Dear komparify team i had not received my money in my bank account the transaction is still showing to be failed i had provide my verified upi id :- [protected]@oksbi please reflect my money of rs 3726.77 im my bank account or refund it in gold wallet balance thanks

    Iam sell my gold order I'd[protected] at 12:47 pm but till now I can't get my payment .

    But yesterday I had sell my god & received payment with in 5 minutes.

    Please confirm me can I get this payment today.

      My Komparify account is blocked from 1 month you are not responding to my any of mails aftet giving you documents for kyc verification it's been 1 month my account is still disabled Please enable my account

      Hi,

      As we checked the backend, your komparify account was involved in fraudulent transactions in the Lazypay payment gateway for buying safegold. Even the lazypay support team and safegold team also reported this. Hence we can't unban your account as per policies. Created multiple accounts and was involved. All accounts are banned because of fraudulent complaints.

      First of all I have all the transactions screenshot of lazy pay account and text message came from lazy pay after payment so how can i do these fraudlent activities

        My name is Atiq Dear komparify team i had sell my gold on komparify app its been 4 days the amount of rs 5180 is not received in my bank account yet please help me reflect my money in my bank account or refund it in gold wallet so i can make new payment my amount has been stuck and it is showing that tha bank transfer initiated please gave my money back

        The fund transfer initiated is in a pending state from the bank end.

        If the payment is confirmed as a success, the amount will get automatically transferred to the bank account which you had given.

        If it is in failure the amount will get automatically added to your digital gold wallet.

        The process may take 5 to 6 working days to reflect in the account.

              I'm using an bank account since 3 year's ..and also using it on komparify to get my money but this time they said I'm using the wrong detail's . I have emailed them several times with another bank account but they said the same thing . it's all about 3200 rupees .. please dp some thing for me . I'm attaching the details of my transaction

                  Hiii Team is this kind of joke or have you lost your mind, how can i provide the bank passbook i have already sent you the account number and ifsc code of the the company's current account you can simply transfer the amount in that account, if you are genuine,

                  and for your kind information The account details that I have sent is a company's current account, now you fake people will not know which company's current account has with passbook photo, and why that company will share that to me i have already sent you my Pan Card+Aadhaar card Payment proof

                  I took 1770 rupees for my 2 night room from that company and I sold my gold worth 1774.03 rupees, which you people are not transferring, in that account,

                  First you people said we have transferred the amount, then you people said the transaction has failed, send the account details, we will do the transfer again, now you are saying send the bank passbook, what are you talking fake there no sense, its mentally torcher which you fake people are doing,

                  it's clearly seems that you guys are doing fraud when you have already receive the document for KYC, it's simple you can unbanned My komparify account, i will sale my gold by myself or if you can't than refund that amount in my same source of Paytm wallet,

                  i don't understand why government will not take any action against these fraud people like Komparify
                  with how many people you have done fraud like this

                  i request you to Consumer Complaints higher authority please find the attachment of Email Screenshot and check how they are playing with the words, there is no sense, of Komparify Support, Email

                    Komparify — Komparify is totally fraud I have not received fund against order[protected]
                    Hello Team i am writing this because i have found that komparify has done fraud with me and many others i was trying to recharge my phone through komparify but recharge was failed at that time and they refund that amount in the komparify account so there is no other way to withdraw i have done another recharge from my account through recharge Point but suddenly they block my account for review i have send the Multiple emails to theme also i have submit my Pan Card + Aadhaar Card For verification of the account but still komparify did not resolve even they are not responding it's clearly seems they are doing fraud
