Since 1 year i'm using third party app google pay for transaction, and i recharged for my phone and since it got failed the money got debited and the refunded money from google pay is not credited for me till now. So kindly check and refund my money as soon as possible

    On 14.7.2020 around 7.15 to 7.20PMi deposited rupees 14, 000
    at kavdapalayam branch coimbatore cdm machine.
    soon after i deposit my cash the machine has been hanged. on next day i complained to kavdampalayam branch. no respone from bank side.pleaserectify my complaint immediately.

      My name is ramkumar. I am karur vysya bank customer. I transferred amount to my brother account via phonepe. Phonpe transaction says failed. But amount is debited from my account [protected] on 07/07/2020 time 2.50 pm. My amount is not yet credited to amy account. I called customer care. They are not providing answer properly. Worst customer service. My amount 3000 is still lost.

        This complaint due to charges of RS 708 date 1.07.2020on my bouncing cheque
        During lockdown how can we put money on bank or deposit box...u have a very worst service ...all deposited box also not working...during lockdown how we can put money to pass the cheque...government rules is not to go out during lock down...u people stealing the money...kindly refund my cheque bouncing charges or other wise I file a complaint regarding ur bank...or other wise u gave epass to all the customers for putting money in ur bank...

                I have been requesting karur vysya bank, ashok nagar branch, chennai for interest certificate for last financial year april 2019 to march 2020 for my sb and fds held with them.

                Inspite of daily request for past 2 months i am not given the interest certificate and i am told daily data center is not working. I wanted to know if data center is not working will i not get my interest certificate, i need this very urgently since i need to complete my it filing.
                I really frustrated with the functioning of kvb and the lethargic attitude in taking any action on my request.

                Please request to take immediate steps and help in getting me the interest certificate for april 2019 to march 2020 and oblige.

                  I was counterfeited by someone who has saving account in kvb. So that i don't want someone to cheated again by him. He was cheating as a job consultant and lend money ₹30000 after no response from him.

                    I have been requesting interest certificate for the period april 2019 to march 2020 for deposits held. Even though request for almost 2 months no action has been taken and i was told data center is not functioning and not able to generate the same. This is not the answer to just say dc is not functioning and so cannot give the interest certificate. I need this immediately for my tax filing purpose. Hope bank management will take some immediate action and see that some one in the bank will take the responsibility and make the data center people to work and serve the customers.

                              I have done a online payment for indian oil (Gas payment) on 27 feb 2020.. Ref no[protected]. When the gas was they said online payment has not received and told to make the payment.
                              Now i request you to check on this and reverse the payment to my account..
                              I have done a compliant to customers service on 3 march 2020, first they replied as 45 days time to resolve the issue. After so many reminders.. Now they are replying as request rejected walk to home branch. Now in lockdown period how can i go? And in bank they do only essential duties not taking complaints. What to do now?

                                I've given the letter for atm card re-issue and i've still not received the card, it's been more than a year. I've went so many times and asked for taking an action regarding this and there has been no response from the bank side. To add on to this, yesterday the bank employee's refused to collect the deposit the second time i went there to deposit. And today i went to the bank for depositing it again at 1:30 and they refused to take it saying that the bank has been closed. I had really personal emergencies and the service of the bank is really poor. I kindly request you to take the necessary measures.

                                  Iam paying every month emi correct as auto debit on my account
                                  But today i had received a sms of pending auto due of rs (590) to my register mobile number

                                  Please check my savings account & check my link loan account number on my account
                                  But why i had already paid my loan 8034 on every month as emi on my savings account
                                  Showing pending outstanding of 590 rs as sms

                                  I had already sent a request email to kvb but there is no use

                                  No reply from karur vysya bank about of my charges of 590

                                  Please check & try to clear to close my over due pending charges as a old & good customer to karur vysya BANK

                                      I am lavanya having an account with karur vysya bank
                                      I had recently closed a home loan with kvb but still my ecs debits are taken from my salary account.
                                      At this time of crisis none o[censored]s want an ecs debit to happen on their closed account and i would definitely blame the branch officials for their ignorance.
                                      Can you please consider this complaint as a high priority one and resolve the issue by crediting the deducted amount back to my account at the earliest.
