Dhan Samriddhi Scheme

We have booked a scheme- Dhan Samriddhi Scheme in Kalyan jewellers Lokhandwala branch and the scheme is completed by 15th Aug 2022.
After this we visited the branch 4 times and all the times we were disappointed with the type of service. Once we were so frustrated that we were ready to buy gold coins and just wanted to get rid of the Scheme, but then also they denied it inspite of written in terms and conditions of the scheme document.br...

Fraud gold scheme

Hi, i have taken memebership from kalyan in which they promised that we have to pay an amount for 11 months then same amount will be paid by kalyan for 12th month and additionally they will give us discount on making charges and all. Misleading and not delivered item after full payment

I purchased a pendent online from Candere, order # 965940 dt 16.09.2021, successful payment completed in full at the time of order through electronically. expected delivery date was 5.10.2021 but still not delivered. every time contacted them they excused for anther 2-3 days, even today they told me the same thing, asked to share the logistics details, not given. i am regretting on my decision and strongly feel kind of fraud is circulating....

Failed payment and refund of money.

Today on 18th sep 2021, I was paying my monthly installment through Google pay. The money has been withdrawn from my account. GPay customer service says, the money has been withdrawn and filed the complainant to merchant. Payment amount is 3000/-.
I just want my money back to pay my installment again....

Complaint regarding the scheme dhan Samriddhi scheme

Hi,
I am writing this mail to find your attention towards a serious issue that i am facing because of kalyan jewellers
I actually bought a scheme on 18april 2021 for 6 months from kalyans mohali, in which i had to pay rs5000 each month and i would be getting 37.5% interest on my amount making my final amount to be around 37000rs at the time of maturity of my scheme i.e. 18 oct 2021

I have invested in the DHAN SAMRIDDHI 6 scheme for 6 months, where I have invested 20, 000 per month for 6 month. I was informed by the Sales man of the Kalyan jewellers that the return which I will get on total scheme will be 1, 30, 000, which I have confirmed twice with them. Also, they mentioned the same. Payment debited from bank, not updated in kalyan ledger

Without informing customer they are providing insurance for jewelry

akshaya priority 4 scheme

ecs debit mandate stoppage confirmation

I took a scheme (Dhanvarsha) of 10000/- month debit from kalyan store of pitampura with ecs mandate. Ecs could be processed only after 3 months claiming they were supposed to take one more signatures.. Which they failed to take. Now my tenure of debit is over in august 17 and i am asking it should not debit in sep.. They are not able to confirm. For each work 100 times follow up.. Very poor resonse and action...
