered 2 different sets of boxer shorts in packs of 3. when package arrived, they did not let me open in their presence, inside package all shorts of same color, and only 5 shorts.
This is absolutely ridiculous why would i buy all same color shorts ?????...

I have ordered two shirts and 2 kurthis on june 20. After one week i got it's been couried. However till now i haven't got my order is delivered. Please find the attached screenshot for complete details. Calling their customer care number of no use as they don't pickup the call.

Can anyone investigate or save other customers from loosing their hard earned money. Kindly do the needful.

I am wearing 40 no size marketing by the tamil nadu garments manufacturers for the past 10 years, which is the correct size for me... Accordingly i ordered 6 no of 40 size shirts with jovial mart pvt ltd, new delhi 110077 which was received and i paid rs 1870/= but the shirts received were very small sizes marked as x.. Which are unfit to wear.. Hence i request you to place these 6 shirts...
