I have successfully sell the gold but amount not credited into my account.
I have already reply to the email about updated bank and paytm details.
But amount still not credited into my account.
I request you to please resolve my issue.

    I sold gold on komaprify, but due to mistake in my paytm wallet number money transfer is pending. Although sell order has been executed.
    I have emailed them for more that 10 times, but they are not replying. They haven’t mention time span for reply on email as well. It is now one week.
    I will wait for 15 to 20 days surely take necessary legal action.
    My mistake is only I added +91 before my paytm wallet number.

      Komparify se gold buy kiya tha payment Amazon wallet se kiya tha but Amazon wallet se payment susses ho gaya lekin komparify per transaction failed dekha raha hai

        Hi, I sold my gold in komparify Order ID :[protected] but I got a mail from them like bank details are incorrect. I have given my paytm bank details which are 100% correct but they said they were incorrect. So i mailed and contacted them with my other bank details but no reply from them. Only thing I am getting is a mail that the transfer has failed. They neither not responding with my bank details. I didn't getting any reply from them. Please have a look my issue. Please transfer my money to given bank account either Paytm Payments Bank or ICICI Bank.

            Hi, my name is Dipesh. I selled my gold in komparify Order ID :[protected] &[protected] but I got a mail from them like bank details are incorrect. I have given my paytm bank details which are 100% correct but they said they were incorrect.               Still no reply from komparify. If the transaction failed why don't you refund my 0.8grms gold back. So that I can transfer my money via Paytm wallet. Other payments options are worst. Worst costomer support. Give my gold back.

                Hi, my name is hemanth. I selled my gold in komparify Order ID :[protected] but I got a mail from them like bank details are incorrect. I have given my paytm bank details which are 100% correct but they said they were incorrect. So i mailed and contacted them with my other bank details but no reply from them i waited 2days still no reply from them. I need to get Rs 4801 from them. They neither not responding with my bank details nor refunding by gold back. I didn't getting any reply from them. Please have a look my issue. Please refund my gold back or transfer my money to newly given kotak mahindra bank account.

                  I used this site as it was approved by Amazon. After Paying Airtel Bill using amazon Pay Balance. It showed Transaction failed. and no refund back in my amazon Pay Balance..Nor any support on Komparify website.

                                    I sold my gold worth ruppes 800 but after selling it i got a mail from komparify saying that transaction got failed due to wrong bank details but i had selected paytm wallet as to receive money after selling my gold but never received my money so i sent them many mails about this issue but go no reply from there side my order is[protected] so i have bo hope that they will refund my money but lets see

                                      I sell my digital gold successfully on 23 April 2023 but now its 1st may but they not transferred any amount in my bank account total amount is 1247rs, after 2 days i sent mail to there customer support then they revert back to me and said they have some issues with my bank and give other Bank details for balance transfer and after this i reply back with my second bank account details but they don't credit any amount or any reply of my mail i waited already 10 days. I have all the details like purchase or sell receipt

                                        I sell my digital gold successfully on 16 April 2023 but now its 19 April but they not transferred any amount in my bank account total amount is 2796rs, after 3 days i sent mail to there customer support then they revert back to me and said they have some issues with my bank and give other Bank details for balance transfer and after this i reply back with my second bank account details but they don't credit any amount or any reply of my mail i waited already 5days.
