I recently purchased Electrolux EDP195/2012 refrigerator for Kohinoor Electronics. The appliance was faulty on delivery. Even after being notified there was no response from the store. After several visits to the store (Do not attempt to call, as these people are unaware of the technology it seems) some sales guy showed up at home. With his rude taunting language, his attempt was to prove that the refrigerator was manhandled by us (thankfully it was the delivery guy who had registered the problem first hand). We were directed to Electrolux service center and the things worsened.

I would recommend not to buy Electrolux refrigerator, especially from Kohinoor Electronics. It is an experience as bad as you can get.

    I sharada. V, had booked a lg fully automatic machine on 23 / 3 / 12. After the goods was delivered no person turned for installation. When kohinoor electronics was contacted they used to put the call on hold without responding. Finally after heated arguements the sales man who had sold the product came on line and he posed himself ignorant and he said my customer wait for another two days. Lg company has not responded actually when lg care was contacted they had not forwarded for the demo. Salesman uses a abusive language. Never buy any product from kohinoor electronics dadar. Cheats

    Resp sirmadam,

    Regards for the day, it is very sorry to say that i have been using only lg products when ever i want to buy something for my house, but to my surprise recently i had purchased an lg fridge, tv & fully auto matic washing machine for my new home, the tv & washing machine are working fine but my refrigerators the day it was bought is not working, i had purchased the fridge from rahul electronics (Dahisar, mumbai) i had informed them they said they will send the company people to my place to see the nature of complaint.

    An machanic form united services, an authorised service centre of lg called my wife and asked her what was the problem, on being said that the fridge is not working the cooling is not there he suggested to closed down the fridge for 2 hours, he said he will be calling after 2 hours, she did the same as told by the person mr dheeraj.

    After 2 hours my wife rung him & told that the cooling is not happening, & she asked for a number of higher official where she can lodge a complaint, to my & my wifes surprise this person mr dheeraj litterally abused her & said do whatever you can do. . . I will see to it thst your fridge doesnot get replaced. . .

    Than i complainted the dealersfrom where i had purchased the fridge rahul elctronics dahisar east mumbai. . . Again to my surprise they told me that my fridge is working & they got a written letter from the mechanic that the fridge is iin working condition. . Great. . .

    I think in lg thnigs are going hand to hand to abuse the customer, harrass them, , , not to listen to there complaints,. .

    If its like that plz let me know this. . .

      Hi,

      We have purchased Samsung Refrigerator from Kohinoor Televideo Pvt Ltd
      (Dadar East) below are the details...
      Model No.: FFRT32BDPR
      Capacity : 315 Lires
      Voucher No.: ORD2024831
      Purchase Date : 05-Dec-2010

      Since we have purchased the refrigerator we are getting strange noises
      from it. Noise that comes out are like explosions. My Mom who works in the kitchen
      get horrified with the noise. Yesterday night we saw fire ball from the back side of the
      refrigerator.

      We have called up Samsung Customer service helpdesk around 30 times.
      They had send their engineers 7 times to inspect the refrigerator and they had agreed that
      this refrigerator needs to be replaced. After this they are not responding
      if we ask when the refrigerator would be replaced. These all things are going on since
      more than 6 months.

      We demand complete REFUND of our MONEY.

      We have contacted Kohinoor Televieo people Azmat, Deepali and Danish.
      Danish keeps on telling that we will replace replace it and nothing has happened since 6 months.

      We have raised the complains more than 10 times now. Every time when we raise the complain we get a call from
      Samsung service center Noida and Kurla branch. On the phone they assure us they will replace us
      and then after that no action is taken.

        This is Deepak Mehrotra and i am working in kohinoor technologies and services, c-6-, nelge pagariya plaza, near kundan mahindra showroom, bhosri, pune . I am appionted by this company from 1st april they can decided that every 10 date of the month i gave salary of Rs 16000 but my managing director Mr. Mukund D Bhujbal did not gave me salary and when i ask them about salary they tell me they did not have money and did not gave me salry whatever you can you do, so please help me about this matter i have so many liabilities i need my salary.

        Complaint Given by Person Mr. Deepak Mehrotra Jbalpur documents given by him found incorrect also. As well He had fraud in 2 LG LCDs at our Estimeeted Cilent Work+ Stolen MAxSecure Antiviruses, He was misbehavioing person for all workers i.e Chewing PAN GUTKHAS + smoking.
        I have got loss from him nearly 1 lakhs.

        Also was working pronographic / illegal web sites We have got record over here.

        SO THIS PERSON is HARMFUL FOR ALL SALES NAd SERVICE INDUSTRIES

        BE AWARE ABOUT HIM.

          Sir this complaint is against lg india and kohinoor electronics pvt ltd kandivali west branch. I had recently bought 2 lg air conditioners model nos lwa 5er3d for a total amount of rs. 40, 400 of which i paid rs. 3, 600 by cash and the balance of rs. 36, 800 via my credit card. However, during the booking period i was assured by the executive mr. Naresh that the ac was for rs. 23, 290 and it was being offered to my for a discount of rs. 3, 090 for a total sum of rs. 20, 200. However when the ac was finally delivered to my door steps it had a company sticker of rs. 19, 960 as its mrp on it. On confronting the store owner assured to refund the access money to me so that i do not create any hue and cry. Even after repeated visits to the store i still havent got my refund and even the company officials havent been of any great help in this matter. I still have the cartoons kept with me. Now the store has refused to compensate the amount due to me.

            As per the rule passed by the government, nobody can sell or reserve the common parking area to any individual or group. But still those builders have created different packages and are selling the common areas to people. They all have made a lobby including the local politicians into the projects to share profits. The common man who wants to purchase the residential Flat has to pay extra unwillingly and have to bear charges for Common areas which are not meant for SALE.
            Our police nor the judiciary does anything to stop such harassment by the builder lobby.

              We have purchased following Electronics from Kohinoor Televideo Pvt Ltd (Dadar

              East) on 5-DEC-2010...

              1)Washing Machine -- Samsung,Model#: FULL90AWM
              2)Air Condition -- Samsung,Model#:S1.5183CSB

              1)Washing Machine:- Since we have received this washing machine it is not
              working properly.Water intake is not proper,clothes does not dry properly and
              the buzzer system is not proper.
              We have asked for replacement several times and always they replying that we
              don't have the product for replacement. We are really frustrated with this
              episode we require REPLACEMENT of this product.

              2)Air Condition:- Air Condition's Outdoor item is damaged. Because of this the
              AC is not functioning properly. We get loud noises when we ON the AC.We have

              asked for replacement several times and always they replying that we
              don't have the product for replacement. We are really frustrated with this

              Kohinoor Televideo Pvt. Ltd.'s Kandivali (West) Showroom also having poor service & making fool to all people. I have also very bad experienced with them. I have purchased window AC with exchange of old working window AC (VOLTAS AC w.075T VER PLUS, Voucher No. ORD1223828, dt. 14/10/2011) with cash complete payment but delivery yet not received - today is 23/10/2011. They are giving reasons like Now a days VOLTAS's all stock are defective & they don't have fresh stock. Staff & manger's behavior are very rude & cheating with innocent people by way of hidden cost etc. Now they are giving excuse for non delivery of AC & offering return money after 10days. I Have never seen such a ethics less company. I also appeal people that Don't buy or make it clear all terms & hidden cost for any product. I think they are just dumping all outdated product with big advertisement in news papers. Above mentioned complaints are conman for them & their behavior is just like a hawkers zone, trying to catch all in different scheme.

              Very very sad & poor experience with KOHINOOR!!!

                Refrigerator was ordered on the 28/10/2010, bill clearly states that it will be delivered by the 30 Oct 10 and the colour requested was Pink blossom, as the delivery was not received on 30th my dad called up Kohinoor almost 2 - 3 times to inquire the senior executive claimed that Pink blossom is not available we will deliver it on the 31st still the item was not delivered, we again called Kohinoor to check the status they said it will be delivered on the Monday.we again called on Monday the lady claimed that there is shortages of tempo due to which it is not delivered it will be delivered by 20:30 today i.e; Monday 1st Nov.
                Again they failed to deliver it so again called them at 21:00 Excecutive Roopali said Fridge has left in Tempo it will arrive by 21:30 or 22:00, which did not arrive we were waiting till 23:00 it means that the lady lied to us or has avoided us or they have delivered the item to some other customer.
                We called the Head office & Kohinoor on the 2nd, 1st spoke to Naushad who started refusing that while booking the fridge we did not specify about colour which has caused delay, but the bill clearly states that we have ordred Pink blossom.Then we called up the Head office to report that Naushad is blaming us that we gave wrong information so the lady Shruti kept us on conference call with Naushad who then strated claiming that i did not say anything about colour he was denying the fact, then he said that the fridge will be delivered by 20:00 today so we ordered him send the delivery by 17:00 but he refused & he did not even feel to apologise or explain us the fact which was annoying.

                Just for one delivery we had to call Kohinoor & the head office more then 10 times inspite of doin the ayment & by explaining everything it has spoiled our Diwali festival & as caused delay in arranging everything.

                  I bought a panasonic 342L from KOHINOOR electronics DADAR last week, was mazed to find a broken refrigerator bulb cover in the fridge, i compalined to KOHINOOR regarding the faulty piece but to my amazement the sales person there who was so sweet when we went to buy the fridge was least interested in helping us.
                  Hence would like to warn potential customers to think a million times before buying any home appliance from KOHINOOR ELECTRONICS DADAR because its ur money at stake and not theirs be thought ful !!!!!1

                    Recently, I went to Kohinoor Electronics to buy a plasma tv. They didn't have the model I wanted to buy. They showed me another one by LG which looked good. They didn't have its price list but since I liked it, I booked it and paid the entire amount as advance. When I walked out and just decided to find out the price from another shop, I found that I had been overcharged by around Rs. 7000. I went back and asked him to cancel the order giving some excuse. He deducted an amount of Rs. 8000 saying that was the tax payable by me (VAT) since the invoice had been made. When I took it up with the Chief Supervisor Mr. Fernandes and the director Mr. Mewani, I was told that it was a service charge for cancelling the order. They are not even willing to give me a receipt for the same. He says its unaccounted money. SO BEWARE OF KOHINOOR ELECTRONICS. THEY WILL SURELY CHEAT BY CHARGING HIGHER PRICES DESPITE CLAIMING THE LOWEST PRICES

                    Videocon Split A/C — Not Given Free Gift

                    Complaint : Resp.Sir. Adv. of Videocan split A/C was on 19/03/08 In Gujarat Samacahr ( News Paper ) that buy Same Split A/C and get free gift of Provough atch wort hRs. 2000 for two day. I bought same product on 20/03/08 from abou company. I asked for free gift but there sales manager said come after some days for free gift. then I contect for so many times by phone but there is no reply from company. I email directly to Videocon Industries but from no reply. Now I feel that the company is not ready for givinn free gift to me. Please help me. So the others customers also get this gift. thanks

                    I would like to introduce myself as Dr. Madhusudan P Dabhole residing at Dombivli E.I had bought a LG LCD on 15th Nov 2008 for 71, 500. Out of this, Rs. 40000 was given as six EMI faciliy instalment by ICICI - through Kohinoor Electronics, Dombivli Branch.

                    But i received a statement from ICICI to make full payment or minimum due of 2000 rs. When i contacted Kohinoor, there is no support and are asking me to pay the instalment with interest on the EMI facility of ICICI. ICICI tells me that they will not convert it into EMI. Kindly guide me . The payment due date is 16 dec.

                    I am paying the two instalment today as per the required terms.

                    Kohinoor Electronics — Beware From Whirlpool Product

                    last i m buy a fridge of whirpool . but fridge is not working

                    Well I am sorry to note your plight. But I bought a Washing Machine by paying Rs. 1000 advance & balance by cheque, at their Thane Showroom. When I checked with other dealers, I found that Kohinoor has given me at the landed price of other small distributors. Of course I had booked during the Diwali Sale. But let me tell you, this Diwali actually I had gone for buying a LCD tv & I had compared at least 4 shops. Kohinoor had the best offer & mind you Vijay Sales had good offers but they didnt accept exchange of old tv & hence were also less competitive.
                    This is with reference to my order 152278 dt 01/11/2009 for LG 290 litre fridge at Kohinoor Lamington Rd.Kohinoor claims that billing has not commenced at LG after Diwali so the fridge would be delivered by 11th or 12th of November.Sinces they did not make delivery I visited their show room on 13th and asked for refund.They requested me that the delivery be made the next day afternoon.On 14th at 11.47 am they confirmed the delivery would made as the vehical is beeing loaded. No delivery was made.On enquiry at 6.11pm the say to wait for next day.This is sheer negligence and the coustomer is held at ransom as the full payment has been made.Kohinoor has very poor sense of commitment and is high handed in response to the customer.
                    I bought 3 appliances worth totaling Rs. 57000. i negotiated hard and Fernandes (chief Supervisor) agreed to sell the products at Rs.54000. when i came downstairs for the bill they asked me a total of Rs. 56500 i said why is this when finally we had agreed on 54 k. they said no we have never communicated like that.

                    besides this i had bought a Dish TV from them in the above package only...they had promised me that this package includes your subscprition amount for next 3 months but from the end of 1st month itself my account was due for payment...

                    i have filled the complaint in consumer forum also against them.
                    kohinoor is also offering the best rates, but i think it is all fake, they give commitment and they dont follow. so be careful.
                    on the talks and final deals.
                    I baught a SAMSUNG Flat screen TV from Kohinoor Electronics, Dadar (E) shop. This was 7 years back. They were running a promotional offer in a local newspaper. They were offering free gifts like Wall clock + VCD player + a new mobile phone on purchase of TV.

                    Hence we baught the TV. But when we went home, we understood that we were cheated. Kohinoor had given us old VCD palyer (make- videocon) in new casing, the wall clock was also of cheap quality. On top of this the so called new mobile phone (make- nokia) was actually an old phone, with new body cover.

                    Hence, we called them up, but they were not ready to listen, but after following up with them, they were ready to ispect these free gifts.

                    We went there, they gave us lot of excuses, even blaimed us that we have changed the parts.

                    There was no point in arguing with them, hence we returned as we had no choice.
                    I HAVE PURCHASED KENSAR FOOD PROCESSOR on 26 dec 2010 / rec no.2301 & WAS OUT OF ORDER WITHIN SIX MONTHS.I lodged complaint in kohinoor thane. Till today it has not been repaired . Return my money & take away ur product immediately
                    Kohinoor is just made by a bunch of goondas...if you purchase any product from them, they tend to divert your attention toward other products where they get more money...when you buy it, you will notice that they generally ship the shop display product itself by sticking stickers to it and showing it as brand new...when you call them..they will not replace it...more over when you talk to them...they will threaten you by saying "bakwas band kar...tereko maloom hai kya kohinnor ka owner kyon hai...teri bara bajaenje abhi hum...we will not replace the product...tere se jo hota hai woh kar le" bloody a bunch of goondas...
                    we had visited Kohinoor show room. Kandivali west on 18.12.11. We have booked order for a samsung Make Washing machine and Paid advance of Rs.1, 100-00. On 22.12.11, I called them on phone and Explained that I want to cancell the order. To this, they have conveyed that the Order cannot be cancelled. If I cancell the order finally, & they do not refund my advance, I shall take the matter to the consumer court.
                    with respect to kohinoor - kandivali
                    very poor customer hospitability. i have given a order for television, when i went there for final payment there a lots of quarrel going on for non-delivery of product. when i asked for my product delivery, he said you will get as per availability. i said you confirmed first. they swap credit card too. there after says we don't want to give you television. it means they were not having the product. even they took orgiginal order copy and It took hell of time and energy for recovery of my advance money
                    I purchased and LG 1.5 tone A/C for Kohinoor Electronics Thane on 12the April 2012, thee sales representative was Altaf. As soon as I received the delivery at home and installed I was getting the sound in the A/C and also the cooling was not happening proper in it. I complained it to Kohinoor and they said LG representative will be coming at home to check and they said to replace the booster inside it as it was having a defect.I called kohinoor electronics and said the new A/C had a defect inside and LG is telling to replace a part inside it. Kohinoor said we cannot replace this A/C for such a small issue it may be in delivery there could have been some minor fault inside it and they forced to replace the part instead of the complete unit. I even insisted Mr. Bhagwan the head of Kohinoor electronic Thane, but he still said they cannot send the replacement of the unit LG says and said me to replace the part. I agreed and on thee second day of installation thee booster inside thee A/C was replaced.Sound problem was solved but cooling problem still exist. I called thee LG and Kohinoor guys to visit thee home and check. From simple technical of LG Thane (Imran and Hussain) to the main Area head LG Thane Vivek came and checked the A/C and found that 1.5 ton of A/C is not actually making 90 s.q.feet of room chilled where for more then 1 hour it is working on 18 degree and thee room temperature comes till 23 degree.My flat is in the middle of the building, no heating device like Computer, Fridge, microwave etc, this room has 1 bed of my kid and 2 cupboards. I even recorded their voice (where they in conference were not aware I was recording thee conference call) they were taking to some south Indian person who was head of LG from Noaida (Delhi) agreed about the issues in A/C (But that is different part that LG service is the worst service that I ever noticed and till date I am fighting for it now Marketing executive Janak Doshi also involved in it) I took this voice recording to let Bhagwan from Kohinoor listen this, the response that I got was shocking, he said that in our letter we say "we only provide service underwarrenty, so we said this to LG and they will provide the service to you, we have no concerns after sales of this service". I requested them to replace the peace they said to check direct with LG and Kohinoor does not plays any role after sales of thee product, I even said I'll take action Mr. Bhagwan clearly said to take any action that I like but replacing or refunding of product if faulty is not their lookout. It is about 1 month that I am facing this issue. I feel now a days customer (specially we Indians in India as customer) are treated like a dogs, where we are not able to get the satisfaction for our own money on product that we purchase.Please do not get me wrong that I am some competitor or any other person just is talking about Kohinoor you can take my order number of product purchased in Kohinoor and have a check. My name is Zafar Khan and the order number is ORD1301249. If any of you by mistake visit Kohinoor just ask them to check this order number and see thee customer name and product. You will realise that this all things are true and not a fake story or so. Please do not ever go to Kohinooor, go anywhere else with through study of Shop and Electronic item and never Trust LG service.
                    I Purchased 2 A/Cs from Kohinoor Kandivali-W showroom of Panasonic 3 star 1 ton capacity...
                    Out of these 2 A/Cs, one was ok but other one when opened was in used condition already. I have attached photos also which indicates serial no and other details. When asked in showroom says you have ask Company and when called at customer care, they are saying that we can help only if there is any fault. Delivery issues can only be sorted out with showroom. I took the Indoor unit at showroom. they saw and agreed that its used (with brown tape on tubings and no transparent stickers on piece, side slot broken for cables entry) but they are saying, it comes from Company's godown and its not Kohinoor's fault. The company inspector will come and take photos and report it and you will get new piece within 2-3 days...Now i have no option but to believe him. Anyone who have already seen this type of case, pleae instruct me.
                    But really facing unnecessary problem.
                    New ordered A/C received in Used conditionOk guys...after fighting with Panasonic for almost 2 months, my AC is replaced and installed perfectly. But Kohnioor tried to be notorious and gave wrong report in the Company...Thanks to my AC installer Hillways services who supported us and Panasonic guys finally urderstood the case and solved it.

                    Kohinoor Dombivli is the same I think it runs in the brand name. ALL CHEATS and FRAUDS. They promised a next day delivery and installation (the only condition I had due to a ill family member who required the AC fitted immediately). Now, I'm writing this on the fifth day and the installation is still pending and now their installation guy needs 1800 to install a window AC which is totally unreasonable. In the present conditions I might have bent to the demand as I have an urgency. But, I think we have to stand up to these guys and their nuisance. And ofcourse, they won't even take the unopened AC back. They want to mint on our desperation.
                    I have purchased Voltas 1.5 tone AC Model No. 183Lye from Kohinoor Electronics (Mulund Check Naka) Order No. ORDE1464564 on 27th March, 2014. I have done the whole payment on the same day itself. Received the delivery at home on 28th March, 2014. Two persons Mr. Mohammed and Sadhab had come for Installation purpose of the Unit but due to some reasons they were unable to “On” the AC, also there is some kind of sound coming from it. They just removed all the Internal parts of the New AC and had broken the locked parts. The next day Mr. Asif had come and checked the Unit and saw the broken parts.

                    After talking to Voltas Customer Care, I got the reply that I won’t get the replacement of the Unit. The fault was only of their executives who came for Installation and broke the parts.
                    I want the replacement of the AC asap……
                    I have filled the complaint in consumer forum also against them.

                    I am not talking about the internal plug top...but the issue is with the internal parts which are been damaged by the person (Mohammed and Shadab) who had come for installation. Later after next 2 days Mr. Suhas Patil had come and checked the unit even he knew that the parts are damaged but instead of listening to our problem, he started convincing us to keep the same unit.

                    I have purchased Voltas 1.5 tone AC Model No. 183LYe from Kohinoor Electronics (Mulund Check Naka) Order No. ORDE1464564 on 27th March, 2014. I have done the whole payment on the same day itself. Received the delivery at home on 28th March, 2014..than y m I not getting better customer service. Even while installation that two persons a drilled a hole which at affected the neighbour wall and had damaged their tile...Is this the way of working?

                    I am not at all satisfied with the service of Voltas neither satisfied with the Unit which I have purchased but damaged by u people...

                    I want the Unit to be replaced asap. I have also filed a complaint at consumer court.

                    I too have a complaint about kohinoor electronics santacruz s v road in Mumbai. We paid for an led tv which was to be delivered the next day. It did not arrive even on the third day and despite 10 reminder phone calls. Consumers beware and stay away from these lot
                    Horrible showroom bought a 40 inch Philips TV from them on April 2014 it stopped working after one week and since then there is no action the shop does not respond at all to your queries they are the worst please do not buy from kohinoor they are a bunch of theives out there to loot you
                    Recently i bought a mobile from their outlet in Kandivali. I did not check the price thinking that their prices are lowest as claimed in the AD. But prices are almost 10% higher than market price. My problem was not price but i wanted to return my mobile piece which was recommended by counter sales man was of old configuration/Specification . I went to the outlet immediately to request them to change this piece which was sealed pack & intact. They even had a courtesy to talk to customer properly. I was ready to buy higher model paying extra priced.

                    On top of that i got the reply that you should do your home work before buying mobile. He gave such a curt reply that i did not feel like dealing with this people. I will never buy anything from Kohinoor Electronics, they are highly unprofessional & cheat.

                    One should go to other good outlet like Croma, e-zone or any other outlet. YOU GET BEST PRICE & SUPPORT /SERVICES
                    I have purchased sony 24 Inc medel p41b but after a 2 days observed pen drive not supporting any format I inform kohinoor staff and supportive persons they will be solve with in 2 days but now 2 munth has 2 go still m facing the problem on the time we purchesing they treet very nicely after the time of any service or any issues on product they never support
                    Really its a fake kind of retailer on time of service or any I issue they will be skip out dont by any products from there
                    Please don't buy any appliance from Kohinoor Thane. Before booking the product, they behave very politely, but as soon as you pay them full amount for the product, then you have to follow up with them for the delivery of product again and again. Nobody even picks up the customer care numbers given by them. They just ignore you, as if they don't care.

                    On 19 th april 2015 I booked the split 1ton ac of daikin I was told that the delivery will be on Tuesday since Monday is closed, On Wednesday they called and said that it will be delivered on thursday.On Thursday also not deliver I went their shop n asked the executive they said that it wile be surely delivered on Sunday or max Monday.
                    They not even delivered at Tuesday its Wednesday now.waitinag for it.
                    their customer care number doesnt works and when called deducts the money even though not picked up.

                    I Naman Ashok shah have bought one LCD TV OF SAMSUNG and was about to get a 200 Rs free gift as told by your respective person of Vasai branch (Mr Ankit ), and it has been three months now I m unable to get that amount due to casual approach of your member. I had been to your service provider for around four times, but the member (Ankit ) does not know how to talk with customers and provide the solution. He told me that he would courier me the amount but he is the most irresponsible person and would like to blame others.
                    I would like the superior to please look in to this matter and revert me back as soon as possible.

                    After reading the above complaints, i am reminded of my experience with kohinoor mumbra br; before few years on the bakra eid eve i had booked lg microwave oven and the product was to be delivered on bakra eid day in the morning. On the bakra eid day, the product was not delivered till 9.00 pm. I went to their shop and wanted to cancel the order but the sales representatives and the store manager pleaded with me not to cancel the order and they will try their best to make the delivery within few hours.
                    From their store, we went to our relatives and reached our house after 2 hours, and to our horror we found the lg mwo was lying outside our door in the passage. The watch man of the society informed that it was kept by one mr. Salim, and no bill nor any document was handed or kept in the box. This is how kohinoor works. My wife says kohinoor + कोई नही और कोई
                    I have purchased an AC - Voltas 185zyj 1.5 ton 5 star . But after installing the unit, AC was not working as per commands given from remote . So the man told it would likely be a problem of remote .So they took the remote telling they'll return it tomorrow for sure after checking the problem. But after two days after we calling them they told it would be a problem with AC unit, the remote is working well . It's been about more than a week they and Voltas both are cheating on us about replacing the unit . They are just stretching the process and no perfect reply has been given . I usually buy things from VIJAY SALES and this was the first time buying from Kohinoor with such a worst experience . Never gonna buy a thing from Kohinoor in life ...
                    And I'll also recommend all my friends and relatives that stay away from KOHINOOR and VOLTAS ...

                    I have recently taken AC from Kohinoor shop, on very first day AC fuse was gone off and second days it's started giving leakage problem. I approached them and asked for replacement as it has couple of issues but they not responded very well.rather they said "Do whatever you want to do we can't change your item". Please never ever take any item from Kohinoor. They make the people fool.
                    I went to kohinoor store at mulund chek naka i had booked led tv at store, i had wanted product deleviry as soon as possible so they said it will be deliver tomorrow. i had paid money for tv, since 2 days i have not received product delivery, i am going to cancel that product. you can go any electronic Dont go for kahinoor store. they fake
                    I bought Carrier AC 1.5 ton Superia 5 star for my hall from Kohinoor VASHI, Carrier outdoor unit are very big which was never mentioned while buying, Bracket mounting were unable to fit in balcony, I asked Kohinoor Ms. Madhu Chavan to exchange same with 3 star AC of same brand with smaller outdoor unit.Kohinoor flatly denied same & were asking extra charges for same( 3500).
                    Bad experience. Go for big stores like Croma, reliance digi etc rather than goin 4 service less stores like Kohinoor. Feeling dejected.

                    Hi we bought, a Samsung Microwave oven from Kohinoor Santacruz west branch, and the delivery was done in very next day, but the person who deliver it could not start the oven and said that another samsung guy will come and start the functions, later we called Samsung and they send their reprsentative he said the product has some issue and they will send their Engineer, first of all how can they send the faulty product, and how can somebody allow their brand new product get repaired without even 1 use. We called the store people and they said they will check and revert but no feedback since last 4 days, we even dropped a email for our complaint bt no one bothered to reply, now our oven is lying in kitchen like a show piece... Very poor service by Kohinoor. Any suggestion how to go for it...

                    I buy Samsung washing machine before 2 months from Kohinoor Thane due to electric board issue and worst customer service now I don't want to go for exchange of same washing machine I want to buy LG Washing machine then what to do.
                    i have purchased 1.5 ton panasonic ac from kohinoor kandivali branch. After a week i received delivery with dent on compressor due to which i had to return the product. After that i called so many times on their number, they asked me to wait for another one day but it’s been more than 2 days now but i haven’t received delivery of my product. I will never ever recommend kohinoor to anyone! Such a pathetic service!
                    Very very bad experience... Brought a new amazon stick.. Was informed that I need to collect it after 4days since was in officer with a new TV... And after the long wait I get to know that the fire stick was shipped to the wrong address with the TV. ..and the person in the Dadar east store tells me to go collect it from there...ridiculous service..
