            I sold 1.35 grams of digital gold

            Komparify took additional charges of 69.67 rupees for Paytm wallet transfer for my settlement of digital gold order[protected]

            Komparify didn't transfer amount of Rs. 6897.13 into my Paytm wallet [protected]

            Shall i file a complaint to RBI or cyber crime cell. I am not going to leave and forget my money

                Gmail showing This invalid email so can't reach the your team This is my order I'd - 6641377888800 please solve here.. hope I'll get my solution.
                This the screenshot of the problem and one more thing showing false gold rate price gold price going up from I buy gold but in this app my amount decreasing time bye time... I buy gold for Rs1037 0.188g and immediately after buying gold it's shows 965 and it's still decreasing even after gold is going up treand after I buy so please solve this problem Or it's scam or something like that .. hope you'll provide solution as soon as possible.

A refund or reversal is not possible if the gold sale happened, The bank transfer might get failure due to the listed one (Currently, we are facing some technical issues on -All branches having same IFSC code like Paytm / Airtel Bank transfer / jio bank / postal bank/ small finance bank) or due to invalid beneficiary details.So kindly mail to support[at]kompatify[dot]com with valid bank details sothat we can check and do a bank transfer. It may take 5 to 6 working days to reflect in the bank account.
