I sold 1.35 grams of digital gold

Komparify took additional charges of 69.67 rupees for Paytm wallet transfer for my settlement of digital gold order[protected]

Komparify didn't transfer amount of Rs. 6897.13 into my Paytm wallet [protected]

Shall i file a complaint to RBI or cyber crime cell. I am not going to leave and forget my money...

I sold gold on komparify app 11th August but amount not credited in my bank account they said amount will be credited in 3 days but it has been 10 days still money not credited in my bank account...

Payment issue
