I was on bookmyshow where i used the upi through google pay app for booking the movie ticket. The app said the transaction was done, payment accepted and all those things and i also got my money debited from my account. But i hadn't gotten my e-ticket for the movie. At first when i checked for the seats which i booked, the status was booked but after some time the same seats are now showing the status as available. Also i did not get the debited mail from my bank which i usually get. But when i checked my balance the amount is already deducted. I have attached the screenshot from gpay app. Please help

    I was transferred rupees 8000 on the date of 10/04/2019 to another account number, but It was cancelled by some network errors, but my money was deducted. Its not has been credited to my another side account number, same time my account also. But amount was deducted in my balance. I have complained several time in rasipuram kvb branch. But its no response from bank side, I had attached the imps number here, (Imps Ref. No:[protected]

    Sir, I transferred fund via Google pay app on 16/04/19, but the fund not yet received and my account could be debited that amount
    Sir, i tried to debit 5000 in hdfc atm. Amount is debited but i not received the cash.. Kindly check and do needful. My customer id 13760547

      I have used a SBI ATM on 12-Apr-19 13:40:40 * ATM-+SBH-MADHURAWADA/VISAKHA bank atm to withdraw 3000/- rupees. I have got message from KVB about deduction of amount but i could not get money from ATM.

      I have attache a screenshot of message that i have got from KVB and round it with red border.

      I request you to do what is required for that and revert the amount to my account.

        amount deducted but cash not received from atm

        Used a indusland atm on 6th april 2019 14:18:34 at tiruppur to withdraw rupees 10, 000. I got message from kvb about deduction of amount in my account but i could not get money from atm.
        I have attached a screenshot of message that i have got from a kvb.
        I request you to revert the amount to my account.

        I have savings account with rajkot branch. And i have few fd in my wife s name and she is senior citizen. As per income tax laws if your income is less than rs 50000 in ayear tds is not to cut and you are not supposed to fill 15h form. But bank is sending me emails and sms to submit 15h form urgently before 31 st march for next year. How can they ask to fill form for next year? Income is rs 38000 per year. Every year they are asking to submit form in first week of april. Bank is not aware of the rules laid by income tax dept.

        Amount is bebit from account but not receive a cash, still now i have not get refund amount
        I am a customer of kvb. I am a Super Senior Citizen and my son is a senior citizen. Govt has given instructions to the senior citizens Not to move out from the House during this Covidl9 Pandemic situation. We have received SMS to submit Forml5h through Internet banking and mobile banking. We are not having Internet banking and mobile banking. Please Consider as a SPECIAL CASE and permit us to post Forml5h to the Branch through e mail. We are eagerly awaiting for your favourable reply. Thanks

          Dear sir,
          I used HDFC atm in Avinashi road COIMBATORE for debit Rs.10000 on 26.03.19. Amount is detected from my account but I didn't get the cash from the atm. I am unhappy with this and I am in need. So please solve the problem and refund the amount back soon.

            I'm complainting about detucting my 500 in sbi online banking using my debit card. Sir i have payed 500 in rrb ntpc online using my debit card but the sbi says some techinical error but they taken my 500 rupees so please kindly consider my complaint and please refund my 500 or just add the cash in rrb ntpc accout, thats my queries so please make some action.

                amount debited but cash not received

                I used my kvb atm card for withdrawal of rs 1000 but after i entered all the credentials it showed transaction on process but after sometime the screen returned to the initial screen where it'll ask to insert your card, but i didnt get the money. After 20 or so minutes i reached my home then i got message that rs 1000 has been debited from my account....

                My account is not credited with imps transaction of 4500 that happened on 2/25/2019 5:1:30pm i haven't received any notification nor the balance is seen in my account so please do help me with this. And this crediting of money in my account is happening much often i'm facing many issue due to this kind of delay in work place and personal life too. And often the bank server doesn't respond for a while and even the transaction take a longer duration in doing so

                    I am complaint about unsuccessful debited my account.

                    I withdraw cash rs 100 from thakurpukur 3a bus stand atm in a emergency. But at the time my 1st transaction the atm machine will note work when i input the pin a amount there was show "please wait" in about 1 min later the transaction was not complete its say transaction time out then i repeat 100 withdraw but the 2nd time transaction was successful. But i saw in my kvb e book app my account was debited 100 for 2 times but 1st transaction...

                    I am holding a saving account in karur vysya bank.
                    Now transfred from madurai to coimbatore. Due to kyc norms the account has closed. When i contacted the madurai branch they told that i can submit necessary documents to coimbatore branch & the account will be activated. So i visited coimbatore singanallur branch. But there they told as my account is with madurai branch i have to submit the documents there only.

                    Even they are not ready to accept the documents. When we contacted madurai branch person he told still you can submit the
                    Documents but singanallur branch guy is not ready to accept the documents. I am holding 2-3 other accounts in some other banks.

                    We are ready to follow the procedure imposed by the bank but when their staff itself not clear about the procedure finally the customers are getting affected like anything.in the past 1 month i visited the branches 10-12 times but nobody is clear about the procedures.

                    But i never faced issue like this. Kvb one of the worst customer friendly bank in india. Now i am planning to visit madurai branch & close the account.

                    Branch in summer vacation & decided to close the account.

                    This is the case with Karaikudi branch too. Nobody in there have a clue of account opening. A guy called Bharani is misleading the staff and making the branch lose customers! I witnessed several dissatisfied customers because of this KVB employee’s chip oh his shoulder! Managers come and go but this guy is always there like a “scar crow” KVB upper level management should seriously look on to this and needs to get rid of Bharani if they want to keep their customers!

                      I have not received an amount from my friend who deposited a 26000Rs in Mogappair East Branch through a CDM . After finding that the machine is out of service after the money was drawn into the machine my friend who deposited the fund made a complaint immediately.But I haven't received any funds till now of the same amount.My Account Number is [protected] Vellore Branch.Kindly assist me as soon as possible.

                          On 8-1-19 at around 5:20 pm i have deposited ₹2500 in my account through cdm, the cash got accepted and i received the transaction slip saying that there is an error in processing the transaction, for which i contacted the bank on next day and filled the required form in the bank, the executive said that the money will be credited to my account within one or two days, but i have not yet received any money in the account
                          Kindly resolve the issue

                            cash deposit machine stuck in my money

                            This year 2019. 01.01 I am deposited 5000 rupees in kvb bank
                            I'll put in cash deposit machine money going inside the machine
                            Then slip came out, I checked the monitor transaction cancel I'm also check slip transaction failed, Tomorrow morning I went to the bank I'll fill the complaint forum ., bank employed said your money credit your account this evening...
                            I'm still waiting 4 ago my money not credited my account......

                            I have applied for a new atm card and the amount has been debited from my account too, but i haven't received any messages are status of the cards. I wrote to the customer card mail id and received a mail after 2 weeks stating that my card has been dispatched on 1st of december for which i haven received my status. Since i was not available in my home. The local post office has returned the card to the sender address. Today i called the customer care and spoke to the person and she said the card returned will not be delivered and i had to apply for the new card and it will be charged again.

                              On 12.01.2019 around 2.15 pm i have deposit Rs 600 in Tiruchendur ATM Machine.That machine recieve that money and said Your Transation Procced.After that said that transation failed.That money is not return back and not credited in my account.Pls do favour me as soon as possible.Immediatly i checked my account balance.That amont is not credited.
