Loan disbursement

Loan applied on the Kissht app shows disbursed but not yet disbursed. But showing the emi date is 3rd of next month. How can disbursement be delayed but fixing emi date and showing pay option before disbursing amount?...

      I have applied for loan on 03-oct-2023 and loan is approved Kissht app shows loan amount disbursed but disbursed amount not credited to my account.
      I have already register complain but still didn't solve this disbursement issue.

        I have Taken loan on june 4th, Due to some health issues in our family issue couldn't pay my emi, now the interest amount in name of fine is very high... I am not able to pay that much amount as there is still problem in a home so kindly help me out with this issue as soon as possible so I can make the payment....

          The amount is not disbursed hold for 48 hours app says ongoing loan. Please disburse the amount. If I didn't get the loan I will not pay anything to you. Please resolve asap and call back

            In my app amount not disbursed hold for 48 hours and shows active on the account. Called customer care they said wait. Why I have to pay if I didn't get anything.please resolve this concern asap disburse the amount.

              My kissht loan is showing active which I never take. The account type is personal loan and account no. is LINE[protected]MB1. In my Experian credit score it IS showing active that is badly affecting my credit score & I did some enquiry but never took loan from kissht.

                My sister Barakha Kumari (Registered Email - barakha.[protected]@gmail.com) availed a loan from your company on 11th September, 2023 it's been 4 days but nither you guys have credited the money nor you have shared any info. I asked your customer executives for update and they always gives me new excuses. We have also done the E-mandate part so please make me understand where's the delay. You guys do this to many of your customers I have seen this pattern and will lodge a formal complaint if the issue is not resolved with 24 hours.

                I am attaching all screenshots for your reference.

                  Sir, myself prabir kumar meher([protected]) and I took a loan from KISSHT loan application in 31-july-2023 and they have charged 2346.62 rupees (subscription fee and credit information Report fee ) and when I complained at their customer care at 3-aug-2023 by phone call and by Whatsapp, they assure me to remove those charges till 15-aug-2023(loan due date) . But instead of removing those extra charges they have increased the processing fee 568.88 to 2470.76 rupees and again they have added 800 rupees as penalty amount.
                  They are calling me again and again and mentally tortured me ..please help me sir/madam

                      Hello sir, I took loan from kissht due to recession I lost my job I am unable to pay the payment I took loan of 11k but now with penalty it became 16k pls waive off my charges i will pay the remaining amount immediately...

                      We just take loan Rs. 11000, 2 months only delayed to repay. But, for this small amount, Kissht send Executive Agents (Mr Iyyanaar from TN ) to my home. 2 Agents are very Harshly, & Rudely asked money to my Sick Mother, she got fear, and can't sleep after that till now. A huge problem created in My entire family. kindly take necessary action to that Collection Agents Team - 3 Members - Manager and Executives.. I closed the loan yesterday itself. Because i am also getting fear, they called me and asked money after repayment, without checking, I am very disappointed for this activity done by Kissht, Never Expect.. Here after never ever take any loan by me and my surroundings... Thank you Kissht..

                        I have contacted kissht Twitter customer service and told them regarding the harrassment made by the Collection agent who visited the adhar registered address and created Chaos Defamed my entire family to the neighbour and shared the loan details. Upon raising complaint to customer service and informing that we have taken this loan due to some uncertainty and was unable to pay due to some uncertainty as well. That time due to the behaviour of Collection agent we had to upload the same proofs on social media then the customer service team promised me to help me further and confirmed that the Collection activity is on hold till I the time I tell them the payment date however gave me one condition which is to delete the posts and proofs which I did.

                        Now suddenly today I received call from them using vulgar languages and told me that they will create the chaos again. I raised complaint on same Twitter chatbox and told them about the issue and also confirmed the repayment date but again the person who was replying me gave a call from[protected] started abusing me and gave death threats . Also, said that they will send goons to the adhar registered address where we are not present anymore. I have a clear screenshot of the conversation as well.
                        Kindly take action on them as they are definitely not following any RBI guidelines and harrassing the customers, forcing them to attempt suicide. I am a victim too. Please help me.
                        Note- we are talking about 2 accounts here. The account details have been shared on email and ticket is generated kindly check ticket -4436134 and 4436139

                          I had apply loan on 9th, August 2023 on kissht loan providers, but my loan amount is still under on hold for disbursement, I have already 20 times contact through email or phone call but still didn't get any solution for my loan amount disbursement issue.

                                Sir, one of my attached loan of rs. 2000 is closed on 04/08/2022 but showing wrong closed date in my cibil its showing 31/05/2023 which is wrong and showing 300 days past due date payment.
                                kindly provide correct information the closed date should be 04/08/2022.
                                othewise i will take legal action as per RBI rule, RTI, CM helpline.
