Won 48k money promptly and when I request for withdrawal account got locked & balance got frozen due to their internal policy or reason & the below email received

              I am playing junglee rummy from long time. I have lost some money and won some money. But now suddenly what happened I don't know I got a mail saying there was an suspicious activity in my account and my money is also been freeze. It's my humble request to jungle rummy team to please unlock my account and release my money in the account.

              I filed the complaint against jungle rummy as my account on jungle rummy was locked and my money was freezed. I emailed them but I got same reply and same email saying there was suspicious activity. After filing complaint I called jungle rummy customer support and immediately my call got connected. I talked with the executive and with some time only I got email saying your account has been unlocked and I got my money back. Thank you

                  My jungle rummy account has been locked please let me know the reason of this . I have lost many of my money in the account . At last I won game of 2000rs and tried to withdraw an amount of 9500 but I got an email saying my account has been locked. Please unlock my account as soon as possible and release my money.

                        My Junglee rummy id is crv1956 and registered mail id [protected]@gmail.com.

                        Please help me to release amount of 21448, i don't know why my account has been blocked.
                        i received email Risk Management team: without any proper explanation what exactly suspicious activity i have performed.
                        I tried to reach from contact us page and requested to unblock my account but no proper response i have received. Also i req that if it not possible to unblock my account according to your TC then please release my account balance.
                        you are not allowing play its your wish but you can not hold my money release it,
                        i playing since last 5 rummy other apps like rummy circle, a23, paytm first, khelplay etc but never faced such issue,

                        last week started playing in juglee rummy, experiencing good game play but suddenly account blocked not only account you blocked my money as well.

                        please release my account balance

                        please look into this matter and do the needful help
