I purchased a tv led with full payment samsung. I have been trying to contact u with the number provided as customer centre no[protected] which no customer support picks. Then a manager number provided to me by the shop itself zafar[protected] which is not operational. I cannot contact anyone to ensure when my tv will arrive at home.. So pathetic... I don't expect an answer to this complaint either [protected] is my number

    I have purchased a hp laptop on 23/4/17 but when the installation process was over at the 1 day it worked properly by after 1 day it started lagging, mouse pad dosent works properly, it gets hanget, keypad dosent works properly, there is a problem in the speakers and wifi also dosent connect properly bluetooth gets connected but after an hour it gets disconnected, there are so many problems in tis laptop plz provide me a new laptop or change the laptop because this laptop has very much problems

      I have bought an air condition from "kohinoor televideo pvt. Ltd" on 23 oct 2016 by paying rs 32, 000 through my hdfc credit card, supporting for both attached here with. Please note that while shopping at above said retail outlet, salesman viz. Mr kiran and one lady manager (Name not confirmed) and people from hdfc bank with valid id card were available at store for their promotion and was informing customer that they will get additional 10 % cash bank on the purchase amount subject to maximum upto rs 3000 within 90 days from the purchase date, if they will pay amount from hdfc credit card. I have confirmed about this offer two to three times with both employees from hdfc as well as employees from retail shop on eligibility of such 10 % cash back and they both have informed only one criteria i. E. To pay the whole amount from hdfc credit card. On believe of above statement i have bought an ac from shop, now it’s almost 5 months and i am following up since more than 1 month on cash back as per above promised and both hdfc and kohinoor shop were telling there was no such offer. They are selling their product by giving fake commitments to the customer.

        Very bad experience in buying A/C from Kohinoor banner branch...Delay in Delivery and delivered damaged Hitachi A/c...After complaining also manager of showroom n Hitachi people are playing around with fake promises of replacing and delivering in 2 days...Almost a week over still the manager of showroom is least bothered...We are just following up everyday but no luck...Employees are very unprofessional with bad experience and I will not recommend anyone to trust Kohinoor banner branch specially...

          The complain no is 1703b[protected] of kohinoor palm beach road, we had purchase ondia 1.5 ton order no ord2098326 and the last free service is pending from there side we continue calling them on customer care n they r telling wil send some one in 48hours but nobody is responding from there side pls look into the matter asap, or else i need to complain in consumer court.

            We purchased fridge on[protected].fridge arrived on after 9 days on 26 jan 2017 . We noticed 4-5 dents on doors and we told person who got fridge . HE told to sign paper and ask us to tell problem on shop we purchase. We went to shop immediately, person told today is 26 Janary please come later. Later they told this model manufacturing is stop by company. Not they ask to purshase model which is 2000 rs extra. And when we tell adjust our money in tv . they are reading its been a month we have faced so much of trouble. Went to shop more that 10 times. They tell something when we go there and other on phone.                 On 11/12/2016. I was promised the delivery of the machine on 13/12/2016 as it was auspicious day, but got the delivery on 14/12/2016 & the installation & demo was to be done on the same day (14/12/2016). But still there is no response from your team as well as lg india team.

                I would like to help me for the same & arrange for the same at the earliest

                  I have purchased Hitachi AC W1.0T RAW312KUDI-3 on 05/05/2016 vide invoice no. THN/300878 from Kohinoor Televideo - Thane, Naupada showroom. I have received free AC servicing on 07/08/2016. Accordingly, the next servicing was due in the first week of November 2016, but it is not done yet.

                  The engineer who had visited last time had informed that they will send someone for service exactly after three months.
                  I tried your contact numbers that are provided on your bill. But those are either ringing or not in service. I also called on the toll free number of Hitachi but the same gets disconnected after selecting option on the IVRS.
                  I am unable to get in touch with anyone to communicate about the problem.

                  Kindly send the service man asap for servicing the AC.

                    I bought mithashi led tv 50 ' from kohinoor electronics - mira road..
                    I have 3 years warranty and my tv display has broken after which i registered complaint at kohinoor before 12 to 15 days but not even one call sms email received from any side not kohinoor or mitashi. I gave all the required documents to kohinoor and they told me they wud call/sms/email me on my id but no response from anyside... So what can i do kindly let me know.

                      We booked LG fridge through Vashi Palm Beach show room on 30th of Oct.We got delivery on 31st of oct., but was defective and was returned back.Again new piece was delivered which was again more defective than previous one and was again returned back.Now they are saying that all fridges available in thia particuler are defectiv.So why they did not check before sending them and why they booked this perticular modle?? In all this we spoiled our Diwali festival as all our sweets, Ice Cream fruits got spoiled and was thrown to dust bin.We lost food stuff of rs around 20, 000/.
                      We demand KOHINOOR TELEVIDEO should pay back this damage with compensation for mental agony.

I have done the booking of LG smart TV. I am highly disappointed with the service. It seems your company pay attention only to big customer. So small customer like us are being ignored.

                        My order no. Ord 3062278. Paid full amount at kohinoor ghodbunder road, thane on 28th oct 2016. Product not yet delivered neither getting any response.
                        Very poor attitude towards customers and even avoid picking phone.
                        I called them atleast 50 times since i bought the fridge and visited the showroom twice.
                        Highly disappointed and irritated with their approach. Feeling cheated.
                        Attention everyone ensure delivery commitment in written before paying full money.

                          I recently placed an order for Dikin AC with them. I was told it will be delivered by 18th as the godown is in

                          Till the time I had not paid, all the Sales people were very polite and assured that they will contact the delivery guy to make sure I get the product delivered based on my request for the timings.

                          However, there has been no follow ups yet. Instead I had to call the delivery guy who initially said he will deliver based on the timings i was asking him and on the day of delivery, he tells me that somebody else will be delivering it and he is not sure by what time it will be delivered.

                          This is so unprofessional. No wonder people prefer ordering products from Amazon etc. Atleast they deliver based on what they promise.

                            I had given a dd of sum 42826 to Mr Irfan of Kohinoor televideo Andheri on 8 October 2016 in lieu of purchase of LG fridge, LG washing machine and sony television. He had told to call on 10 Oct 2016. I have not yet received any kind of call from him nor Mr Nelson till today ie 15 October 2016. Even when I call the shop, they are not answering. I am yet to get any delivery of the said goods. Please resolve this issue on a priority basis. Dd number is 831583, drawn on Kohinoor televideo Pvt Ltd of Canara Bank.

                              We purchased out microwave on 18/8/2016. Due to some problems we cancelled the demo given by you'll .When asked your customer people said they can arrange for the demo when we have time. its been 2 weeks since I'm calling your customer care number and I haven't got any response as of such from you'll, not even a message or phone call.. Its been 2 months(14/10/2016) and my microwave demo hasn't been rescheduled.

                                This is with reference to the kohinoor ad"real deal" from 1st to 6th october 2016. Where they have published the hp printer 4535 at rs. 6, 499/- and a additional discount of 1%, if we bring the ad cut out. They have also mentioned in the ad that they will better any prices online or offline. Period.
                                The same item was available on amazon on 3rd october 2016 at rs.5300/-. All inclusive with free delivery.
                                With the above information, i went to kohinoor thane store (Near cinewonder mall) at around 7.00 pm to get the printer based on their claims.
                                I was shocked that the representative does not know about their own ad and quote me a price of 7500/- and moreover say that the deal of matching any price is not applicable on it products.
                                They are just taking the customer for a ride.

                                  I purchased and paid for the above 4 air conditioners on 19th sept 2016 and today is the 26th. The hitachi installation staff found fault with the site and have demanded double the amount quoted by the seller for installation accessories. All other apartments in the building have installed air-conditioners successfully. Shameful for a japanese company operatiing this way.

                                    I m mr mahesh patani...I have booked a washing machine at ur vashi showroom on 11th of sep 2016 on name of kalpana mahesh patani with the advance payment of 5000...amol was our sales person who booked it for me...on 13th we hav called many times to amol for few queries...that time we came to know amol is out of showroom for 8 days...

                                    On 16th sep we were calling 4m 11.05am till 1.00pm for almost 50times on 61636493...on that number no one picked the call almost for 2hours (if not to pick up the call y u have given number to customer??)...beetween this have called to ur customer care service number on 61636464 for 20times...on that number they hav put me on hold for that limit that k i have to disconnect the call by getting bored(showroom busy, customer care busy then where should customer can call??) ...on 1.00pm Mr . sanjay have picked up the call and he said u please dont contact amol ill give u number or mr.pradeep and stay in touch with them he will guide u properly...we ask him to give call to pradeep to sanjay said he is busy right now u just deposit the amount tomorrow and ur work will be done...

                                    On 17th sep at 10.43 we have transferred the remaining amount 46500 to your respective account...today also we have called from 11.05 to 11.40 for 20times and today also no one picked up my call on 61636493...in between that we have texted pradeep to call me but he never called back...after that again sanjay picked up the call we told him to give line to pradeep but pradeep didnt came on line by saying he is busy with customer(if he is busy with CUSTOMERS then please tell me WHO I AM??)we have got frustrated and we have showed that frustration to sanjay after that 12.05 pradeep called back...that time also after few words call got disconnected and then he didnt called me back till 12.36...and when he called was having lunch so my cell was not with me...

                                    I m totally not satisfied with the service and highly disappointed with ur staff and sales person...highly is also a small word for it...

                                    We have have decided not to buy machine from u...
                                    Please tell me the procedure of cancellation and refund my money...

                                      I have purchased lg led tv from kohinoor televideo pvt ltd, kharghar on 14th august and they promised delivery on next day.
                                      But it has been 4 days but the product is not yet delivered.
                                      There call center and shop guys are not responding to my complaint in right manner.
                                      I have paid the amount through bajaj finance (10896) down payment.
                                      When i follow up with them for delivery of product, every time they are saying that it will be delivered on "next day".

                                      Manager Mrs. Hansa at mulund store is very rude while dealing with customer, we were willing to buy a samsung Led tv worth rs. 55000/-, but because of her rude behavior we left the store without buying a ny product. We will never ever visit kohinoor store again.
