I have placed order on jovialmart.Com my order id #[protected] on 19 july 2016 which was expected to be delieverd on 28 july 2016 but still it is not delievered.
I can not see the status for this product. I have tried calling so many times and sent email [protected]@jovialmart.Com but jovialmart's customer care are not responding to calls and emails.
I want to know the real status of my order.
I want to cancel the order and need my full amount back as i don't rely on jabong anymore for such a pathetic customer care.

                  I had ordered 2 different sets of boxer shorts in packs of 3. when package arrived, they did not let me open in their presence, inside package all shorts of same color, and only 5 shorts.
                  This is absolutely ridiculous why would i buy all same color shorts ?????

                                I am wearing 40 no size marketing by the tamil nadu garments manufacturers for the past 10 years, which is the correct size for me... Accordingly i ordered 6 no of 40 size shirts with jovial mart pvt ltd, new delhi 110077 which was received and i paid rs 1870/= but the shirts received were very small sizes marked as x.. Which are unfit to wear.. Hence i request you to place these 6 shirts with xll sizes which is equvalaent to size 40 here.. I shall even bear the shipment charges please
