delinking of account from aadhar

I had requested the bank to delink my savings account from the aadhar card. But they informed that that are getting “npci verification failed “ error. Hence they are unable to delink it.

Request you to help in delinking. Do you want me to give aadhar details to you or do u need anything else. This is very urgent as i want to close the account and link another one for gas subsidy.

wrong transaction done

but unfortunately it was not valid account so please kindly cancel the transaction we allredy contacted with kvb bank help line allso but they told tht we have to go bank and we wuld like to writen a complint with the bank only

refund amount does not added to my saving account

Respected sir,

I am dharani... Using my atm debit card to paid mobile bill payment on amazon app last two days before (25/9/2018). The amount was debited to my account. But the bill payment was failed. Refund amount will be success fully add to your account to send sms amazon.. But am not receive the amount to my account. Pls refund the amount my account no as soon as possible....

regarding money debt and timed out.

Hi am saravana bharathi r, my account no. [protected]. Vadavalli branch. Coimbatore. I withdrawn rs.700 on 5/9/18. At 7.30 to 7.40 pm. It show timed out and money debt from my account. I withdrawn from cdm which in my home branch. Immediately i ask they told in half an hour it will be credited. But don't. I register a complaint on 6/9/18 through customer care. They told it will be credit after investigate and revert in 5 working days....

I have booked train ticket using kvb debit card. Due to some reasons, i have cancelled that ticket on[protected].in irctc site refund status is showing that amount credited to your bank account, but i did not get my amount in bank account.

refund claim

I am vignesh. I have ordered food on zomato for rs.191.25 using kvb debit card on 3rd august. Due to some issues the order got cancelled and they said my money will be refunded in 7days till now i didn't get my refund amount. I have contacted zomato, they are teling that they have refunded it and asking me to consult bank. The refund amount reference number is 74332748216821593669632. Kindly help me regarding this issue....

Good morning

I have withdrawn sum of rs. 14000 in two transactions (First transaction for rs. 10000 and another one for rs. 4000), at the atm counter. (Kvb atm, cutcherry street, gobi on 26th may 2018)

But while taking passbook print out after 2 days at gobi branch, it shows rs.[protected] + 10000) was withdrawn on 27.05.2018. I was shocked to see that.

But i have done transactions...

Atm security doesn't follow the basic etiquettes of atm. I went to withdraw money in atm. He allowed some camera repairing person as well customers at the same time inside. Camera repairing men disconnected the atm plug by mistake and half way dispensing cash was withdrawn. He don't even close the door and people goes inside atm as in some super market. Thus happened in walajapet town-632513 in vellore district. Kindly appoint the security...

refund of rs.1000/-

Dear sir,

Iam s. Uma rani having sb a/c in kvb kalyan nagar branch, hyderabad.
My a/c no:[protected] & customer id:15644352.
On 09/06/2018 i have transferred rs.1000/- to amazon.
Amazon customer care people said the amount was not reached to amazon because order was cancelled.
But, as of on date i have not received refund of rs.1000/-.

Check from your end and process my refund...

refund of money by zomato.

Iam tammareddy meghana. I have ordered food on zomato using kvb debit card. Due to some issues the order got cancelled and they have refunded my money i. E, rs.415 on 1st of june. Till now i didn't get my refund amount. I have contacted zomato, they are teling that they have refunded it and asking me to consult bank. I tried by calling to kvb customer care but they were not helpful that they are asking me to visit bank and lodge a complaint....

regarding money debited from bank but not received from atm

Today 30-03-18 i went to atm and withdrawed 500 rs from atm but money is debited from my bank a/c and not received from the atm after 2-3 min money was credited into my a/c. deducting amount from saving account

I have maintain my savings account in kvb. They deducted rs.1100. After that i spoke to the sivanandha colony coimbatore branch they told me maintain minimum balance rs.1000. This is regarding the case of banks's behaviour. Where in spite of reduced interest over a year, the bank never reduced for me.

deposit issue

Yesterday i had deposited in deposit machine rs.4200/- in ameerpet branch (1490) at 25th jan, 2018 19:26:00.
I got message also amount is deposited successfully, after 14 minutes showing rs.-4200.00 in my account through online banking.
They are not giving the correct response.

I want return my money, and from this bank all are worst services.

Even swiping also not working...

detected my amount rs.590

I have maintain my current account in kvb. They detected rs.590 twice. After that i spoke to branch they told maintain minimum balance rs.10000. After that i have deposited rs.10000. But again they detected rs.590. What shall i do. Why kvb cheating customers like other bank. Resolve my problem as soon as possible. Refund my amount to account
