          I ordered a smart phone from jsutjaldi on 20th September and paid Rs. 5040 in advance for it from my debit card.
          I canceled the order on 31.09.23 as they delayed because they were being delayed by the merchant.
          According to their law it takes 10 days to refund any money paid from the card and they told me that they will refund the money by 01-10-23
          But today I did not get the money...

              Refund not credited still on hold
              I have purchased a two rmobiles but my refund is on hold and not yet credited to my credit card it has no customer care number to call. Why my refund is on hold please credit my money back to credit card

                              I have purchased two bags.. I have also make payment in advance. after 5 minute later i have canceled the order. more than 7 days has been passed i have not received my amount yet. Refund process is so slow. if i cancel my order on amazon or flipkart they refund the amount in just 5 minute. please do my refund

                                    I got a call from justjaldi representative asking me to follow a controversial procedure to received my refund. He asked me to open my SBI yono app & use YONO cash to get refund. When I told him to refund my money using original payment method, he cut the call & told me that he will cancel my refund request. This is extremely unprofessional & disappointing on part of justjaldi. Now I feel I have been cheated by justjaldi. I never had such experience with justjaldi before. The representative seemed not genuine.

                                      I had ordered earpods they were defective I told them the same day I encountered this issue that it is defective they told me to visit service station however it was the same day if was supposed to return because it was in window
                                      When I reached service station they told me that for the same product the warranty has expired and claimed two times that mean they send me a used product
