Hi Rohan Dayal, here, 7 Days ago i sell the gold my order no is[protected].still i didn't recieved the money 465.05 rs I drop few emails also but they not replying my emails they avoiding me .i kindly request you pls look into it and do the needful ASAP.its already more then 6 days past I didn't received any money.

      I didn't get money even after selling digital gold I updated my bank account after transaction failed Today it's been 17 days no reply mail is coming I sent many mails no reply.

          On 22march 2023 i sell my gold worth of 5k+ inr but it failed then i get the mail from komparify that send your bank account info then i send him but from then no reply from them . Its really uncool. I guess i am going to file a complain within 24 hours for scam. If they not respond to my mail.
          I have enough proof how i created ticket and a mail from them.

                      Komparify team replaying the UPI transfer is failing due to server downtime issues. We will initiate the transfer once the issue is fixed, sorry for the inconvenience.

                      How long will it take to fix this problem?
                      if possible please change payment method upi to Paytm wallet

                      Komparify seemed like a scam to me, so maybe they aren't releasing the money.

                                I withdraw 499 amount by selling gold at komparify with correct details but i havenot received my money yet and they saying the account number and ifsc code is not correct but i have send them correct details also but havent recieved my money.

                                        I tried to recharge my mobile no. [protected] on komparify through my lazypay account, money got debited and transferred to komparify but recharge didn't happened and as a result money was converted to recharge point which again is not working, unable to make bill payment or recharge by these 1537 recharge points.
