i was sell digital gold on komparify(Order[protected] and provided my UPI ID details but amount transfer to UPI ID has failed and i received email from komparify
And As per komparify instruction I'm provide all necessary details so many time but not getting any response from komparify so plz let me know at last
witch details i provide them is it correct or not and what happen about my amount

          So i have provided new bank account details multiple times
          But i didn't receive any response from your end

              I'm unable to sell the gold, when I'm selling the each time the transaction fails it's been 1 day still the same it always failing I'm unable to do anything i sent mails but there is no reply please resolve the issue.

                  Hello Everyone,
                  Myself Ashutosh Nayak. My complaint is regarding the refund request as I want to do a simple recharge for my sim card as I am using airtel sim but by mistakenly I choosed jio from the option of service provider because I was hurrying up for somewhere. So, as per my mobile number service provider is airtel not jio but unexpectedly it shows a message success and withdrawn the money also and didn't showed any issue or recharge failure or etc...
                  I tried to get contacted with the customer support but there is no reply till now from their side and I have also mailed a couple of time but no reply and now just I'm waiting for any support or else I'm thinking to file a legal case about it because it's about ₹1199 + Some types of charges = ₹1, 217. So, beware of such types of mistakes and do any of your payments with precautions & never trust any third party application.

                    I am trying to sell my digital gold but the orders to sell gold many times but each time it has failed. I want to sell all the gold in my gold account. I also tried to sell from SafeGold's official website but it was not possible. I attached a screenshot of the komparify account and failed order email confirmation.

                        They have many platforms in there aap if we can buy digital gold by this aap it done easily but after that if we need to sell it.but after we sell gold money was not received in bank account and not refunded to komparify recharge point..

                                  I buyed 500rs worth of digital gold in this komoarify app through Amazon pay and I waited for 4 days for the withdrawal and now it shows my gold wallet as empty and there is no chance for withdrawal and i lost my 500rs worth digital gold so I want my 500rs back as refund.
