i have not received my refund amount back to my account but in app its showing it is refunded

I have not received my refund amount what i have paid for downpayment after paying amount they said you are not eligible for loan so i asked for refund they said they will transfer my amount back to my account but now they are showing that they have refunded the amount but i have not received any amount from them how should i get my amount back. So iam requesting you to resolve my problem and make them to transfer my money to my account immediately...

I am chasing a refund for my order since weeks, yet no response from the customer support. Kissht has the worst ever support assistance i have ever experienced.
I have attached further details about my order. Kindly keep it in priority.

If no response, then i will consider ”onemi technology solutions pvt ltd” nothing but a scam running with a brand name of “kissht”....

I am complaining about the recovery team

Actually concern is due to some financial crisis i was unable to pay your last emi coz i lost my job right i real felt guilt for this but from the recovery team some guys is keep on calling my parents and my relatives and saying that i ate borrowed 1lac loan but i borrowed only 50000 i never shared my relative numbers i don't know how they have got the numbers some of employees they regularly keep on abusing with me and with my parents jst...

fraudulent bounce charges and emi charges

1. I had purchased a phone on emi through kissht finance in september 2018. I have had a great emi plan until it bounced in november 2018. There was a personal representative who came home 5 days after the bounce to collect it, and the amount was paid off. I had recieved a message and an email for the confirmation of the emi payment too. I'ts april 2019 and they are still cutting my bounce charges.

mentally harassment by recovery agent

I had purchase a laptop last year and paid my emi and due to some critical circumstances as i got financial loss in my business so i can't pay my. Emi on time but paid every time with penalty charges but everytime i get threatened by recovery agent girl that she will call my relatives and colleagues and last month she did call my all relatives and torture me and every time i pay emi but right now i am again getting threatened and they continuesly...

application registered rejected while filling application form

I downloaded the kissht app today and paid rs. 235 as requested. I was filling my application. I uploaded the adhar and pan card and was trying to find the address proof to upload..when i came back the application was showing as rejected and to try after 60 days...my 235 rupees ia gone so is my priority foe which i downloaded this app. Besides i tried calling kissht reps but was put on ivr for 10 minutes and 50 seconds before disconnecting...

Kissht is just bakwas, i have tried it, after taking all the personal information like aadhar card details, pan details, bank details they mailed me as confirmed but after two days when i tried to buy something they deny and said you are not eligible. I applied for a loan of 100000 on Sunday, 24/11/2024. The amount got approved, but disbursal went on hold. I contacted customer care on Sunday, the 24th, and they said it will be disbursed in 5 days. I contacted again yesterday, and they again said 5 days. Seems like you guys dont have a track of time, and this is really misleading your customers, and providing incorrect information. Kindly do the needful to get this disbursed by Monday, 2/12/2024, which is after a week since approval! This is an emergency, or I will have to file a complaint as this is not a small amount. My e mail id is [protected]@gmail.com, LOS[protected]CG81 is the loan number.

    I am Giri Kumar Banerjee have an issue with my financial instability and a fraud happen at recent times.

    I am requesting the company for an extension of atleast one month so that i could repay all the dues with interest and charges. and also stop all the payment reminders and visits and harrassment till 30th july, 2024.

    They are comtinuously harrasing me and not providing me an extension.
    They are calling over my contact lists and texting my sisters using bad words which are completely illegal.

        This email shall be read in conjunction with references 1 and 2.

        According to the rule and regulation from the RBI M/s Kissht or Financing Partner, consistently failed to stick with the rule or not able to resolve my issue. I was informed on 05-January 2024 to M/s Kissht through reference -1 and after several reminders, I received one email on 05-February-2024 which is not acceptable, and the reason for the same has been detailed in reference 2.

        Due to some financial issues, I am not able to pay EMI as per the schedule, and from M/s Kissht some agents came to my house and took my wife's number. One guy from M/s Kissht End (+91 [protected]) called my wife and threatened her. To avoid further behaviors from the M/s Kissht agent, kindly do the needful.

        My loan details with M/s Kissht have been attached herewith for your reference.

                I have paid the emi but not reflected in the app.
                when we use to call the executive they told us that the money not received by there bank.
                when we check the upi transaction the upi company saying money is deposited in kissht company's bank account.
