With reference to the earlier complaint dated 08-may-2016 regarding non-payment of the redemption money for folio no. Idc 0264168 (Idfc ltd infra bond tranche 3) i am still waiting to get it resolved from karvy.

Even after the reply from karvy on 09-may-2016 (After the redemption cheque dt 23.03.2016 bounced) that it would be credited to my account through neft within 6 days but, still it has not been done. Are you taking this seriously? What about the loss of interest for the last 2 months?

This is pure harassment to the customer which is just not expected from an organization like karvy.

On 09-May-2016 you replied that "Dear Investor, We regret for the inconvenience caused. This is to inform you that we have received the Demand Draft bearing No: 021053 dt. 23.03.2016 for an amount of Rs.29, 740/- from your end, we will make the payment through NEFT. Please bear with us for 6-7 working days"

and now on 19-May-2016 you are replying for correction of Account Number. You are just replying 2 different things at 2 different times.

Shall I assume that you are not willing to pay my money back and this case falls under fraud case from Karvy

Dear Investor, We regret for the inconvenience caused. The DD was returned to us for correction of the account number which was printed on the DD. We need to send a request along with the original instrument to the payment bankers for cancellation of the DD and issuance of a new one without any account number and send it back to us. The process generally takes around 20-25 working days due to physical movement of the instruments. Once we put the DD into this process, we get requests from either company or the investor to speed up the process or reminders that they still have not received the corrected instruments. Under such circumstances, we are forced to ask the payment banker to cancel the instrument and process the payment through NEFT. This takes around 6-7 working days compared to the above 20-25 day period. This is because the physical letter needs to be forwarded to the payment bankers for processing the electronic payment. This is the reason for the two conflicting statements above. Assuring you of our best services at all times. Regards, Team Karvy

    My mother bought two l&t infrastructure bonds via karvy in one in mar 2011 and another in dec 2011 worth rs 20000 each. Unfortunately, we did not receive the hard copies of the bonds due to some postal issues. Now when we visited the karvy office, the guy there asked for a cheque of rs 10650 citing 650 as processing charges while rs 10000 wll be refunded back later. When i tried to call karvy customer care to enquire on how to get the bonds redeemed and the about the need for rs 10000 deposit, they kept on directing me to some 3-4 no. S ultimately saying that they are no longer the registrars for l&t infra bonds and they maintain no historical data with them basically saying that we don't care about our past customers. I don't understand how a professional company like karvy do this. Can someone from karvy help me with this matter?

        It is disheartening to hear from the karvy staff (Corporate registry) such a misleading and contradictory information in respect of reverting to me buy back amount of power finance corporation infrastructure bonds 2010-11 – tranche i series (My folio no. 0234812).
        After sending reminders through g mail and by post on 27.04.2016, the corporate registry sent a mail on 30.04.2016 quoting reference no. Cbh/stat/pfcb/70559/7519403 that the amount was sent to the credit of my bank account and advised me to enquire from the bank. Having known there was no credit in my bank a/c, on 02.05.2016 i requested to give me details of remittance made into the bank.In reply of this with reference no cbh/stat/pfcb/70560/7524306, the registry sent a message the document was not received and to bear with until that document received. To my query of which document required there was no reply to this from the registry inspite of several messages sent thereafter.
        Again on 12.05.2016 for second time, she sent a mail with reference no. Cbh/stat/71516/7539166 that interest warrant was dispatched to my address. To my request to give me dispatch details, the registry with ref no cbh/stat/pfcb/71834/7541024 dt. 14.05.2016 that it was in process.

        Why did the karvy staff do like this. What happened to my money? A number of reminders and requests have been sent through g mail since 09.04.2016. But in vain.
        I am in urgent need of amount to undergo coronary angiography. I have been waiting for buy back amount since 31.03.2016 i shall hold the company responsible for the damages for any further delay in reverting amount

        Since 05.04.2016 when I returned buy back warrant for bank account correction, I have been corresponding with the company many times through g mail and postal mail for redemption amount of power finance corporation infrabonds 2010-11 Tranche I series(FOLIO no 0234812). Instead of informing me the stage/status of the issue, the Corporate Registry gave me false information for two times.
        For the first time on n 30.04.2016 she sent a mail that my bank account was credited with the buyback amount . I enquired with the bank on 03.05.2016 and found that no credit was in my account. When asked for the details of remittance, she sent a mail on the same day that some document was not received and to bear with until that document received.
        For some mails sent there after, the Corporate Registry again on 12.05.2016 replied that interest warrant was sent to my address. To my request to give dispatch details of warrant, surprisingly, she replied on 14.05.2016 that it was under process.
        I sent a call to the staff( whose name is not clear) on 17.05.2016 to ph. No.+91 [protected].He could not hear from me fully. Why the corporate registry give me such false and misleading information . Howmany days it would take for bank account correction. To date, 45 days have lapsed since I sent my request for this. How long I have to wait for. I have been waiting for the amount from February 2016 when I was advised by the doctor to receive treatment for coronary angiography
        Recently to my complaint on 17.05.2016, I was assured to receive the amount in 3-4 days. Till this time, I have not received any communication.
        Why the Karvy staff have got used to give me such contradictory and disinformation ?

          My father’s (aged 75+) hard earned money was fraudulently taken by Karvy Lucknow. He had 4, 500 shares of HLL. All of it were sold off without the knowledge of my father. I was in Mumbai and whenever I used to come, I used to ask his servicing consultant; it was told to me in 2015 that about 1, 400 shares were sold. It was a week back, May 2016, that we got to know that all 4, 500 shares were stealthily sold by Feb 2014 and the information hidden from us. Intermittently my father due to health complications (open heart, other operations) needed money to pay. He was given only 9 lacs. The price of HLL in 2013 till 2014 (the period when shares were sold) was INR 530, this would have given him 23.85 lacs. Karvey has duped my father and currently has left only 50, 000 worth of Hindustan Motors shares, nothing else is left for him.

            I have bought the IIFCL bond on 28/3/2011, the details of the bond are :

            Name of Bondholder: J Arivazhagan
            Certificate No. 6591
            No. of Bonds: 20
            Distinctive Nos. [protected]-[protected]
            which is having the buyback date on 29/3/2016.

            I received a post from IIFCL regarding buyback and i called Karvy they intimated that they will accept document by mid march.

            On 8/3/2016 i called Karvy they told to send the original IIFCL bond and the Xerox copy of the A/C, i sent the document on 9/3/2016.

            Again called Karvy on 2nd week of April, they told they received the document on 29/3/2016 and confirmed the address and told that the cheque will be sent to the address by last week of April.

            But i didn't received any cheque, so called karvy on 13/5/16 and they told that i sent the document late .

            It is requested that i have sent all the relevant document as specified by the Karvy and hope that the issue will be resolved at the cheque will be sent at the earliest please.

As per the terms of issuance, the physical bond certificate were to be surrendered within 30 working days before the buyback date. Therefore due to non-surrender of physical bond certificate within the timeline, the Bonds are not being eligible for buyback by the Company and shall continue till the Maturity Date. A Bondholder of the Bonds whose Bonds have not been bought back by the Company, shall be entitled to sell his or her Bonds on the stock exchange. We will re-dispatch your bond certificate shortly.               I have idbi infra bond purchased in 2011 and handover the original bond along with cancelled cheque to mr. Bose auslin at idfc bank, residency road, bangalore on 8th march 2016. My polio id is idc 0234652 he told me the amount will be credited my icici bank account on 31st march 2016, then i have recived e-mail from einward. [protected]@karvy.com saying that due to more holiday and year ending the amount will credit on or before 7th april 2016 but not happened. I am following up with karvy staff since 7th april till today to discussed with mr. Siva vara prasad reddy, ms. Shivani and mr. Akbar. I have provided i have provided then whatever documents they asked. Mr. Siva vara prasad requested me to send the pan card copy and 6 months my icici bank statement copy. I have provide him then i have received e-mail from karvy that the dd has on the way to reach you but i don't where they sent. When i asked idfc bank staff he told me they have sent to my thane home address which i left from there since 3 years back. I have informed this to mr. Bose idfc staff me to credit and he said nothing to worry and will credit to your given account only. Till today i have corresponded 7 times e-mails with karvy but nothing happened. Kindly help me to credit this amount to my given icici bank account only.

                  Above mentioned bonds were submitted at karvy kolkata office at 49, jatin das road, kolkata 700029 on 23.09.2015 for payment.

                  After repeated persuasion a cheque no. 021053 dt. 23.03.2016 was issued by idfc bank on and received by me on 12.04.2016 for rs. 29, 740/-.

                  Cheque has been returned by my bank uco bank, tollygunge, kolkata 700040 on 18.04.2016 stating observation as 'not participating in the system'. It is regretted that a cheque issued by you in bounced back. I have been charged rs 54.60/- for the bounced cheque.

                  Another application has been made with karvy kolkata office enclosing the returned cheque, return memo of bank and a cancelled cheque of my bank account. But, so far i have not yet received the payment.

                  Till today no response or payment from karvy.

                  Thanks for your reply. Request you to confirm once the NEFT to my bank account is being done. I am yet to receive the amount. As I have sent you a cancelled cheque of my bank account, hope you have all the necessary details for the NEFT to my bank account.

                  It has been past your commitment date but still it has not been resolved. I am really surprised to see such a treatment for the Customers. Who is responsible for the loss of interest for my money pending with you for months now!

                      After sending numerous mail to einward.[protected]@karvy.com and frequently talk to customer care executive i have not received the payment of the bonds. I have come to notice that my amount have been transferred to some wrong account n/o by karvy. After that i have resubmitted the bonds copy, pan copy and cross check which was received by karvy on 25/4/16, only assurance is given by customer care executives. Kindly look into the matter on urgent basis.

                        Distinctive No. 154748 and 154749 of Rs.5000/- each.
                        I sent the above bonds on 21st April 2016 by speedpostack due.It was acknowledged by Karvy computershare Pvt Ltd on 27th April 2016. But, till date date I have not received any messages about the bonds

                            I'd purchased idfc bonds through karvy and this year they were supposed to be redeemed. When i contacted them for the same i was told i need to return the original certificates along with other documents. But i'd never received the original documents in hard copy at my address.

                            When i asked them to send me the duplicate copy, they told me to write mail to einward.[protected]@karvy.com. I wrote a mail but nothing happend. I followed up again and this time i was told to send a hard copy application to their office. I did this as well. But again nothing happened.

                            Again i followed up and in two instances two complaint numbers were also given by the customer care team - 1463732 & 1494654. But nothing has happened till now.

                            Its been more than 3 months, but nothing has happened. Neither i've received the duplicate bonds or the indemnity bond form which they themselves had suggested to fill and return.

                            And when i asked the customer care team to provide the details of escalation mechanism to their superiors. They didn't shared anything for that as well.

                            I wonder how i'll be able to send them a document which they are supposed to send me first.

                            This is the worst experience i've had with such agencies. And i regret purchasing bonds from karvy.

                            Through this complaint i hope atleast someone in karvy would look into the matter and close this.

                                      I would like to draw your kind attention to the following fact that: I had invested in infrastructure bonds through MR. Nilakantha Sabat, SBIMF manager, Sambalpur zone, Odisha SBI for two years viz: FY 2010-11 REC BONDS RS20000/- & FY 2011-12 IIFC BONDS RS20000/-. for respective income tax concessions when I was working at Sambalpur ADB branch, Odisha from 2010 to 2012 as Assistant Manager advance.

                                      I have received a copy of acknowledgement at that time for RECBOND of FY 2010-11 with details like: application no:455030, Folio no:0195741, RS20000/- infrastructure bonds for 2010-11& contact for further correspondence

                                      But for 2011-12 IIFC /IDFC BONDS RS20000/- I have received no copy of acknowledgement may be due to transfer to other place after promotion.

                                      MR. Nilakantha Sabat was familiar to us being the nodal SBIMF manager & had assured that the bonds will come on a later date or else with PAN Number details easily tracked later from his customer database on laptop. Hence without any acknowledgement copy we waited long.

                                      Now he is not responding as he has suddenly left the job & engaged in some business.I have already tried at the helpdesk at mainbranch SBI Sambalpur & contacted the KARVY staff. But they have expressed inability to track the whereabouts of the FY2011-12 IIFC/IDFC BONDS amounting RS20000/- without the exact application number which I dont have now. Kindly help to trace it with the available details (especially from my PAN details )with me as follows:
