I had booked Kia Sonnet 7DCT with SVM KIA Ekadduthangal on 20th Jan 2022. Booking ID - B[protected], Customer ID - C[protected].
[Also please note, the initial booking was for IMT model which was later changed to 7DCT with assurance from Kia team that the booking date will remain the same]
The waiting period mentioned in the booking docket was - 28 to 29 weeks but the customer representative / consultant mentioned that it wouldn't take so much weeks and we can expect the car in 3 to 4 months time.
It has been a completion of whole 6 months now and we have not got any transparent or honest update on the Car delivery date yet.
None from the company calls us even for a courtesy update.
During all the follow up calls, this is the exact same pattern - they provide a date by when they expect the delivery schedule of the cars.
When we call on that date, another date is provided.
Unfortunately, it was only after repeated cycles we understood that it was just a trap to keep us on hold without losing to the competitors.
The experience shared here is purely for readers of this comment to be beware of such incidents and I have no hope for necessary actions at Kia end based on the poor experience we have gone through so far. Was this information helpful? |
