    Fake loan in my cibil

    I haven’t taken any loan from this company and i came to know about this bank today and not received any amount and also not taken any loan from this bank. How can this bank do this fraud?...

    Hi, My name is Stuti Kesharwani. It is showing in my CIBIL report that I have taken consumer loan from Karur Vyasa Bank from Sep 2021, I just checked my CIBIL report and noticed that I didn't applied for any consumer loan in the past at all and I don't pay for the loan as well. The last installment paid on Apr 2023 and the account status is showing 'Active'. My CIBIL score has got affected due to unpaid installment since May 2023.

    This seems to me the scam. Please, requesting you to close the loan account immediately (loan cancellation request) and share with me the NOC details as soon as possible. Otherwise, I would have to go to the RBI Ombudsman grievance redressal for the same.

      Hi, My name is Stuti Kesharwani. It is showing in my CIBIL report that I have taken consumer loan from Karur Vyasa Bank from past 2 years, I just checked my CIBIL report and noticed that I didn't applied for any consumer loan in the past at all and I don't pay for the loan as well. However, all the dues are being paid on time. This seems to me the scam. Please, requesting you to close the loan account (loan cancellation request) and share with me the NOC details as soon as possible otherwise, I would have to go to the RBI Ombudsman grievance redressal for the same.

          Hello There,

          This is Trinadh. I have not taken any kind of loan or any transaction with Karur Vysya bank. But it is showing consumer loan Karur Vysya which in active stage in Cibil. Please help me to close it
          I already raised complaint earlier. but it was closed without resolving the issue. this is totally unacceptable.

            My vehicle No. is MH-05-EA-0431, I have never travelled to Gujarat. However when I checked my fasttag account with Karu Vysya Bank two days ago, came to know that on 9.06.2023 Rs. 80 have been deducted with transaction id.[protected]-0020040100906230320511, against vehicle no.MH05EA431, customer ID. 32974, tag id 34161FA8203286F8082DEE40, on 9.06.2023 at 3:23:41 am transaction time.
            I did not receive any SMS from bank for this transaction. There are lapses in IT security. Tomorrow your money may vanish from this bank account, if you have.
            Bank is not having any family to report such fraud transactions on line, you need to visit bank branch. Very poor services.

            Please let me know how this is possible. Also the toll charges are Rs. 75 but deducted amount is Rs.80.

              Hi,

              Wrongly updated Consumer loan [BAN22E00320873] on CIBIL
              I don't take any loan in Karur Vysya Bank. Im not received any loan amount in KVB. But in Cibil credit report showing Karur Vysya Consumer loan is active. Without my knowledge how can this bank done this.

                This is Sushant gupta resident of 56-D Dayal Bagh Ambala cantt(Haryana).Two unknown consumer loan accounts of karur Vysya whose account number is BAN22E[protected] is showing in my cibil account from last many years as i come to know few days before.One is of Karyr vysya and other is of Cap Float.I dont know this loan account.Its also showing some amount overdue which is affecting my cibil score.I have attached a screenshot showing the same below.kindly tell me about this loan or send a mail to cibil to delete this from my cibil account.I shall be very thankful to you for this.

                      Dear team,
                      I have never taken any loan from your bank! Honestly, I didn't even hear about your bank before I read my CIBIL report.
                      Yet the report shows that you have lent me 8, 000/- Rs. This is an absolute wrong report. I have never taken any money from your bank.

                      Please solve this immediately. It is extremely wrong for your bank to show such transactions which are illegal.
