Won 24k money promptly and when I request for withdrawal account got locked & balance got frozen due to their internal policy or reason & the below email received

                        As I have a account in Junglee rummy and placed a withdrawal on 31st agust and there was no response and I contacted the support care and said my queries and immediately they locked my account this not fair …you assure for a safe play of real cash and you cheat like this .kindly resolve my problem soon

                        My account is locked without any intimation and i have balance of 6150 in main balance and withdraw request was 2180 total amount was 8330. Without any reasons my account was locked I wanted to get my money
