Kohinoor televideo is so pathetic.. When we went to buy the ac, we told them these are our measurement and we want an ac which would fit in this, they guaranteed volats will fit.. However it didn't.. Even after pleading to them to exchange the window ac, they are so rude, that they do not even hear to out problem.. Since the ac was not fitting within the measurement in our house, we requested them to exchange it and we told we shall buy another 1, but they didn't hear at all.. Never ever purchase anything from their store.. Very bad.. Just because of them, we have to change the measurements in our newly renovated house..!!

    I had booked a double door samsung refrigerator having model no. Rt42m5538s8 on dtd: 20th sep 2017 from kahiboor, vashi, navi mumbai.

    I asked the deliver on occasion of dushera i. E. On 30th sep 17. But they did not delivered and gave the excuse of forgotten the raising of invoice.

    After i visited the store they deliver the fridge on 1st oct 17 a dented fridge. Letter i asked them for exchange with new one.

    Got the exchange after two days but found the same issues and i again returned.

    I little bit frustrated by this delivery and spoke to mr. Atish niwade ([protected]) staff of kahinoor vashi branch.
    He assured to give the good product in next delivery.

    Then again i got the the replacement of fridge for the third time. When unpacked its the severe dents on the top front corner.

    Attached the three times delivery dent pics of fridge for your reference.

    Now the disgusting thing is after three times replacement i getting the answer from kahinoor that they are forwarding a mail to samsung and awaiting for the reply to take action.

    I wasted my money, time and got this third class service and still i have no idea when i will get my complete product.

      I have purchase dainkin 1 ton ac from kohinoor electronics tilak rd showroom on 1.10.17
      Price was fixed for rs.26 k i have applied for bajaj finance in which i have to pay rs.5200 in cash, remaining are 8 installments of rs 2600 as i existing customer of bajaj they r not going to charge any charges
      But while billing kohinoor cashier add rs.567 as processing fee of finance and taken that amt through my credit card
      So i request him to cancel my loan and take whole payment through credit card
      But he refused the same told me that we were not going to cancel the finance.
      Bajaj finance executive is ready to cancel the same but kohinoor executive refused our request and told us that he will give extra 500 discount on our next purchase
      Why they forced for finance?

        I have purchased lg washing machine from kharghar, sector-7, navi mumbai show-room. My sales order no. Kptl-ord[protected] dated 28/09/2017. I got delivery of the machine on 29/09/17 in my home at sector-4, nerul.
        Your customer call center no. Is always and anytime busy. So it is useless to call on it. Today i have called on it many times.
        My one week clothes i cannot wash even purchasing washing machine on urgent basis.
        I will be thankful if "demo person" will be sent tomorrow as early as possible.

Today we noticed that the tv delivered by your branch is not as per the size we selected in the showroom. We are just shocked with this news. I need your urgent attention on this matter.

              I have booked Hitachi make Refrigerator Model No. RVG540PND3 - GGR on 27.05.2017 at your Electronics Mela, BKC, Bandra and also made Down Payment of Rs. 8500/- With Delivery on Date 25.06.2017.
              I have made enquiries so many times at your Dadar Branch on Telephone as well as personally to Mr. Kalpesh.
              I have also send mail on [protected]@kohinoortv.com on 02.07.207, 07.07.2017 & 12.08.2017.
              But, till today neither delivered the product nor inform about delivery.

                Dear sir/madam,

                Name the appliance : lg led 65uf850-65
                Model : 65uf850t

                Appliance taken : 65’’ led, 43’’ led, washing machine & owen all from kohinoor televideo and of lg brand.

                I bought the above mentioned item from your shop on 28th apr’17 and it has serious defects. (Photos attached). Also i had asked for the delay in delivery as well.
                Post this the delivery was done on 13th may’17 (Approx.) by 3 guys to address given to the kohinoor televideo pvt ltd (Andheri [west]), and as my house renovation was not done, hence i didn’t call the lg personnel to mount the led’s.

                Post when my house renovation was done than i shifted all my appliances to my goregaon house with the help of skilled workers and in my presence all the things were transported properly to my house.
                And then i called the lg personnel (Hemant mohgam -[protected]) to mount the led, they came and then the 43’’ inches led was mounted and post that 65” inches which happened to be a fault piece and then i was asked by the lg personnel to call the dealer and i did the same as told to me. (The worst call center guys ever). The lg personnel also told me that this will get replaced.
                Post this i was continuously calling to kohinoor helpline to resolve the issue but in vein, than one more technician (I believe he was from kohinoor) had come to see the led.
                There was so many calls done to the call center and the all the mobiles number were updated but still there was a reply from the lg team that kohinoor guys had not given them the mobile number.

                Than from the sms i got a toll free number for lg, which i had got regarding my complaint which stated is my query closed, i logged a complaint on the lg call center team which is again a pathetic one. The sms stated that mr abhishek was supposed to come and address my complaint and for which he didn’t turn up so i called the lg call center again and i got the area manager's number (B shekar : [protected]) and i called him but his call was diverted to abhishek’s number and he said that i am on holiday and i ended up with no solution.
                Than after continuous follow up one more technician came and he seen the product and without telling me anything, he reported that the product is broken and this cannot be replaced. (I bet if anyone sees the photo only won’t say that the product is broken).
                Firstly the customer service for both (Lg & kohinoor) is totally pathetic, i had a hell of a time to coordinate for the product which is from my hard earn money.
                The first two technician didn’t even mention anything about the broken piece, but the last technician (Ganesh jangam) i don’t understand without telling me anything he reported its broken also post the opening of the box by the l:g personnel i didn’t even touched the led or the box, but when ganesh was taken the photos of the box and thermocol, i realized that the thermocol is also faulty.
                The first lg personnel also should have taken the photos of the box and thermocol and which he did not,, which clearly shows that this is done on purpose. And now the lg people are saying that this cannot be replaced this was the first reason given to me that they are saying about the 45 days policies and this cannot be replaced please contact the dealer.
                Then i went to the dealer and i met anil dsouza and he assured us i will speak to the management and will try to figure out this issue, he also promised that he will also give me my surprise gift (A headset – i think it’s around 10000 grands, i just over heard) & and my complimentary vessels which were not given during the delivery and for which he was supposed to be calling me and telling me about the status, but he also didn’t, wherein i had to call up and ask about the status for which i got a reply that company is saying no for the replacement, again totally pathetic & unacceptable customer service. I am actually frustrated with no proper response after waiting & calling to both the companies and i would definitely take this forward. (All the recording and photos attached).

                I understand that i am entitled to expect things i buy to be of acceptable quality. The led i bought does not reach this standard considering the problems i have had.
                I am therefore asking you for a refund of the 214000/- i paid for the led [or to replace the item with another in good working order].
                A copy of my receipt is enclosed.
                I trust this matter can be resolved quickly and look forward to your early reply.

                    Hello, i purchased dell inspiron-15 5558 (Model) laptop from kohinoor electronics (Andheri west branch) on 2nd july, 2017. Firstly the salesman promised me of delivery next day but still i was made to wait for 3 days for the delivery of the product. I. E, i got my laptop on 5th july. Also, i wasn't given the accessory kit on the same day. He told me to wait till 7th july. I called them and he said sir wait till 10th july. I didn't received it on 10th either. Then i approached them on 11th and he told me to wait for another 7 days. This time he made a promise that i will get the kit on 18th july. But still i didn't receive it. I called them again on 20th, they said sir we will call you or deliver at your address as soon as we get the kit, didn't receive any call till today. Its 30th july today. 28 days since the purchase of the product and i still didn't get the kit inspite of so many calls from my side. Please look after this matter. Pretty much delayed already, not very nice service i can say. Thank you

                      Hello team,

                      I had purchased lg smart tv model-49lj554t from kohinoor, baner, pune, maharashtra. I have asked for taking the extended warranty and the store person asked me to take the extend warranty from bajaj finserve, which is having tie up with kohinoor. I paid 6k for 3 yrs extended warranty and the kohinoor and bajaj person told me that i will receive email and details for warranty on email within 4 days. Its been almost a month now and now they are saying that they have canceled my extended warranty request for which i have already paid money. I want to have extended warranty not the refund amount. Now as tv has been installed warranty cannot be issued by any other firm also. Please hell me with this and take strong action against them.

                          We booked a voltas window ac one month back at their exhibition at bandra kurla for our clinic our old ac was taken away n new not replaced the new piece sent at the clinic was an open piece just tied with a string when we had told them to send a packed piece now the state is that from past 5days we r working in the clinic without an ac n no ventilation it is so very difficult to handle patients who r sick but on requesting khohinoor people they r not bothered once money is paid they can cheat i don't know how voltas allows this sad we live in a country with of cheats n no one is afraid of law poor customer service n no one is answerable will never buy any product from khohinoor dadar

                              This is just an annoying experience with the tv purchased philips led 40" on 22/10/2015 it is in warranty period which was 5 years, my house had a problem with the screen still facing the same problem with the display it flickers i need the tv to be replaced i am fed up with the tv and once sent to the service center it takes atleast 2/3 weeks to the tv to get repaired please take this matter on a serious note so no further action needs to be taken...

                                I bought vu 49"smart tv from kohinoor thane (Near cine wonder) and my experience this time was just horrible...
                                This is a case of misleading customers by posting wrong discount numbers and upon enquiry (Unfortunately post purchase/delivery as i could not pay attention to this while making payment for the same), stores manager (Prashant) unapologetically / rudely replied to us stating nothing can be done... He simply asked sales person (Prakash) to show model where kohinoor gets better margins directly (Shocking) + further lied stating the discount shown on the display are"upto" max. Discount percentage and not firm?!!! Other device had both percentage and values matching though?!!! He immediately asked sales person to remove sticker from the product (Hope white lie is evident from the action!)...
                                He rudely declined to my request for credit note of balance amount (12.5% against displayed 25%) and further asked sales person to give away some samsung freebie as if he is obliging us by doing so?!!! I refused to take any such favour and rather demanded for complaint book to which sales person said that they don't have any at the stores but i can write to their support mail id!!! Looking at the experience, i will never buy from kohinoor now (Unfortunately i was a regular customer of kohinoor since last 3 years)... Maybe for kohinoor it is just loss of one customer and may not be important but i advise all to cross check twice before buying something from kohinoor...

                                      With humble regards i would like to draw your kind attention to my order of smart tv model # lg led 32lh576d-32" booked dated 30th may 2017 at mmrda grounds during exhibition. Regret to inform you that on 31st may i was being served with a wrong model product at my residence for which i immediately lodged complaint to mr. Magar ([protected]) at lower parel branch for which i was being advised that my concern will be taken care of on high priority basis and immediate positive action will be taken after consulting the senior official. He was expected to call me by 11am on 2nd june but till now i have not received any call from his end nor he is answering my calls. I also tried to reach the customer service via the landline numbers available on invoice[protected] more than 100 times but fail to get in touch with anyone as the auto answer is keeping me on hold all the time. Around more than 100.00 rs i have wasted on this. Tried to get the number from google and out of several numbers available found only one number active ([protected] mr. Manoj) who was very cooperative and he contacted mr. Verma (Sales executive) and then i received call from mr. Verma yesterday evening assuring my complaint will be taken care of within a days time. I again tried to reach mr. Verma at [protected] to get update on my request but not getting any reply from his end. This is really a harassment from your end who is well establish in this field.

                                      I urge to take my request on priority basis and do the needful to replace the correct model with the wrong model by tomorrow morning. As this is your fault you must take responsibility of the same and serve your clients who are paying for the product from their hard earned money.

                                      I state that if my request is not been taken care of, i would be left with no other choice than going to the consumer court and filing my application there asking for the correct product and compensation for the mental harassment i am going through due to your carelessness.

                                      I hope you would understand and reply my concern on urgent basis.

                                        Dear team,

                                        I have received diakin 1.5 ton a/c ctc50srv16 and voucher no sls402058 on 25th may but still not a/c fitted.

                                        At the time of buying the sales executive nawaz pednekar said once the a/c delivered at home on second day a/c is installed. Means it's installed on 25th may 17.

                                        I am very irritated for given this pathetic services to the customer. No any body call from kohinoor or daikin team.

                                        On yesterday your customer care said me a/c are installed on sunday but today i called me customer care said not possible today. Your customer care team also fake and kohinoor.

                                        I am canceling this order today and refund.

                                        I am all ready compliant to consumer court also.
