I am Gunnapur and i have completed DME in 2013 from KSOU university but still I did not receive completed certificate from university from last 10 years, I have reminder to institute person to provide certificate and called so many times to institute, they are not responding to my call also....

I have got 4 semester certificates & provisional certificates, but I have not got my diploma & migration certificate yet. I have completed my course from 2013 to 2015, please let me know my certificate as soon as possible. And also, please provide (NOC) no objection certificate.               At first i am introducing myself, i am Mihir Patel, student of sun marsh institute reputed study center Vadodara Gujarat, under KSOU (Karnataka state open university), my enrollment no.-12771FDCS0001,
