My account is disabled

I made an recharge bymistake that is 9000 the money is refunded as recharge points I used them to purchase Croma gift card but it is not processed and I got again refund as recharge points and yesterday again I purchased then also again it is pending later when I tried to login it is showing that my account is disabled....

I added recharge points using netbanking but recharge points not added to my account even so my money got debited...

For digital gold selling showing

Hello sir yesterday and till now i try to selling digital gold but i payment transfer page showing payment instrument is not available now why this type of messaging showing i have approx 3000 rupee digital gold but this show very harsh for me...why this type of messaging show i mailed komparify but no..one response from them...i tried all payment instrument but always shows this type of message please transfer it sir ...my registered email...

The disabled my account without any reason and now they are not replying to my emails I also have balance of rs 1500 in it...

Account transfer failed but Gold is sold Successfully.

I opened the ticket for this on their customer support but no one is replying to that. I sold my gold but account transfer got failed for the order ID:[protected]. I emailed them several times about this and even send my correct Account details for transferring the amount. Please look into this matter....

Gold selling issue

Iam busy digital gold kompify app..after 3 days I am trying to sell but trnasction failed..before I am buy and sell gold this app that time no probelm.only this month nearly 15 days I am trying to talk customer care but no response..still digital gold selling trnasction failed.....

Sell gold amount not credited or digital gold amount not refunded to account

Hello Sir,

I am Biki Dey, My komparify id is [protected]@gmail com, I had 1.342 gm digital gold balance, on 05.02.2023 I sold that gold vide order id :[protected] and[protected], but in the digital gold orders it shows that "transaction failed you can retry sale" but the digital gold balance has been deducted from my account and I haven't received any amount yet. Here by I'm requesting you to please solve this issue...

Gold transaction failed

I'm Biki Dey. My Komparify id is [protected]@gmail.com . I have 1.342 gm digital gold in my account. Today I sold my 1.250 gm digital gold having order id[protected], but I haven't received the transaction mail yet in my gmail and in the Digital gold orders it shows that transaction got failed and available digital gold balance is 0.092 gm. I don't understand if the transaction got failed then why the available gold balance is showing...

I am writing to file a complaint against Komparify, an online mobile recharge website, for their failure to process the refund for my mobile recharge order (order number:[protected] despite multiple requests and follow-ups.

On 16th Jan 2023 at 12:2o AM, I placed an order for a mobile recharge on komparify.com and made the payment through Lazypay. However, due to some technical issues, the recharge was not successful....
