In this kalyan Jew I'm paying some amt for saving to buy a gold coin abt 11months as i selected ring after 8 months now I'm finished tht 11months now I'm asking gold ring they a refusing to give ring n saying to pay extra money for tht same ring. Kalyan Jewelers is absolutely a Cheating Jeweler. What Mr. raj.kumar99 uploaded is totally incorrect. They still follow the same method. We have to select from a brochure given to us and not anything other than that. If we want the item we choose other than the brochure shown, there should be extra charge. Mr. raj.kumar99 seems to be their own person or making false statement about the company. Or he has been paid for making such statement....

Hi, I have a Gold saving scheme with Kalyan jewellers.At the begining of the scheme they have told that I have to pay 12 installments and at maturity I will get one installment as bonus with that amount I can buy any ornaments/coin from their jewellery.But after 6 month they informed that they have changed the scheme due to some RBI rule and I have to pay 11 installments and I have select a gold ornament at this point and this ornament...

we purchased Bangles at Kalyan jwellery Hyderabad on NOV 15 2013as we were involved in 1 year scheme, They claim that they have rate card etcetc.. but everything is heights of cheating as they make jwellery few months back and when go to purchase they charge exorbitant making charges ranging more than 15 % at the minimum and it goes up to 30 % at current market price. I have sold my digigold on 21/05/2025 using my digigold online by candere.

Mentioned time duration for credit of the amount is 3 working days, today the date is 25/04/2025. I have received confirmation of bank account transaction on time . But so far i have not received any amount credited in my account for sales i made.

Despite of serveral attemps to communicate with customer care through email (24/04/2025 & 25/04/2025) and through watsapp on 25/04/2025, no replies for those.

I request the immediate action on it.

Its very unfortunate that a solitaire ring which was bought few years back with a trust that a good brand like kalyan will provide quality product.
But yesterday my wife have seen the solitaire missing from her ring and we all are in disarray and can't imagine that something of that sor can actually happen.

A similar product from a local jewellery shop is still going good and i never before faced anything of this sort.

Now the queation here is, Who is reaponsible amd who's pay for this loss !!

I have done my payment of 4000 RS of my scheme coming with Customer Id: [protected] and enrollment id: [protected]. The amount is deducted from bank with reference id:[protected] to PAS Online - KALYAN JEWEKKERS INDIA LIMITED with payment id: pay_o7YrfmQcXy6piL but its not reflected in my scheme details and ledger in https://payments.kalyanjewellers.net/schemeList .

I placed an online order for 2 platinum rings for my relative in India. I am residing in USA and placed online order on April 7th Sunday. When I clicked pay, the portal said "payment failure" but the amount was debited from my account on the same day. I gave my relative phone number in India and my gmail id. I received an email saying I will get refund in 5 to 7 days! which is ridiculous. I chat with the customer support, he said it is refunded but email said refund is initiated! I still did not get my money (Rs37, 740) back. I have given my mobile number to the customer support but no update from them. How long should I wait? I have never experienced such a bad online transaction! My money must be credited back in my account ASAP!

Today I made a payment of Rs 7000 for my installment as per the scheme opened in kalyan jewellers in month of November 2023. I made payment using upi, Phonepe and over there as well as in my bank account I have proof where it shows that the amount has been successfully transferred to kalyan jewellers. Now my moto to raise this complaint is either get the same amount reflected under my scheme as installment and if not refund my money back asap.

Waiting sinces 1 hrs to buy gold ornaments but no jas been yet there to attain me show the jewellers

This is for third time i am complaining about your staff no response from your side your staff are getting worse day by day now they start teasing my staff girls. And they continuously staring at my store opposite of your store in kakinada Andhra pradesh. Expecting quick response and strict action against them thank you.

Description: I had previously bought a number of jewellery at the store mentioned above (Kalyan Jewellers Ahmedabad). I also had a scheme with them which is now completed. I kept getting phone calls from them while I was overseas. I have international roaming in my mobile for business purposes. I had complained at the office and the store and they promised me that I would not recieve any more phone calls. However they keep putting my name on their call list. I had blocked their numbers . They still use different number to call me and harrass me to buy their products. I have told them that I am not in Ahmedabad. However they still keep harrassing me. I regret doing business with them.

I am at my wits end as to how to stop them from calling me. I probably have to file a police complaint.

I purchased advance gold purchase scheme in Chennai but before completion of the scheme moved to Mumbai. However I paid all the installments on time . Now when I went to Kalyan Jewelers store in Kandivali, they refused to entertain . Very poor customer service

I closed my 2 gold schemes which I have started in pondicherry kalyan jwelers .

Due to my personal work I am unable to purchase jewels at pondy so, I opted t-nagar kalyan jwelers. Though I went around 7:45 pm on October 2 nd (monday) . We choose the jewels around 8:45 pm. They didn't explain the cost split up to us properly.

We bought the haram with ruby which has the gold weight of around 38 gms .where I have paid my schemes which has totally 41.65 gms.
I asked shall I take another ring around 3 gms but they forced to choose same gemstone ring because they will get some billing issue even I agreed and choose one ruby ring around 1.3 gms because of closing time they also insist us they will mail/whatsup thr bill but till date I didn't receive my bill and also paid in hand cash of 60, 000 extra without asking the correct split up as I believed your brand kalyan.

I have also received the damage ring which has only 2 ruby in it where the certificate image has 4 rubies in it I have also paid all extra amout for that missing rubies and is that the way u the legend jewel shop will break the trust of your customer.

I am regular customer for kalyan since 8 years but this time i got worst experience. I trusted your brand but it broked .please give me justification in this regard and also send me correct split up bill for my amount paid also.

I also mailed kalyan customercare and concern branch also and called the shop several times but no proper response.

I shopped from Kalyan's online store couple of times before, every time they delays the delivery. Since I like the designs again I placed the order thinking that previous delays are just an exception and they might have fixed the issues. Recently I placed order for two items and the due date is 6th October, but they informed that its going to be delayed. I seriously doubt whether the senior management is aware about this mismanagements.

I purchased Dimond ornaments with Karve Nagar, Pune branch. item was large in size and I want to resize it but at the time of purchase, those guys told me to come next week or this weekend early in the morning and by evening will get resized one. so I purchased it.

Now they are saying you have to keep that item with us for at least a week because we have to send it to the Mumbai branch.

So before purchasing they spread wrong information and now after sell not responding properly and arguing.

I'm Shwetha I have paid rs 5000 through UPI Razorpay on 18/08/2023 at 5.00 pm already debited from my bank account but showing pending in transaction ledger so kindly check this issue as soon as possible.
