iam principal dist, training centre, dept of health(, govt), have to your office regarding deduction of my TDS AS PER SALARY.& GIVEN ALL DOCUMENTS TO RAICHUR OFFICE TWO YEARS BACK ONLY..so far they have not deducted my tds for year 2015 -16, , & 2016 -17 inspite of repeated information regarding this to your office..even i have reecived an notice from commissioner of income tax reg not deducting the tax, , even i have given that letter to RAICHUR KARVY OFFICE..NOBODY BOTHERED TO TALK TO ME EXPLAIN WHY DELAY & WHEN IT WILL B DONE..
KINDLY 1ST TAKE ACTION AGAINST THE STAFF RESPONSIBLE TO THIS DELAY, & NEXT CLEAR MY TDS TILL THIS MARCH..
AS AM GOVT SERVANT IAM FACING LOT OF PROBLEMS BECAUSE OF THIS..

    mera loan apki karvy finance se chal jise chalte huye 3 year ho gye h.or ab mujhe ese band krwana h.band krwane ke liye me last mhine 20 fed ko apki branch c scheme jaipur gya tha or mene unse foreclosure manga .tho unhone mujhe next month (6 march ke bad )ane ko kaha .next month 9 march ko me fir branch gya or mene 575 rs. ki receipt ktwa le.or unhone kaha ki 4_5 din bad me ake foreclosure le jana. fir me 14 march ko gya. tho unhone bde glt trike se mere sath bat kri. fir me 20 march ko gya tho waha mujhe apke 2 employe mile jinhone mujhe kaha ki tu yha bar bar mat ah foreclosure ayega tb apne ap phone kr dege. or abhi. tum yha se ja.branch me foreclosure dene wala nhi h abhi.fir me 21 march ko gya tho un logo ne kaha ki tera forcloser 10 April phle nhi ayega .mene resion pucha tho mere sath glt language me bat .or bole ser mat kha tu yha se ja.

    mene sari bat apko bta de h. ab ap mujhe mere loan ka foreclosure dilane ki kripa kre. mere pass 2 din ka time h.
    agar mujhe 2 din me forcloser nhi mila tho me consumer cort me case kruga.
    apki karvy finance ne mujhe financial or mentally dono trh se nuksan phuchaya h..

      1. The bond matured on 21/11/2016.I received warrant no 1104240 valued Rs 20005 dated 22/11/2016 of Yes Bank. The warrant was wrongly written, my bank a/c no was correct[protected]but the Bank name was wrongly written as "State Bank of India" and therefore I could not encash the warrant. Please note that my bank details are registered and all these years the annual interest of Rs 1700/= was being credited directly to my bank account through NEFT
      2. Complaint was lodged on 30/11/2016 with Karvy's local office in Kolkata the warrant was returned in original with a request for direct bank transfer .
      3 After follow ups, followups and followups through email, phone calls and direct complaint lodged in Karvy's mail "[protected]@karvy.com for 2 months ie Dec, 16 and Jan17 on 23/02/2016 I found in my account that an amount of Rs20005/- has been credited and on the same date it is reversed and debited (reason "out dated warrant deposited by Karvy")
      4. I pointed this out by mail to Karvy and requested for direct bank transfer.
      5. Net result that 4 months have passed since maturity of my redemption amount yet my legitimate money is being withheld by "Karvy"
      6. Please arrange for immediate payment of my legitimate amount.

        I did apply for Music Broadcast IPO through my State Bank of India (Bopal, Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India Branch. Branch Code 5084) on 06 March 2017. The amount invested was Rs. 14985.00. As per the process, amount is blocked till the shares are allotment process is done. And if you are not allotted any shares then your blocked amount is released.,

        The share allotment was done on 15th or 16th March and I received an email from Music broadcast that i have not been allotted any shares and amount is refunded in my account. However, till the time i am writing this email, the amount is not unblocked yet. The email mentioned that if i have any refund issue then i need to send an email to Karvy Computershare Private Limited. on 17th March, i wrote an email to mbl.[protected]@karvy.com which was mentioned in original email by Music Broadcast to contact for refund issues. However, till date, there is no answer from them. I called their customer care numbers and no customer care executive came on call. The calls went busy continuously.They took request for call back but i never got call back.

        I then complained them on Twitter and Facebook. They have just taken my details but no solution from them yet,

        Rs 14985 has been blocked for last 5 days after shares allotment and i am not able to use that amount. And unfortunately no one is responding for the solution

          after conversion it get converted into L&T and Ultratech,

              Sub: power finanace corporation bonds: folio pfe0400990 isin no. Ine 134e07422 non receipt of interest[protected]
              I am a senior citizen 78 years old and my only source of income is the interest from the bonds
              The interest on these bonds so far, including for the years[protected] was directly credited to my account. However a check was issued for the year[protected]. The check for rs. 75000, issued to me, interest for[protected] no. 1673 hdfc bank wrongly mentioned bank a/c no.

              I therefore sent back the original letter with the wrong check by dtdc courier to hydrabad address of karvy computers as well as by email (Scanned copy) around 9th november 2016.

              There after i have sent a number of emails to karvy computers to correct the mistake and either send the interest amount by cheque or directly credit it to my account as per my original instructions in the application for the bonds and as was done till 2015.

              I am not receiving any response from them.
              It is now over 3 months and i am still waiting for the interest

                    Few Days ago I complain that Karvy Staff appointed in Mughalsarai Branch is engage in Overcharging on PAN application. For this she not accept direct form from applicant. She accept those form by shop owners or some office staff like peon and other persons and for this she charge Rs. 120/.- to 130/- per form. So please I request you to verify this and punish her. Because this is totally illegal. Because of this many people are disappointing from Karvy. After my complain they ignoring more to customers. They not accepting PAN form from customers more than 2 forms or total 300 per day. but actually they accept only 100 to 150 form. After this their overcharging is continued as it was. Please Sir/Madam do something to stop Overcharging, otherwise your reputation will damaged. All the staff of Karvy Mughalsarai Branch & Some outsiders are engaged in this illegal Overcharging. Please do something. Because of this old and poor persons are fainted.

                        I have received interest by way of cheque for IRFC tax free bonds in 2015.. The cheque was delivered to me after 1 month delay... Why I am not getting it credited in my account directlydespite giving my account no., IFSC code, MICR code while filling the form at the time of investment... I invested the money in HUDCO and NABARD.. I have not received the interest for these tax free bonds also. My DPID is IN 300476 and cliend ID is 42770512.

                            Dear sir, I went karvy office in Aligarh up today to submit my pan correction application form at 12:00 PM. But they miss behaviour with me and rejected my application form. Mr. Suresh Gupta (employee in karvy office) said to me come tomorrow at 10 am then we will take your application, we took the PaN form who come at 10 am and wait in the que. They accepted the applications of brokers but rejected me and others who come there.

                              To the appropriate authority, for my folio number PTB0013240 infrastructure bond, the company has been withhelding interest for last two financial years. I have neither received any cheque nor the NEFT/ECS mandate i had requested.. i have had so many calls each call holding upto 30 mins at least, however no solution yet.

                                PAN Card Status

                                I applied for PAN card on[protected] as per Ack no.[protected], Still status is "Your application is under process at TIN Facilitation Center. Kindly call[protected] for further processing of your application." If we try to contact this number no response . Please provide solution to solve this issue. As per the commitment from Karvy office it will issue within 14 days...

                                Friends around two weeks ago I was suffering from poor service from Karvy.but may be after raising my concern on this and other consumer complain forums these people took quick action and dematerialised my ultratech stocks in no time.

                                But friends now I am again forced to belive that what they did last time was only a kind of show off and not a regular practice. Had it not been the case my 2nd dematerialisation request for LnT shares would not have delayed.

                                Pls check the tracking details at dtdc courier with tracking no M45441560.the parcel containing docs was delivered on 3rd Feb.but even today, the 9th day the parcel receival details are not updated in their system!

                                Just to update an inward entry in to the system these poor hopeless guys need 10+ days time!!!

                                  Hi, I was informed of some buying and selling of stock, and I gave permission over phone to one Karvy representative. But he has left a pay deficit and not adjusted the balance. The deficit was not informed to me. I got the news of liquidation nearly a week later. Kindly take action to ensure liquidation does not happen, and proper information about buying and selling is provided for authorisation.

                                    I invested in Energy opportunities Fund - Regular growth with a folio no : 1932196 and held 2491.2 units during Jan 2008 and it was later on merged during April 2014 in Sundaram Infrastructure Advantage fund regular growth against the folio no SBBNAC719116 .
                                    The latest available units as per Account statement is 1045.787.

                                    01. Now i found out the Saving Bank Account No mentioned in Account Statement to be wrong as ******4365, State Bank of India, Kudathini, Bellary.
                                    During that period i was working at BHEL site office ( A govt of india undertaking ), Kudatrhini, Bellary and the correct Savings bank account no is :
                                    [protected] with IFSC code : 3661.
                                    02. Then i was transferred to BHEL Site office, Raichur where i maintained the same Bellary SB accout.
                                    03. Later on i was transferred to BHEL site office, Sterlite Tuticorin and the same account no: [protected] was transferred to SPIC Nagar ( Tuticorin ) Muthaiapuram with IFSC code : 3143
                                    04. Finally i was transferred to BHEL, Trichy, 620014 and the same account no:[protected] was transferred to Heavy Electricals, Kailasapuran,
                                    with IFSC code : 1363. Till date i am serving in BHEL Trichy and continue to have the same Savings bank account No in SBI.

                                    ### I have attached herewith the Latest account statement of folio no : SBBNAC719116 and all the scanned copies of savings pass book of the above said SBI Savings Account no : [protected] .

                                    Kindly do the needful by incorporating the correct Savings account no: [protected] and the IFSC code.
                                    Kindly change the address and I am also attaching my Adhar Card copy for address proof and ID proof.

                                      My Karvy DPID is IN300394 and client ID is15074805 and I would like to bring to your kind notice that I have lodged a complaint in Karvy Pondicherry on 20.09.2016 regarding correction of wrongly allotted tenure in the Nabard and IRFC tax free bonds taken through Karvy computer share. I have applied for a tenure period of ten years and it has been allotted wrongly for fifteen years. The person incharge in Karvy said that they have forwarded my complaint letters to the concerned authorities, in the month of September 2016.
                                      Along with that I have personally mailed the complaints to the grievance officers in Nabard and IRFC on 13.10.2016, for which I got a reply that it is a mistake that happened during bidding and I have to contact the agents through whom I have submitted the cheques.
                                      So I have been contacting the Incharge of Karvy computershare Pondicherry, for the past three months and they are not giving any responsible answer from their side and keep dragging the issue. I have copy of the letter submitted, the mails sent and the replies, but I could not find any provision to attach them here.
                                      Kindly look into the matter at the earliest as it is already too late for the resolution.

                                      We at the outset apologize for the inconvenience caused by virtue of allotment of Bonds in 15 Years as against your application made for 10 Years.

                                      The reason for such allotment, which was due to a error in capturing the details by the broker with whom you have lodged the application for bidding. As per the bidding data received for the allotment was made for 15 years, as per the allotment process we need to allot Bonds based on the data received from the bidding center(s). Kindly take up the matter with broker (i.e SBICAP SECURITIES LTD), where you have lodged the application for necessary resolution.
