Totally different from my complain, JOVIAL MART read my complain twicely & only after that u r able to answer.

& why JOVIAL MART is not attending any phonecalls of helpline? Are they have rights to harass?

Firstly thay have conform of payment was successfull & now they are saying the payment transaction was unsuccessfull!!!


How we have to belive like this type of website?

Totallly cheaters they are.

You are a cheater or scam online company. My order number delivered to someone in Manipur but when u called them they are also looking for his product. I have paid from my icici bank for two shirts. But still waiting for my product. Trying to call in customer care but no response as usual expected. If you will not delivers my product it would not a good thing. Either give my money back

hi, show some literacy rather than complaining it is clearly shown that you have not completed the payment process that is why status is showing incomplete. check your statement then argue on anything rather than without thinking and just complaining on online websites.
