Hello team,

Yesterday i had deposited in deposit machine rs.4200/- in ameerpet branch (1490) at 25th jan, 2018 19:26:00.
I got message also amount is deposited successfully, after 14 minutes showing rs.-4200.00 in my account through online banking.
They are not giving the correct response.

I want return my money, and from this bank all are worst services.

Even swiping also not working and internet banking not working properly.

I want immediate action on this.

I transfered 5000/- to icici bank from karur vysya, the money was deducted but money was not sent to the bank.can you please check it out.

    I have maintain my current account in kvb. They detected rs.590 twice. After that i spoke to branch they told maintain minimum balance rs.10000. After that i have deposited rs.10000. But again they detected rs.590. What shall i do. Why kvb cheating customers like other bank. Resolve my problem as soon as possible. Refund my amount to account

    Poor Pooooooooooooor service from KVB and Poooooooooooooor response from the G.N Chetty Road Bank persons. Is that any way to escalate this issue to any higher authorities. I am pissed off and irritated.

      I have taken a loan from them, loan no. [protected], my emis are due by rs.1519706/- from oct 1, 2017. By today i paid total of rs. 366643/-. Can any one imagine how much penal interest they charged and deducted for just 2 months for the amount of rs.1519706? They deducted rs. 55278/-. Is this we call as scheduled bank? Why rbi entertains this sort of bank to cheat public and charge like this. I want all the suffers of kvb to become one and let us raise our wise to rbi and all possible channels, let all other know about this cheaters. Respond to this one who all want to join or send me an email personally.

      I have taken a loan No. [protected] and they are charing 14.8% as rate of interest and after lots of struggle it got reduced to 13.8%, where as after demonetisation and after RBI amended the rate of interests, they are still not ready to change rate of interest and no bank in India charges 13.8 as rate of interest by today and the loan is taken under floating rate of interest. In their website itself they mentioned https://www.kvb.co.in/global/MCLR_rates.html as 9% MLCR for above one year, so it should be max of 11% should be rate of interest, after approaching multiple times this stupid bank, still they didn't reduce and I am keep paying with higher rate of interest. Please don't go to this bank and join the hands with me, we will move this legally and move to RBI.

        We use to have savings account in your bank but we have closed the same somewhere two years back. But since date we are receiving your mails about aadhar updation, etc etc...

        Your bank does not have policy to delete mail id from the records so that old customers wont get irritate from the same.

        Update the standard of the bank and standard of the services too.

Also i had paid that amount with all charges, second time i request loan to early salary they approve my loan but still am not get money from them.                 I made online payment for nios admission for this site http://dled.nios.ac.in. rs.4545 has been deducted from my visa debit card of karur vysya bank on 30 september 2017.

                I made online payment for nios admission for this site http://dled.nios.ac.in. rs.4553 has been deducted from my visa debit card of karur vysya bank on 04 october 2017.

                But there is no response update or confirmation. Still this site http://dled.nios.ac.in asks for payment.
                I communicate with my bank, they told the amount is transferred.
                And i also communicate with the education institute but they didn't receive amount.
                I am unaware where the amount gone.
                Can you please clarify about the deducted amount?
                Please help me for this issue. Looking forward to hear from you.

                  I had an accoun t in kvb long back its pmjdy account now i want to know the details of it, am having only debit card, i agree am failed to clear my verification but i asked the cc agent to know my account status
                  He is not ready to help me out,

                  Now is this the way u treat the customer when customer is in need, the guys who was sitting over there they don't have any concern to help the customer's, top of that speaking rude saying that can't share the details.

                                19/10/2016. Our mail sent on 22nd September 2016 to the Chief Manager of
                                KVB, Sector 14, Gurgaon was never acknowledged as usual. Pl intervene and
                                get the maturity amount of Principal Rs 75, 000/- and interest deposited in our savings a/c [protected] as requested in the original mail. We are at

                                  I deposited a Money ₹7, 600 through deposit machine on yesterday to a Kvb account holder. After Transaction I get a Receipt From Machine that was deposited done.                                     I am a rural area customer every month they are putting minimum balance charges and now made a sum of total rupees 2308.73 (Attached screen shot) and i just open account for saving but on my account it shows "account type: saving & current" (Attached screen shot) i just hold this account since i have deposited rupees 10, 000/- as fixed deposit for savings for 10 years and saving account is maintained for kyc purpose (Screen shot of fixed deposit attached) seems kurur vysa bank targets the interest they provide for 10 years of deposit. It is astonished to see indian prime minister speaks more about "pradhan mantri jan-dhan yojana" today and banks like kvb make customers for extra income. Please look into my issue and remove your hefty fine amount for just having fixed deposit in kvb and linked with my saving account.

                                    i have a current account in huf status in your cuddapah branch. the balance in my account is around rs.13722/- as on 31.03.2018. i have recd kvb statement for april 2018 showing a debit charge of rs.590/- towards avg balance charges stating that charged by HO. Kindly intimate us what is the minimum balance to be kept in a current account to avoid debit chgs of rs.590/- every month. if this is continued like this we may have to close the account and go to another bank for our account.

                                    kindly inform me the balance to be maintained in a current account to avoid charges like this monthly.

                                        My husband is an ex-servicemen recently retired from indian army after completing 30 years of service. right now he is working in a private concern.in last may we approached your bank for personal loan. the branch manager asked us to submit all the documents. we got legal opinion from concerned lawyer who was recommended by the bank people. one fine day the bank people visited to our residence and verified with relevant documents. after 2 months today the bank manager has declared that we are eligible for loan. they would have been denied when we approached first time itself. pls explain why we are eligible for loan.
