Kolors health care pvt ltd people doing fraud and they forced me to take loan from bajaj and save in i took but now iam unable to pay any amount now who is responsible for pay the bounce chq charges and my refund amount people are not responding my calls iam not taking any treatment pls cancel my service at any cost or else i will give police complaint or i will take leagal action for kolors people...

I visit one of clinic of kolors health care they sugest me some peels and hydrations, 1 botox for me 8 peels 4 hydra facials and 1 botox and in this i took only hydra facial i went on may 16th after that i went my village
for this treatment they suggest me loan application from bajaj and save in app in bajaj they wrote hair transplant this is cheating and fraud and they wrote 35000 rs and they transferred amount to kolors account...

I joined kolors and paid 70000 to them but suddenly they called and informed me don't come from tomorrow onwards and we don't provide treatment for you. Then I asked refund the amount which I paid. they said and challenged you never get refund back and also stopped the treatment. Including consultation 70500 paid through EMI. Please get refund from them....

I am Kavyasri visited Kolors Vijayawada Branch on Oct 14th for enquiry about weight loss treatment. But they manipulate me and made a payment of 12, 000/- and remaining as EMI Amount, Total - 60, 000/-. At that time I am in maternity leave so i have a free time to attend the sessions. Right now I am again rejoined in my position and there is no time for weight loss treatment. I have severe dandruff problem so i am asking for transfer weight...

Have paid 40000/- for weight loss treatment but no proper response from the branch and there is no co- ordination by the office member regarding updates, such a poor management. How will be my treatment of this the way of approach with customers......

My mother in law is 61 years old and having lot of health issues. major issues are fatty liver, heart functioning issues and sugar complaint as well. she joined kolors (Lakshmi mills Branch coimbatore) last year 2021 and paid 1 lakh. I here wanted to bring to your notice that I have joined kolors for treatment for weight loss Initially when I joined they gave me basic treatment saying that this is best and promised to help reducing my weight of 30 kgs. So I started initially few days it went ok but all the time every person who attend me for massage and treatment start bugging me saying that why did u take this treatment take for higher one some kryo Or other procedures....

I have joined in kolors at Rajamundry branch one month back with reference of telephone agent
He promised 5kgs reduction for Rs.5000/- when i approached branch their consultant replied it won't work for 5000/- i[censored] pay Rs.30000/- we will reduce 15kgs to u it's our promise and guarantee, then I paid
After that the therapist who appointed for me for weight loss he is irritating me from day one, this won't be much...

I have registered for a weight loss programme for 39000rs, i have only taken 4 sessions, and i have done a downpayment of 7800 rs for loan from ezfinance.

Now the emi is needed to be deducted for the first payment. The trainer named sobha said that they will not refund.

I have been facing a side effect due to this, this is not something which i have expected...

Very worst ...i need to discontinue for kolors, i paid already 17000/-and EZ finance loan 48000/- one due also passed... i asked for close my finance loan account, i went only 5 sittings .i cant continue because of my got job in abroad, but kolors side not accepting and no response ...I hereby kindly request you to refund my money back to my account with a COMPENSATION for the mental worries, damages and inconvenience caused.
