I am writing to file a complaint against Komparify, an online mobile recharge website, for their failure to process the refund for my mobile recharge order (order number:[protected] despite multiple requests and follow-ups.
On 16th Jan 2023 at 12:2o AM, I placed an order for a mobile recharge on komparify.com and made the payment through Lazypay. However, due to some technical issues, the recharge was not successful. I immediately requested for the cancellation of the order and refund of the amount to the original source of payment, Lazypay.
Despite multiple emails and feedbacks submitted on their website, I have yet to receive a satisfactory response from Komparify regarding the status of my refund. The transaction was failed, and it is unacceptable that the refund has not been processed. I have also received an email from the team stating that the amount was refunded to my recharge points on komparify.com, however, upon checking, I couldn't find any refund in my recharge points.
I am extremely disappointed with the lack of response and resolution from Komparify regarding this matter. I have tried to resolve this issue through their customer service channels, but to no avail. I am requesting for your assistance in resolving this issue and getting my refund processed as soon as possible.

We also see that the wallet amount was used for alternative successful recharges.
