money debited for atm transaction

Sir, i am having account in karur vysya bank, due to lock down finance ministry said there won't be any transaction charges for atm transaction in other bank but karur vysya bank charged me for doing atm transaction in other bank i request you please see that my amount is credited in my account, they charged around 80 rs for doing transaction in other atm...

On 11 march when i logged in to my mobile banking app (Kvb dlite) i see that there is a new account (I am not really sure when that was created). I see 2, 596 negative balance in that account. Account number is [protected]

refund issue

I am bharathi. I have ordered mobile back case on amazon for rs.189/- using kvb debit card on 2nd feb 2020. Due to some issues the order got cancelled and they said my money will be refunded in 4 business days till now i didn't get my refund amount. I have contacted amazon, they are telling that they have refunded it and asking me to consult bank. The refund amount reference number is 66z06ad00000k641lc2u. Kindly help me regarding this issue....

zomato orders

refund not credit in my account

refund amount not credited in my account

Iam vijayakumar and i had ordered (Mobile) of rs.13999 (Samsung m30s) in amazon on (28.9.2019). Due to. Some issue order got cancelled. They said my money will be refunded in 4days.. Till now i didn't get refund amount.. Amazon send this reference number (0rzv1aaw0000k0p2m2d4) and told me to fill charge dispute form but karur vysya bank not have a such a policy.. So kindly respond to my complaint it's very urgent..

imps transaction-timed out

I got below sms after imps transfer from icici account to kvb account#[protected]xxxxx. Please resolve the issue below.
"dear customer, imps txn ref xx[protected] for rs.100, 000.00 is timed out at beneficiary bank on 14-nov-2019 05:37:05. Txn status will be updated by bene bank in 3 working days."

amount not credited back

Hi. I was trying to place an online order on 16-9-19 for which the amount was deducted twice. The first time it was deducted but the bill had not generated. It was generated the second time after another transaction was made. When spoken to the concerned app about the transactions they informed they received only the second payment and not the first one. The first was supposed to be recredited into my account which has not been done yet....

atm cash not received

On 4th july 2019 i tried to use visa credit card issued by bank norwegian. Se to withdraw cash from kvb atm at hyderabad airport domestic arrival baggage area but i didn’t get out any money from the atm machine nor the receipt but the sum of rs. 10, 000 was deducted from my account. Now i haven’t gotten the money back in my account either.

I request you to kindly intimate norwegian bank, sweden that the payment was not...

i received message as debited but i didn't get the money

Dear sir,
I tried to debit 5500 rupees amount in other atm but i didn't receive amount, but i received message as i debited rupees 5500. I came to my native (Thoothukudi) for my maternity leave so i can't reach my kvb branch (St. Thomas mount chennai) to do the needful. I will reach my work town (Chennai) after 4 months only so please do the needful......

money debited but ticket not booked

I was on bookmyshow where i used the upi through google pay app for booking the movie ticket. The app said the transaction was done, payment accepted and all those things and i also got my money debited from my account. But i hadn't gotten my e-ticket for the movie. I was transferred rupees 8000 on the date of 10/04/2019 to another account number, but It was cancelled by some network errors, but my money was deducted.
