I had booked a ticket from vadakkencherry to chennai at 9.30pm. And i had called them 3 times for the details regarding vehicle, so they told me to call at 7.30. Finally they called me at 7and told tat the bus was cancelled. Actually the bus was from alley then till 7 they don't informed the passengers. Actually it was the journey with my 2 year old baby. While i asked the reason they r saying in a irespective way that there was a bus starts from pkd, either u can pick tat. Actually it was 40 km from my place. And they r saying that i need to share the seat which was in last also. It was a terrible experience with my baby. I will never suggest suresh kallada

    I booked a ticket from Chennai to Bangalore on 8/1/2018 in Kallada G4 travels but the service got cancelled that day and it has been nearly a month now that i have been asking customer care for refunds but hav not got refund yet.

    Every time i talk to the customer care they say it will be refunded in 5 workings days. But i haven't got any!

    I am soo much irritated with this. Do not book tickets with Kallada G4. They dont value their customer!

      I havnt got any refunds yet for the bus which was cancelled on 8/1/2018 from chennai to bangalore at 7am. Such a bad customer service and customer care center. Everytym i ask for refund they say they will do it the next day but its past a week time yet hav not got any refunds of my money. I have attached the photo of my ticket booked through red bus.

        I have booked to and fro ticket from salem to hydeabad through kallada travels for the bus (Metrolink). Onward journey dated 30.12.2017 (7.35 pm) and return ticket dated 01.01.2018 (7.00pm). I have paid an amount of rs.3360.00 for to and fro ticket. The details are :
        Order no : r33836033o33836034, ccavenue reference :[protected], order date & time : 29/12/2017 15:37:00, customer ip: 27.63.44.153, pay mode: credit card - visa, bank ref #: 071423, etc.,
        However, i found that, the onward journey was not booked by kallada and no message was sent. I went to the kallada salem point and inquired from the then available person. He saw the details and told, only two person were booked from salem other than me (Ramjivan singh).

        I have called the customer care centre i. E., [protected] & [protected] not less than 20 to 25 times. Either the phone are busy or not a single time responded. I am a regular traveler and this is the worst service i happened to face from kallada.
        The worst part is if you book ticket directly from kallada travels, no message is being sent till just before half an hour of the departure of the bus.

        I sincerely request the kallada travel to refund my one way journey ticket from salem to hyderabad without deducting a single pie. Also suggest to improve the customer care (People to respond on [protected]).

          We are regular users of your services between thanjavur and hyderabad booking through redbus or your portal.

          Recently i booked ticket for my son m phani srikanth from hosur to hyderabad for the date 30.12.2017 ticket no. Tkdn67763421 in your madurai-hyderabad service, boarding time 10 pm

          My son was waiting at hosur busstand, the pickup point and called your bus contact person as per message [protected] and came to know that the bus was late by one hour and reaches by 11 pm and the person assured him that he will call my son after arrival at the boarding point. My son stayed there only

          At 11.30 pm i got call from two numbers [protected] and [protected] saying the passenger is not available at the boarding point and they are starting the bus and they are already late by 1.30 hours.

          I questioned them how they can leave my son without boarding the bus at the midnight of 11.30 pm when he was waiting for them for the past 1 1/2 hour. If the bus is late, they have to bear the situation and get all the passengers in the bus. They passed wrong comments and misbehaved with me over phone.

          How ever, in the mean time i called my son to search the bus where it is parked and at last he catched the bus

          The reason why i am writing all this story to you is, you may be a corporate bus operator, serving the people up to the satisfaction, but the same apply to those who are on board also. Otherwise the confidence on your service will vanish.

          Please convey the feelings to your staff in the above bus and ensure not to repeat these instances in future.

            I have booked to travel from salem to thiruvananthapuram in sleeper bus. The scheduled time was 11.30. As the tracking gps was not functioning we called the office and they replied the bus was 1 hr delay. I with my two children reached there at 12.00am and waited till 1.30.             I had booked a ticket through mobikwik portal for bus from changanacherry to bangalore by kallada g4 bus. Reference no is ts[protected]oaqg on 2nd oct'17 for one seat and the amount of rs. 1283 towards the cost of bus ticket.

            After few hours, the bus agency kallada g4 travels calls on my mobile phone to inform that there is no such bus available and they are unaware how such a link got activitated by mobikwik and they would return the money.

            Not only has kallada g4 travels has put me in difficulty but there is no refund at this point of time.

            Hi this is sanal from thrissur today i had a worst issue my travelling schedule is 3:45 am from thrissur to trivandrum but the bus came and went at 3:15 also the bus guy was rude blabbering something.so such instances need to be punished also i need explanation i will attach my ticket along with my complaint.so kindly do the needful at the eod..

              I m travelling from ernakulam to blore on 17th september 2017 at 1.45pm. Driver stopped and asked wre u want t go i said blore he collected 900rs from my side after ernakulam around 50km one more person booked same seat den driver said to come cabin u ll get seat in palakkad. Amount paid but no seat. I told i ll complaint regarding this issue he said whatever u want u can do m not bother about becoz all my staff are like dis he was telling. Both drivers are worst. Never accepted from kallad travels. Checking inspector came in between i told directly m coming from ernakulam but no tickets was given. After that y u told like dis to checking inspector. Both drivers are harassing.. I called ur customer care no also no use.. Nobody was picking the call

                Hi,
                I am a passenger from kerala to banglore. When bus stopped for dinner, i saw few youngsters thrown waste packets on road side. A shop keeper stopped them. But then they thrown in a place where shops were closed. I think it is each of our responsibility to keep our city clean. I couldn't act anything that time. There was no dustbin near by.
                I felt kallada travels can surely take an action fr this and be a model fr other travels. If you can inform the passengers while bus stops fr food, not to throw waste packets anywhere other than dustbin or they can throw it at their home. This way vl be passing a great msg to the society as many people travels every day. Hope kallada travels vl surely take an action fr this and those who are reading this also vl agree with me and take proper action if they see any.

                Everyone together can make our society beautiful and it vl happen when good people take action :-)

                    I have booked kallada travels to go to kerala from bangalore to kerala. (Bus was non ac timing 5.00pm from 23d driver was ok web we are in bangalore once we comes out of karnataka gradually the speed increased and this bus rush into a car which they parked in the corner. By the grace of god nothing happens. But bus could not move from there also bad customer service they didn't provide another bus we find out another private bus n reached our destination.. Also m in bus right now 26/6/2017 6 0 clock bangalore 5$t bus came on 7. And now they increase the speed we r in tamilnad. Pls help us

                      I have booked a ticket in kallada travels scheduled on 12:15am, 24th june, 2017 from kalasipalayam bus stand, bangalore to hyderabad. Bus number was ka01ab0154 and it was an ac volvo semi-sleeper which has ticket fare of rs1400. I reached the location 1 hour before the departure. But their came to know that bus was running delay at 135 mins. The bus travel were not informing properly about the status of bus and very rude to the customers when asked about the bus. They don't know how to talk to a customer. After waiting long time at 2:30 am they asked to seat in another bus with same seat number. But this bus got broke down after 156 kms at around 5am. After that they made us wait for 4 hours saying that they are providing another bus from bangalore. After waiting 4 hours one non-ac bus came. They asked us to seat in this non-ac bus. We sat in bus irrespective of any seat numbers. First of all after paying ac fare of rs1400 why they gave a non-ac bus to travel. They should have provided an ac bus. And second of all there is a question on maintenance of bus which was travelling for 600kms broke down suddenly. Going in that non-ac bus was terrible as the climate was very hot and driving was very slow. We reached hyderabad at around 5 pm. That means 400 kms in 8 hours.in hyderabad also they should drop near lakdikapool as mentioned in the drop point. But they dropped everyone at hitech city as per their wish. This is not a correct way to deal with the customers. Fully unsatisfied and disappointed with the bus service. Therefore i request for refund of half of bus fare that is rs700 at least since i travelled in a non ac bus. Never recommend to take kallada travels buses in future.

                        I booked a ticket to hyderabad through abhibus for 22nd june 2017.
                        Being ramzan season i booked the ticket well in advance as these bus operators will increase the fare during these times..
                        Today on 20th june the said kallada travels guy called me and told bus is cancelled due to registration problem..
                        The truth is these people will cancel the ticket booked thru other websites and sell them for higher price.
                        Also when we cancel the ticket they'll take 50% as cancellation charges and when they cancel they must reimburse us with extra amount.
                        Now all the buses are full no tickets are available..

                          Pathetic service.
                          Irony u r saying that u put customer first. This is utterly non sense.

                          U make customers suffer by not providing necessary details about venue, bus no, driver contact no, if bus is late.

                          How problematic it is to just send an SMS. When u charge nearly 1000Rs for a ticket, can't u just send a message to the customers about pick up.

                          Customers can really get heart attack because o[censored]r dealers & staff.

                          Staff question us back even when Thiers mistake is there. Train ur staff first. Teach them basic etiquettes as how to talk to a customer.

                          Unfit to be claiming better service provider.

                            Booked a ticket from salem to vijayawada on 24/05/2017 for journey on 25/05/2017.. The ticket number is oonl469438. I cancelled the ticket on 25/05/2017 at 7am.. But i didn't get any refund.. I am trying to contact the customer care since a week but not able to connect as the lines are always busy.. Two numbers [protected] and [protected].. They say that they have noted my number and contact soon.. But still not received any communication.. Contacted the local office in salem, but asked to contact customer care.. Totally helpless..

                              The journey was one of my bad experience in Kallada Travels. We weren't provided water bottle this was very unsatisfactory.
                              There was a single driver throughout the journey and he was using his mobile phone for personal purposes while driving this was very unsafe act.
                              The assistant in the bus was very reckless and rude with the passengers.
                              The bus didn't reach the destination in the scheduled time.
                              Please look into this and do the needful as we care for Kallada's brand name and it's reputation since we have been travelling with Kallada for 5 years.

                                I was travelling from bangalore to cochin on 28th april 2017.. The reaching time was 7.30am.. It reached at 1pm... I missed my convocation, caught fever due to excessive travelling... When i asked for a reason, no proper explanation was given. Unfortunately while returning also, my booking was with the same people, ie. Same bus, same staff.. It was again late by an hour in the morning when it reached back to bangalore.

                                My dropping point was hebbal, but in madiwala i was told that this bus is not going to take that route so get down & take a cab...?? When i told him that i booked only because i get the dropping point as hebbal, the driver didn't even bother to listen. The driver was excessive rude & asked me get down if you want to.. Because this bus will go to kalasipalyam..!!

                                Is this a so called customer service?? Let the cleanliness of the bus be.. Is this how you talk to a female passenger?! I missed the entire purpose of going to cochin.. They were not even apologetic..!! This travels should completely shut down their operations... They dont have any professionalism, no punctuality, no service... Total waste of money!

                                  I had booked in kallada travels dated 28th April 2017, 7am departure. My serious concern is bus did not depart on time, they left at 8.15am made us to wait for 1hr 15mns. When asked about the delay they were not bothered to respond. They kept on ignoring us. I booked 7am bus so that I can reach Salem within 11am and attend meeting with esic officer. This is very pathetic and horrible service. They are not bothered about service waiting to fill up seats. Please take necessary action. I am attaching the ticket details.

                                    Yesterday(13.02.2017) i travelled in kallada travels from Cochin to Coimbatore.
                                    I booked ticket to Coimbatore not to coimbatore by pass.
                                    In the late night the asked me to get down at Coimbatore by pass and informed that it wont go to coimbatore town. There is no pick up van from coimbatore by pass to coimbatore town(Gandhipuram). The driver is very arrogant and irresponsible. Its really difficult during night time to get another cab or bus from the place where they dropped eventhough which is not the right place.

                                      Since passengers are from different backgrounds, that would be better if the management decides to play some entertainment musics else movie songs. The weirdest experience is that, the staffs are taking their own decision and playing hindu songs only, which is not comfortable for non hindus. Iam travelling from Pathanapuram to Bangalore right now[protected]:45PM. When i asked the staff, the response was "we have only this songs, and we need to go with full blessings". The same guy only was smoking in bus when i got into the bus.I dont this is the proffessional way to behave to the passengers since everybody is paying for comfirtness.
