    10 hrs back i purchased an Amazon gift voucher worth ₹500(around $6.44) +₹8(technology fee), transaction was successful and money was paid too from my account but i did not get the gift voucher and few minutes later i got an email saying transaction interfered and money was refunded in terms of recharge points but when I checked in the app it did not show anything so I went to website but when I tried to login it showed account disabled and couldn't able to login.

    If anyone reading can help me plz reply. I really need my money back

    Currently we had unbanned the account KIndly verify the account, The transaction which was failed the amount was als refunded to the source account. It may take 3 to 4 working days. Kindly mail support[at]komparify[dot]com for any assitance.

      I'm unable to sell the gold, when I'm selling the each time the transaction fails it's been 2 days still the same it always failing I'm unable to do anything i sent mails but there is no reply please resolve the issue.

        I tried a lot of times to sell the gold but each time the gold sell will be fails .please return the amount or resolve the issue now .it's very urgent for me .

          My 1200 money got stuck gold sale successfully but they mailed me that bank transfer failed but i provide upi id which is correct and i had send correct bank details also but they are not responding and give any clarification on this issue.

              Hi I have sold gold of worth rs 6996 for which the order is[protected]. The order was placed successfully but amount was not reflecting in my account. It was stated that amount will be reflected with in 3 days of transaction. After 3 days the transaction cancelled stating that due to unverified UPI I'd it was not transferred . I have sent the verified I'd via sending mails on [protected]@komparify.com but no one is responding properly.
              Kindly help me with this issue

                My gold been deducted from komparify and safe gold portal also . Where as I have entered my UPI Id- If any transaction is made it should credit immediately on successful transaction . But I checked the status they haven't made the transaction also, it's pending from this company's end only . I have waited already 6 days, I am not waiting another day for this. Today is 6 days I am waiting but not money credited yet

                      Already sent email to nodal also on 15th March. Hope u guys see the email rather making fool and asking to send email here and there else I don't hv option rather than escalating further to cyber crime

                                    The Minimum amount to sell the gold is Rs 100 for bank transfer. To sell the gold click on the below link

                                    Enter either the amount or Gold-in grams (which is available in your digital account balance.)

                                    Thereafter to transfer the amount to the bank account enter the valid bank beneficiary details. It may take 5 to 6 working days to reflect in the bank account.
