Re initiate bank transfer in upi

I have selled my digital gold on 14/11/2022 but till now still I did not get my amount to my bank account...I have gave my UPI Id to transfer the amount but now I got a message the to provide a valid Bank account number and ifsc code...

I have mailed komparify many times but there is no reply to me.

Please transfer my amount to my given UPI ID (or) the bank details sent to [protected]@komparify.com . Please Transfer...

I have digital gold and my account is disabled from last 5 days

I've mailed you so many times given my kyc documents for verification it's been 5 days my account is still disabled and after mailing you no response has been given my money is stuck in this account...

I have digital gold and my account is disabled with 2 days over it

My account is disabled and I've written them mail they said for kyc verification submit your 2 documents within 48 working hours issue will resolved it's been 48 hours my account is still disabled and no reply has been given to me till now...

I have 2 accounts and both the accounts have digital gold worth 3300 and 1080 both the accounts has been disabled my komaprify

1st account registered email id shantanujhaat (at) (gmail) (dot) (com)

Payment not received in bank account

I did not get payment for gold sell order to my bank account and I used upi method. I did put correct upi id but transaction status shows as failed. I had already placed few gold sell orders to same upi id. All were successful. But only this transaction failed. See the attached screenshot. So please refund the amount to the same upi id. Recharge and refund issues

I was trying to use your app to make a payment to JIO postpaid worth 1000 via Lazypay which kept on failing and instead of refunding my money I was given recharge points. I had used those recharge points to recharge my D2H which showed successful and it still has not showed up in my d2h account.
