Its being four days that we purchase an television from kohinoor Vashi. When we entered into showroom the salesmen were very positive till the tym we were about to make deal of purchasing TV . when we got TV there no absolutely answers to our questions . the following r the complaints.
1. No product Delievery on tym.
2. No installation on tym.
3. No response from salesmen n manager after we purchase the product.
Very very bad experience.

    Date of incident : 23 & 24th july 2016
    - i made a purchase of samsung washing machine and a lg refrigerator from kohinoor retails shop located at baner road, near ranka jewels, pune.
    -i almost visited thrice this retail shop, finally i booked appliances on 23rd july 2016.
    -however, once i made a payment of 15, 800 for samsung washing machine & refrigerator : lg of 12, 400, however, the sales manager then started passing comments about the discussion which had happened for the price being reduced. Then i still ignored this and went to the parking area, he walked up till the store gate along with his fellow colleague and showed them that this is the girl asking to reduce the price more and he didn't do it and they were laughing at me sending tantrums. This sales manager's name is vivek.

    They promised the delivery of the appliance before 1 on 24th july, but failed to do so, after i called the store number the person names mahesh patil was rude and disconnected the line stating the item will not delivered, do whatever you want to do.
    I called the number again and a sales manager vivek spoke with me said mind your language to me while i was with tense mood due to no delivery of the items for 28, 200 rs. He then disconnected the line and the person who helped me to choose the product called me and said sorry for whatever happened the delivery will be made today by 4:30 pm.

      Bought home appliance from kohinnor electronics & after 1 year a co named kitchen care came over referred by kohinoor for amc mentioning on his invoice the brand which was bought.

      Never came over for any service after we took the amc, after registering complaint with brand co. came to know that amc co. was unauthorized & bogus.

      Kohinoor team should not have shared our purchase.

      I have been chasing these people to get a TV installed for 15 days and these guys keep promising but never deliver. They have updated the telephone [protected] which a person picks up and says i am on week off and cannot help you. This is rubbish. Please ask store to remove number or person picking up phone.

        I have purchase the refrigerators from kohinoor on the date 14/05/2016 but at the time of delivery on 17/05/2016 and samsung company has given demo on 18/05/2016 at time a tell them there is dent on fizer door but samsung person tell that speak to kohinoor person and i speak to kohinoor person he tell speak at samsung company so i will not get any response from both i have call 20 time and i am going to kohin0or shop for 6 times but i have tell them only for change not for refund

          Dear all,

          I bought a smart TV of VU Company via Model No: VU 60S8575 (+Free Sound Bar) @ 72000/- after an exchange of my Old LG TV from Kohinoor Televideo Pvt.Ltd-Vashi on 28.5.2016 through the reference of one of my relative.

          To our surprise, when we cross checked the price for same model in Dombivali, it was 60000/- with Sound Bar after exchange of my old TV.

          At the beginning the showroom manager tried to convince that this is Akshya Tritiya Offer since the displayed cost was 92000/- & Kohinoor selling cost was 75000/-.After exchange, it was 72000/-

          When I contacted the showroom Manager Mr.Santosh Borhade who is know to my relative in respect of Overcharging, He said there is grey market exist where prices are low.Furthermore, We had been aided during visit by Mr.Harprit a subordinate of Mr.Santosh Borhade who found a liar..

          I have already initiated with VU Company H.O. in Mumbai..

          Please be noted that, never buy any product from Kohinoor showroom.Absolutely not recommended.

            I Rohit S Gandhi have purchased cooler of Mccoy from your santacruz (w) branch vide Invoice no. SAN/75913 dated 18/05/2016, On 20/05/2016 the Cooler was delivered at my place. After 2 Day of delivery there was a major Spark/short circuit inside the Cooler. My Electrician confirm that there is no problem in earthing or socket of my home. The total problem is in the Cooler itself. After the Major Spark in cooler i immediately visited to Kohinoor to Launch the Complaint I Visited Thrice alternate days but the staff has only given me dates no man was at my place to see the cooler. The day i visited and launched complaint are 22, 24 & 26th May 2016. There was no response received from your side or no action taken from your side as cooler is specifically bought for summer season, and 5 Days have been passed from the day of sparked occurred till date. It make no use to wait more.

            As there is too much Problems in cooler and cooler which sold to us is totally defective and useless within 2 days of its usage and as the major short circuit can cause us other losses also.

              I had placed order fro a refrigerator and washing machine to be delivered on certain date. The company delivered only the washing machine despite taking full money for both. They dont pick up the phone at all given phone nos[protected]/27662023. They are just bothered about money and not customer Pse dont buy from them They are cheats an a very non customer centric organisation

                Purchased new 60 inch vu tv which failed to start during installation which was replaced twice after delay and harrasement but all three tv failled to function normally but still company not willing to refund

                  I purchased an Onida led tv on 2nd Nov 2015which was in the offer .I got that tv delivered but i found that the remote was defective since then I have been following up for replacing the same till today..i.e.29th nov 2015, but nooone is respinding and acting on the query despite of repeated follow up with Showroom Manager.-Harshad Parmar and Sales girl -Shreya (Absolute pathetic service) Please do not buy from Kohinoor any product even if it is at dirt cheap rate.Pls BEWARE.!!!

                    I was promised a certain price under exchange of my old Tv, on delivery and after installing the TV, the delivery person said there was 29 inches TV written on the delivery challan, which was not even discussed during finalizing the new Tv and they said you have to pay extra since my TV was 21 inches, or they will take the TV back, I was ready to return the TV but they said I will be refunded my money after 15% deductions which was much more than 1500 that they were demanding. I had to pay 1500 extra, got a feeling of being cheated, they are not true on their commitments

                      Bill no.ORD2068646 dated 09/11/15 Delivery was to be done on 10/11/15 Diwali being auspicious day. Delivery person called we couldnot respond. We called 10 times on the same number the line was purposefully disconnected. We called the manager at Khiranagar store and informed our problem. We were told delivery will be done next day. We requested give 2 hours window being new year we may be going out.We got a call in the morning from [protected] which we missed. We must have called this number 10 times as usual it is disconnected. It is very difficult to deal with these people after paying.Please respond to this problem Ashwin Shah

                        See I have booked ac and washing machine on 8th of Nov after that that thy promised me fr 9th then 10th but not received then I calld him he said I m sending today itself n all then also nobody cared fr customers ...very bad experience first time the I went personally on 11th he calld delivery boy n all the said mam today I m sending I said ok but I want tokay itself ...but still not received

                          Hi Team, I am working in Kohinoor Televideo Pvt Ltd - Khira Nagar-Santacruz (West) showroom. In the month of Feb'15 someone stolen 40" LED TV. we have all inward details for that LED but we don't have outward details for same. We have CCTV cameras & one security at gate. May be entry has been done but goods not bought or someone planned to theft no idea. I am working as cashier in that showroom & am new joiner(joined in January'15)....

                          On Tuesday 18th Mar 2015, there was an advertisement in Newspaper containing offer In Kohinoor Electronics. Offer was If India Win against Bangladesh get 19th Inch Led TV free on purchase of 32 inch LED TV. Seeing this offer I went to the showroom located at Mulund CheckNaka, where the pamplets containing states that get 19 inch LED TV worth Rs.11000/- free on 32 inch LED TV. I have booked 32 inch Toshiba P2400 TV seeing the same on same date.And the sales manager Mr. Jamir Patel asked me too come on 23rd Mar for the free offer if India wins and also confirm the free brand will be Mitashi. To get the free offer i went to showroom on 24th Mar 2015, they hand over me the 19inch LED TV worth Rs. 9990/- MRP printed on box. When i object the same with their store Manager Mr. Parag Kulkarni, he asked me too give one day. Today on 25th Mar 2015, he told me he can compensate the same by giving me the Lock & Seal Container of Samsung, But this is really a pathethic and false selling. I need a proper compensation on same. Please do not go to Kohinoor really a pathetic service and high charge. Ajay Jha

                              I purchased a hitachi window air - conditioner and a lg microwave oven from kohinoor electronics at branch: - santacruz (W) , city: - mumbai. Already a week has passen by and i have not been delivered my order. Everyday now it has become my routine to call up at the centre for hours as nobody is ready to take responsibility when my order will be delivered, i have even visited the showroom and explained that my parents are sleeping without ac and i request you to do the needful as early as possible. I got the answer that it will be delivered within half an hour. But it looks likes that they are not professionals but shameless bafoons. The sales woman at the santacruz (W) branch whoes name is ms. Sandhya and the manager mr. Stephen nelson, gave me their mobile numbers for in case of any problem, but now they don't pickup my phone. I am also getting calls from hitachi and lg regarding installation, and i say product not yet delivered. Does it take a week to deliver within mumbai.

                                I had purchased an Split AC Voltas 1 ton model number123LYE-3* from Kohinoor ElectronicsAndheri west branch on 17th Aug'14. Delivery of the same has happened at myplace today (20th Aug'14) in my absence at home. When i spoke on call to thedelivery guy and asked him not to open the packet as i wanted the same to beopened by the manufactures representative who comes for installation so that ifany damage is there the same can be ascertain. My family ignorant about themodel took the delivery and the delivery guy insisted the he need to open andshow that remote and pipe is inside the package. To my surprise when i reached home i found that a differentAC Model no.183 CY of 1.5 ton has been delivered. Please take this AC off my premises and send me the onewhich i had purchased.                                   Dear sir, when i went to take one fridge and washing machine after finalize i gave my form to make bill i wait for 30 min near cash counter after that i just i them to do fast i have to go.. but one fellow standing there store manager shouted at me saying cashier is not sitting quitly doing work it will take another 30 min for your bill and after some time he came to beat me and all the sales man and manager started shunting at me and he tear my form and told to go away from here we don't want to sell. go away

                                    I would like to say that kohinoor should stop cheting their customers - they should have a staff members who are interested in only one thing - selling post they they do not bother about their customer at all

                                    I had come to buy a samsung tv at your store in satacruz - w and inspite of talking to the sales guy and asking him i want a tv which is completely flat and slim on the wall he lied to me and sold me a samsung tv.

                                    Once i paid my trouble started. Person servicing me was gulzar

                                    Next day i get a call saying since the tv model was new and expensive they do not stock it and will take 2 - 3 days for delivery - till then they kept saying i would get delivery next day

                                    On getting the delivery of the tv on 24th may - and tv guys coming to fix up the tv - i spoke to gulzar immediately and told him the tv is 6. 5 inches away from the wall and this was not what we had discussed

                                    He assured me that he will get back but did not bother to revert

                                    I waited and called back on monday and spoke again to ali - who assured to get back on my complain - as usual didnt not get back
                                    I waited for another 3 days to call gulzar again when he apologised for everything and assured me that they would get back to me in 24hrs

                                    I even wrote an email to kohinoor - but guess they do not read

                                    They do not have anything called as customer service and only interested in selling products by hook or cook. Once done

                                    Kohinoor electronics: pls do not cheat and lie to your customers or atleast have the decency to get back to them

                                      I have purchased Voltas 1.5 tone AC Model No. 183Lye from Kohinoor Electronics (Mulund Check Naka) Order No. ORDE1464564 on 27th March, 2014. I have done the whole payment on the same day itself. Received the delivery at home on 28th March, 2014. Two persons Mr. Mohammed and Sadhab had come for Installation purpose of the Unit but due to some reasons they were unable to “On” the AC, also there is some kind of sound coming from it. They just removed all the Internal parts of the New AC and had broken the locked parts. The next day Mr. Asif had come and checked the Unit and saw the broken parts. After talking to Voltas Customer Care, I got the reply that I won’t get the replacement of the Unit. The fault was only of their executives who came for Installation and broke the parts. I want the replacement of the AC asap…… I have filled the complaint in consumer forum also against them. Pathetic Service. Not Recommended... Shantilal Panchal Mob: [protected]
