I have booked ticket in the KSRTC online website on[protected] with booking reference number OB52694067, I paid amount through phone pe wallet, transaction ID T2212022058480498067055, order IDYPHW[protected], I contacted KSRTC customer care, they told that amount will be refunded, but still amount not refunded...
