Last month mid of sept.2016, i have sell my stock 87 nos share of Indusind Bank for urgent requirement, requested for payout at list Rs. 1 lake as soon as possible for my Mother treatment, but from your Hydrabad office broker Mrs.
Sen code no. 0917, ph. no.[protected], Sade me that she has already send the payment to my BANK OF BARODA, KOLKATA account, but i am still not received the amount.

    We are informed you that, I am Ajay Kumar malhotra R/off House No.1784, urban estate road, Ludhiana (Pb). Sir matter is this, last year I was taken a loan from karvy financial services pvt.ltd. With sectioned loan amount rupees-65, 65, 000/-.
    Sir the rate of interest of bank was very high, (approx. @13%). So that now I was decided to pay all my dues to bank. But sir last month bank was send me a foreclosure letter with unnecessary foreclosure charges. This foreclosure penalties charges are very high rate approx. @5%. Sir I have also a section letter of this bank, which is declared from bank that clearly, this is a personal loan and not a business loan.And sir, I have more clarified evidences such as like that, which is stated that the loan is only on personal loan. And sir, we are also known as very well “Any bank cannot take any such of penalties or for closer charges on personal loan accountSir, we are send emails on karvy customer care to several times to regarding this matter. But bank does not give us any response for this matter. And now we are totally in trouble. So that, now we are filling complaint to you regarding this bank behavior. Sir kindly helps us in this matter and as well as such advise too. So that I am paying all my dues to karvy financial services private limited without pay any fore-closer charges.
    Sir, I am sending you to all evidence of personal loan like, bank sectioned letter, repayment schedule of bank, and letter which was send by us to bank several times.

    With reference to your complaint for waiver on foreclosure charges for your loan account no. 540278, kindly note that foreclosure charges are levied as per your loan Sanction letter dated 30th Aug'2015. Also note that your loan disbursal amount cheque was issued favoring “New Amba Dyeing ICICI Bank Ltd A/C ” i.e. Current account and also your loan repayment is being received from your Current account. Hence no waiver on the foreclosure / Prepayment Charges can be accepted as per the terms and conditions mentioned in the loan agreement and Sanction letter for your SBL loan account no. SME540278. A detailed mail along with the soft copy of the agreement, foreclosure letter has been sent to you.

      I sold 10 wipro shares in wipro buy back offer online through icicidirect.com. These shares has been accepted by the company on 08-july-1016.

      I have not received the payment of these shares yet.
      I contacted icicidirect customer care and they replied saying i need to contact registrar at karvy. I have been trying to contact karvy computershare pvt. Ltd but didn't get connected.

      Requesting help in realizing payment (Rs. 6250/-) for 10 wipro shares i sold in buyback offer.

        This is regarding my kyc application for pan card number arqpn5851k, which was submitted on july 3rd. It is yet to be approved and is shown as "under process - new kyc" since 06 august.

        Kindly let me know how many more days it would take to complete the process since it has already been over two months that i am waiting for kyc approval of my pan card.

            I had purchased 4(four)nos. of infrastructure bonds as above for Rs 20, 000/ in Feb, [protected]@Rs5, 000/- per Bond from Sambalpur, Orissa, the buyback date being 22-02-16 vide RL No. 391179-B, Ref.No. 763332, Application No.25089016.My DP ID is IN 300214.
            The buyback amount per Bond being Rs.7, 350/-, the redemption value of the bonds
            works out to Rs.29, 400/as on 22.02.16.As per Karvy's norms and guidelines, since bonds were held in Demat form, these bonds should have been automatically redeemed and money credited in investor's account.Since a cancelled cheque No. 355296 of SBI was in place, it is not understood why this practise was not followed.Please note that I had vacated the quarter in March'13 on retirement.Hence the cheque was undelivered and returned back.
            Between March 17-April 2, 2016 updations of my new address, contact number and Bank modifications were done by my D.P. Again a cancelled cheque(cheque No.629696 of SBI)was sent through my DP on 31.03.16 as suggested.
            Then I have also complied through mail on 23.08.16 by sending CML details, PAN Card copy, IDFC Bond copy, etc, as desired by Karvy, yet the last mail received from Karvy on 19.09.16 states it would take another 20-25 days for validation.There seems to be no end in sight to the problem.
            The case is pending since seven months.I am losing [protected]@8% p.a.I am a Senior Citizen and do feel harassed.
            I too have some important outstation work, personal and domestic both. Hence the redemption amount may please be sent through NEFT and credited to my Savings Bank A/C as per detailsin my mail sent on 23.08.16, duly supported by cancelled cheques sent twice earlier.
            Expect an early reply in confirmation from you soon in this regard.

            We want to bring to your notice that we have processed your bonds during the time of Buyback (on 22/2/2016) and tried to release the amount to your account directly but due to non-availability of MICR & IFSC Codes in the bank details of DP records, the particular transaction has failed (electronic fund transfer).

            Hence, we generated the warrant with the amount of Rs. 29, 400/- and sent the same through registered post (vide RL number RX[protected]IN) to your residence address QRS NO D/52 MCL JAGRITI VIHAR AT/PO JAGRITI VIHAR BURLA SAMBALPUR ORISSA - 768020 ( as per DP records). However, the same came back to us as undelivered. Now the warrant is stale. Therefore, we request you to provide the updated Client Master List Copy (with bank details). Post receipt of the same, we shall release the payment through NEFT.

                  Karvy share trading company put my shares – Bharat Financials 10 shares, Icici bank 10 shares, Goa Carbon 100 shares in the Auction market. But friends note down I have sold them from my Dp balance which was showing in my DP Balance of shares. I have not sold them as short sell or any other option. I have done it from my TAB.                       we had applied for dhfl ncd bond on 3rd august for two name:

                      1 ) hitendra kantilal shah ... Application number[protected]

                      Our both application has not alloted any ncd.

                      On inquiry we understood that by mistake bank account number for us interchanged...

                      We have still not received our refund.

                      Finaly they gave us attached tracking number as per their system that refund sent on 18 aug but your office are not able to give us tracing number for post / courier detail

                      what to do? where to complaint?

                      please undestand that rs 20 lacs cheque after sending post for more then 10 days not receipt nor any tracking is causing heavy loss to us.

On verification of our records, observed that, the refund warrants has been dispatched through Speed post on 18.08.2016 vide consignment numbers: EN[protected]IN & EN[protected]IN and found from the speed post website that the said article is being delivered today.

                      We reiterate that, we have handover the refund order to speed post of August 18, 2016 and necessary acknowledge has been obtained. However, on speed post website, it is showing that the article is booked on August 24, 2016 instead of August 18, 2016.                         I have resigned karvy in may, 31st of may is my last working day.
                        But still my fnf pending and there is no confirmation from anyone.

                        I will call many times to archna and avinash also but i will not received any satisfied feedback from they.
                        As per my knowledge we have to wait 45 days after resigned for the fnf.
                        I have already mailed to 'indu. [protected]@karvy.com' but i don't received any reply from her.
                        Please took at this matter and take a valid action as soon as possible.
                        There are many employees facing same issue.

                            I had invested Rs.10 Lacs in the NCDs of Shubhi Agro Dairy products through Karvy wealth, last 3 quarters they have not paid the interest and also the NCDs were due for redemption last 3 quarters ... I am facing lot of issues with Karvy Wealth as they don't respond... they charges 3 % fees and gave assurance that they take 2.5 times of the security... but all is fake. They are hand in gloves with the borrower organization and cheat the investors of their hard earned money. All my financial plans are gone for toss... I am in high stress as I need to support my children for higher education abroad and my money is locked with no promise from Karvy Wealth. The RMs of Karvy Wealth are very dubious and hide the information or they are least bothered of the customers. Once the product is sold they go in don't care condition after they get the 3% fees on Rs.10 Lac investment (min. ticket size).

                              [1]Shubhi has NOT paid interest for the last 15 months.
                            [3] Karvy Wealth has been pursuing the matter with the Company but apart from conveying that they are in process of raising funds or making arrangement with SBI for loans, nothing has happened.
                            [4] what is the procedure is for removing such security from the concerned Demat A/C.
                            [5] The investors are being verbally informed by Karvy Wealth for the last 6 months or so that we would get our dues within a month.
                            [6] For the last month one or two,   Shubhi has been appealing through Karvy Wealth to accept 50% of the face value of the NCDs & forego outstanding interest.
                            Kindly urgently provide investors with contact details of Shubhi to resolve the matter urgently.

                              My clint i d 15256129 trading account no 404493 showing 77 share of allahabad bank in place of 442. My account is managed by karvy. I complained several time but no one is taking care, karvy officer in sagar branch told me, it is a small amount and you have to forget this, and said the person who had dealed your acount, has resigned from job., there is no response till now. So please know me how can i recover my money. It is a serious fraud. No trading done by me nither any balance came in my acount, so please help in resolving my issue. Thanks

                                I had written to the chairman C Parthararathy of Karvy everything much in detail, on 10 August 16 without my authorization they sold my several scrips shares, immediately when I called the Country manager Rajeev singh informed him of the same, he purchased back the share, but for several scrips they had debited my ledger account, they had cheated me not for the first time but second time. They should be penalized and pay me full loss with compensation.
                                Several emails had been written to the chairman on his email I'd that is [protected]@karvy.com the extract of one of the email is appended below.

                                I wrote you yesterday in various mails and retaliate of the following. I await for your positive reply or else I have no option left to put written complaint to various organizations and to initiate legal proceedings against you.

                                1. I had sold today adequate scrips to clear the outstanding amount.

                                2. You have to pay me app rs 30k, kindly deposit this amount in my account and we say good bye.

                                3. Certain amount of cheating had been done with me and if the matter is not resolved this documentary evidence will be produced by me in the court of law if legal action is initiated by me. I will claim fir various damages under consumer law.
                                4. The amount of mental torture, disturbance, mental agony that has been created by your organization is endless.

                                5.Before my complaint becomes critical and concern for you it is in your own interest how you want to get this closed.

                                5.I do not wish to discuss any thing with any of your staff as with those i had delt with, unfortunately are not worthy enough to under stand customers view point.
                                6. it is quite shameful for your organization that it lacks in professionalism, customer care, and has no understanding within r he organization to save customer from financial loss, the rigid attitude had duped several organization, it is up to you how seriously you take customer true and very genuine feed back.

                                6.I find the officers working under you have no basic professional sense and are solely responsible for not training the staff and creating such situation were customer is forced to initiate legal proceedings.
