Dear sir,

Iam s. Uma rani having sb a/c in kvb kalyan nagar branch, hyderabad.
My a/c no:[protected] & customer id:15644352.
On 09/06/2018 i have transferred rs.1000/- to amazon.
Amazon customer care people said the amount was not reached to amazon because order was cancelled.
But, as of on date i have not received refund of rs.1000/-.

Check from your end and process my refund immediately.

I am attaching bank statement and mail given by amazon for your reference.

Hello sowmyasahithi,

I understand that you are concerned as you have been charged rs 1000 while loading the money to amazon pay balance account, however the order was cancelled due to payment issues and you have not received the refund amount yet.

Please let me explain what happened here.

I would like to inform you that our system waits for 15 minutes for your bank to give us the payment confirmation after you’ve made the payment. If we receive the payment confirmation after this 15 minutes window is closed, payment would be automatically declined.

The payment was declined from your bank side hence we didn't receive any payment confirmation from your bank side hence the order was auto cancelled.

As our system hasn't received the confirmation from your bank within 15 minutes, your amount was automatically rolled back to your bank account.

Please do not worry, though we haven't received any amount for the order, i will surely guide you so that you can get your refund back.

As you have not received the amount yet, i request you to please contact your bank and raise a charge dispute for that particular transaction stating that "beneficiary hasn't received the amount".

At that time, they'll see a pending refund and will follow the path back to our payment processor to locate the refund.

Rest assured, you will receive your refund very soon.

If there is anything else we can do to make things easier for you, please let us know, we will surely help you.

My account had been debited twice in a swiggy transaction. Swiggy the had refunded a amt to my account but my balance doesnt show it when I enquired with swiggy they said that it has been transferred and they gave me a cybersource reconciliation id

    Iam tammareddy meghana. I have ordered food on zomato using kvb debit card. Due to some issues the order got cancelled and they have refunded my money i. E, rs.415 on 1st of june. Till now i didn't get my refund amount. I have contacted zomato, they are teling that they have refunded it and asking me to consult bank. I tried by calling to kvb customer care but they were not helpful that they are asking me to visit bank and lodge a complaint. The refund amount reference number is 74332748153815281816797. Iam attaching the bank statement of my kvb account. Kindly help me regarding this issue.

          Dear sir/madam,
          On 28.04.2018 i have subscribed yojana (Magazine) from www.yojana.gov.in using visa debit card. First time the website intimates there was transaction failure but the amount was debited rs.230/- from my account number at (13:28:43). Then second time i try to made the payment, that time also the same problem (17:55:16). So you have debited two times rs. 230+ 230. Both time there was transaction failure. The receipt also doesn't generated. So please refund the deducted amount to my account.

              Today 30-03-18 i went to atm and withdrawed 500 rs from atm but money is debited from my bank a/c and not received from the atm after 2-3 min money was credited into my a/c. After credited of my a/c again i attempted to withdraw money from atm of rs500 but money not received from the atm but debited from my bank a/c. So i request to resolve this isuue as soon as possible.

                I have maintain my savings account in kvb. They deducted rs.1100. After that i spoke to the sivanandha colony coimbatore branch they told me maintain minimum balance rs.1000. The branch responsible person did not inform us while opening the bank account and they said to us only 500 rs have to maintain every month, now i have so many deductions from my accounts without informing me i'm raising my complained to the branch manager now they are telling have to maintain rs.1000. What shall i do. Why your bank people are doing like this to presiuose clients why kvb cheating customers like fraud. Resolve my problem as soon as possible. Plz refund my amount to account.                   This is regarding the case of banks's behaviour. Where in spite of reduced interest over a year, the bank never reduced for me.
                  While asked from mr. Sudhakar (Bank officer) & mrs manisha (Bank manager), they asked to send a request mail for the same.
                  I sent the application letter via mail almost six months before to mr. Sudhakar. But there is no response however there are promises been done by both the bank officers.
                  There is clear directive from rbi to pass all benefits to home loan payer of interest reduction.
                  Now even if no one listen's then i have to go to consumer court only.

                  Pl advice where i can go against this bank.

                    Yesterday i had deposited in deposit machine rs.4200/- in ameerpet branch (1490) at 25th jan, 2018 19:26:00.
                    I got message also amount is deposited successfully, after 14 minutes showing rs.-4200.00 in my account through online banking.
                    They are not giving the correct response.

                    I want return my money, and from this bank all are worst services.

                    Even swiping also not working and internet banking not working properly.

                        I have taken a loan from them, loan no. [protected], my emis are due by rs.1519706/- from oct 1, 2017. By today i paid total of rs. 366643/-. Can any one imagine how much penal interest they charged and deducted for just 2 months for the amount of rs.1519706? They deducted rs. 55278/-. Is this we call as scheduled bank? Why rbi entertains this sort of bank to cheat public and charge like this. I want all the suffers of kvb to become one and let us raise our wise to rbi and all possible channels, let all other know about this cheaters. Respond to this one who all want to join or send me an email personally.

                        I have taken a loan No. [protected] and they are charing 14.8% as rate of interest and after lots of struggle it got reduced to 13.8%, where as after demonetisation and after RBI amended the rate of interests, they are still not ready to change rate of interest and no bank in India charges 13.8 as rate of interest by today and the loan is taken under floating rate of interest. In their website itself they mentioned https://www.kvb.co.in/global/MCLR_rates.html as 9% MLCR for above one year, so it should be max of 11% should be rate of interest, after approaching multiple times this stupid bank, still they didn't reduce and I am keep paying with higher rate of interest. Please don't go to this bank and join the hands with me, we will move this legally and move to RBI.

                          We use to have savings account in your bank but we have closed the same somewhere two years back. But since date we are receiving your mails about aadhar updation, etc etc...

                          Your bank does not have policy to delete mail id from the records so that old customers wont get irritate from the same.

                          Update the standard of the bank and standard of the services too.

                                  I made online payment for nios admission for this site http://dled.nios.ac.in. rs.4545 has been deducted from my visa debit card of karur vysya bank on 30 september 2017.

                                  I made online payment for nios admission for this site http://dled.nios.ac.in. rs.4553 has been deducted from my visa debit card of karur vysya bank on 04 october 2017.

                                  But there is no response update or confirmation. Still this site http://dled.nios.ac.in asks for payment.
                                  I communicate with my bank, they told the amount is transferred.
                                  And i also communicate with the education institute but they didn't receive amount.
                                  I am unaware where the amount gone.
                                  Can you please clarify about the deducted amount?
