I purchased advance gold purchase scheme in Chennai but before completion of the scheme moved to Mumbai. However I paid all the installments on time . Now when I went to Kalyan Jewelers store in Kandivali, they refused to entertain . Very poor customer service

      Hi team,

      I closed my 2 gold schemes which I have started in pondicherry kalyan jwelers .

      Due to my personal work I am unable to purchase jewels at pondy so, I opted t-nagar kalyan jwelers. Though I went around 7:45 pm on October 2 nd (monday) . We choose the jewels around 8:45 pm. They didn't explain the cost split up to us properly.

      We bought the haram with ruby which has the gold weight of around 38 gms .where I have paid my schemes which has totally 41.65 gms.
      I asked shall I take another ring around 3 gms but they forced to choose same gemstone ring because they will get some billing issue even I agreed and choose one ruby ring around 1.3 gms because of closing time they also insist us they will mail/whatsup thr bill but till date I didn't receive my bill and also paid in hand cash of 60, 000 extra without asking the correct split up as I believed your brand kalyan.

      I have also received the damage ring which has only 2 ruby in it where the certificate image has 4 rubies in it I have also paid all extra amout for that missing rubies and is that the way u the legend jewel shop will break the trust of your customer.

      I am regular customer for kalyan since 8 years but this time i got worst experience. I trusted your brand but it broked .please give me justification in this regard and also send me correct split up bill for my amount paid also.

      I also mailed kalyan customercare and concern branch also and called the shop several times but no proper response.

        I shopped from Kalyan's online store couple of times before, every time they delays the delivery. Since I like the designs again I placed the order thinking that previous delays are just an exception and they might have fixed the issues. Recently I placed order for two items and the due date is 6th October, but they informed that its going to be delayed. I seriously doubt whether the senior management is aware about this mismanagements.

          I purchased Dimond ornaments with Karve Nagar, Pune branch. item was large in size and I want to resize it but at the time of purchase, those guys told me to come next week or this weekend early in the morning and by evening will get resized one. so I purchased it.

          Now they are saying you have to keep that item with us for at least a week because we have to send it to the Mumbai branch.

          So before purchasing they spread wrong information and now after sell not responding properly and arguing.

                I am afra subeen your's kalyan jewellers customer. I paid Rs.3000 online payment on 28/07/2023 at 2.45pm. Amount debited in my bank account but not show in your Kalyan transaction, not received SMS on my registered mobile [protected]. Please verify and solve this problem as soon as possible sir. Yesterday i called kalyan jewellers and they told they can see transaction was done through UPI billdesk successfully but it was not updated in ledger. Please check this ASAP

                  I purchased the e-voucher of kalyan from my HDFC Bank against he credit card points. I go to the kalyan Jewellers Ahmedabad outlet, he says you can not purchase the Gold coin on these voucher. On HDFC bank side there is no T&C details. I am adding of photo of that guy who is responsible for these.

                    I visited the Kalyan Jewellery showroom on June 1, 2023 in Vegas Mall, Dwarka, with the intention of purchasing a ring. Unfortunately, my experience with the salesperson, Mr. Manish Kumar, left me deeply disappointed and dissatisfied.

                    During my interaction with Mr. Kumar, he introduced me to a scheme and highlighted its numerous benefits. However, when I requested detailed information about the scheme, Mr. Kumar seemed hesitant to share it. Despite my insistence, he claimed to have provided all necessary details, but only offered to generate the terms and conditions sheet along with the bond after payment.

                    Reluctantly, I accepted a printout of the terms and conditions, which I diligently read. To my dismay, I discovered that the document shared with me was outdated and did not reflect the latest version of the scheme. Furthermore, Mr. Kumar conveniently omitted mentioning the existence of a membership fee associated with the scheme. He also failed to provide an accessible online version of the terms and conditions for my reference, despite my request.

                    Regrettably, even after spending hours searching online, I have been unable to locate the updated terms and conditions. This lack of transparency and difficulty in obtaining accurate information has left me deeply frustrated.

                    Therefore, I insist that the scheme, which was mispresented to me, be promptly canceled. Additionally, I have decided not to engage with Kalyan Jewellers at Vegas Mall in the future, as I do not wish to waste my time dealing with such poor customer service.

                    I hope that my concerns are addressed appropriately, and necessary action is taken to rectify this situation.

                      I made a purchase from Baroda outlet.
                      I also offred my old ornaments.
                      Old ornaments were melted and machine identoified 84% purity of gold.

                      At the time of valuation of old gold it was calculated at 84% of prevaling 22 CT gold rate.

                      I am of the opinion that when purity is identified at 84% of gold the value of gold should be calculated at 84% of prevaling 24CT gold rate.

                        Seller gave unnecessary lectures about Kalyan’s saving schemes, he did not shown interest in showing different models, we liked a model and we almost decided to buy it in the weekends after discussing with our family, however, we wont buy it after the seller’s behaviour. He forced us to buy the gold despite of the telling him we have to discuss. We in-fact told him that we are waiting for dispatch of ADCB credit card through which we can purchase gold on 0% instalment, he forced us to pay using other cards. Even a fish seller wont follow this strategy, i regret this visit and we wont recommend any one to visit this unethical place.

                        Either change the employees or close your branches.

                          We enquired about bracelets and we were looking 3 to 4 models. The seller did not treat us well when we wanted to see other models. Finally we chose a model and asked a rough estimate so that we can think on it. The ### seller took a paper and wrote some stupid calculations and without our permission he went on to generate invoice and he was literally forcing us to buy the product. The worst jewellery in the world i have ever seen and i will never ever recommend to anyone who wanted to buy jewels, at the end the person trolled us for not buying along with other ### sellers. I regret entering into this ### “kalyan” jewellery!

                            Recently the store was opened in our city and we were very excited to purchase the article but we had very poor experience. First time we purchased product and it's strength and durability was zero, below average. Later when we visit the store to know why it has happened like that, we got very unexpected reply from the sales team.                               I purchased jewellery from Kalyan jewellers after hold deposit scheme for 6 months. Their was offer of 0 Percent making charges and they offered 50 percent off on making charges but they charged 25-50 percent making charges on jewellery and also my old jewellery was charged at old gold rate of last year, Their was total loss due to that. When you go to return or exchange they talk rudely and say that they will deduct money and no Cooperation on their part.Never go for their gold deposit or any other scheme.You will be cheated for sure.

                                  I have purchased diamond ring from store but due to quality on the first day one Diamond lost from ring which intimated the manager on very next day and also submitted the ring for repair as they had told me that waiting period is of 30 days ie 30 of March 2023. But I called the manager no on 3 April whom I complaint I did recieved a single call regarding ring status but the manager was so rude in his words .. poor customer service

                                      Very poor customer service by candere kalyan jewellers

                                      i ordered necklace online feom their website
                                      i need the product by 29th march 2023

                                      the product is not dispatched since last two days

                                      the customer care people are all liars, they cant coordinate with logistics team to get the product from past two days

                                      william is their customer care person who is lying from past two days

                                      never ever order online from their website u will end up regretting and by the time u will get the product ur special occasion will be over
