I took hydration and face peel package from kolours, pune. The after service is horrible. they team doctor and helper is not at all adjusting as per customer timings. they will give you their time and if you are not available you will miss your appointment. it was waste of money. the counsellor, doctors all are fake. They told me that my last sitting will be of hydration after the peel but when i did not get any call from last 15 to 20 days i called to check they gave me hydration appointment and when i asked for last hydration appointment they said that its done, as their staff was not available for peel so they did hydration. Literally fake people especially the counsellor. The staff will be very polite but once you buy their services the staff becomes arrogant.

      Cancel my fibe loan

      Withdrawal from my account after intimation to Kolors

      After trying several times to reach out to the right person, I have decided to pen down my horrible experience o[censored]ncertified doctors, useless faculty team, and unprofessional money making system.

        I had an appointment on 7th Jan 2024 and my residence is almost 30 klms away from the nearest Kolors clinic ( Kalyan Nagar). After travelling for almost 18 klms, I get to know that the person I was in touch with, Ms Pooja has left the job and that the doctor treating me is on leave. Is this some kind of a joke?
        Only when collecting money staff is very proactive, after that we need to beg for details.
        I feel this is a huge waste of my time in a Sunday. Hopeless and non accepted.

          Hi Kolors,

          My name is Kalai.arasan. I have joined Kolors 3 months ago to reduce my weight 12 KG. The Kolors location is in Kalyan Nagar, Bangalore. I have paid 42000 for treatment.

          I was assigned to the employee Venkatesh. Till now I am in same weight. Only 5 massage completed.

          As they want to be free sleeping in the room. They don't do massage on time. I was in regular appointment on Monday and Friday 10AM.

          Venkatesh told this week he they only will message when to come. This was not before. I am not happy with his service.

          Can you please refund me if you are not providing service. Why your employee is like this. I paid money, then why I should wait.

          Please take necessary action before I go legally. Waiting for your response and call me.

              I was referred by kolors to take the Prp treatment, I have taken 2 sessions post that I started observing changes in my blood. It started becoming thick so I stopped immediately as it was affecting my health. But kolors did not give me any refund I paid 30k.

                I joined Kolors Bangalore Branch on July, 2023 and opted for weight loss program. As part of the program they charged me Rs. 50000 which was converted to EMI for 8 months with EzF Finance A/c.

                I am not quite satisfied with the Kolors service and would like to discontinue from the remaining session. They always tell me I cannot take the session since the weight gained. I spoiled my health I order to maintain the weight.

                They told I can eat thing but I shouldn't gain weight, I am not sure how that's possible. They even asked me to join gym to see more results. If I need to go to gym to reduce weight then what is the use of going to Kolors.

                Discussed with Kolors and asked to cancel the EMI since I am not going to continue with the session. But they denied it. I am totally disappointed. I just want them to cancel my EMI.

                Please help me to resolve this issue

                  It has come to my attention that several other customers may be facing a similar issue, which raises concerns about the overall customer satisfaction and refund process. As a loyal customer, I believe in the integrity of your services, and I am hopeful that this matter can be resolved promptly.

                  I understand that resolving such issues may take time, and I have been patient in awaiting a response. However, I would like to kindly request an update or a resolution to my refund request by 28th Nov. Should there be any delays or challenges in addressing this matter, I may have no choice but to explore alternative avenues to seek information and assistance.

                  To avoid any inconvenience, I am considering registering a Right to Information (RTI) request. This would encompass information related to Kolors' customer success, rating, refund policy, customer feedback, and consumer refund terms.                       In October 2022, I joined Kolors with high hopes of achieving my weight loss goals. I initially paid 17, 500 INR for the program, but despite my best efforts and dedication, I did not see any significant results.

                      In response to my lack of progress, I was persuaded to upgrade to a 30, 000 INR plan, with the expectation that this would yield better results. However, I regret to say that even after opting for the more expensive plan, I have not witnessed any tangible improvements in my weight loss journey.

                      I have reached out to your branch multiple times, expressing my dissatisfaction and requesting a refund of the amount I have paid, but unfortunately, I have not received any response or assistance in this matter.

                      I kindly request your urgent attention to this issue and ask for the refund of the total amount I have invested in the program. It is disheartening to be in a situation where I have not experienced the promised results and have not received the support I expected from Kolors.

                      I hope for a swift resolution to this matter and request that you initiate the necessary steps to process my refund as soon as possible. I believe this is a fair and reasonable request given the circumstances.

                        I have been under recurring treatment for my pigmentation and pimple issues in Perambur Kolors. I predominantly visit once in two weeks and taking treatments regularly as advised by Doctor.

                        On 22nd October, I visited for further treatment which is part o[censored]sual process. This time they have applied stronger peel which destroyed my face completely.. It created loads of wounds on my face overall. I cannot even step out for what they have done.

                        This was done by Monisha (+[protected] and Nishanthini (+[protected]. As soon as they appied, I felt the irritation and I immediately informed them about the irritation but they simply said it is stronger peel and thats how it will feel like..

                        By the time I reach back home, my face was swollen completely and I called them immediately. Post which they advised to rinse off my face with soap and then apply FUCIBET cream for every 2 hours. I followed the same but after doing it contiuously, my face gone terrible. Please refer attached pic for your reference.

                        I am unable to tolerate this pain, this is affecting me mentally to the core.. Kindly take appropriate action on them, so that they never take customers money and health for granted.. They dont deserve to be in the job and they should be fired immediately. I had never seen such brutal treatments in my life, they are just playing with people's money and emotion..
