I am traveling from sangli to pune on 21 st at 7:30 am bus. I had purchased ticket at 400 rs via online. And it has been observed in journey that because of bus empty 3 passenger is been picked up from the route at the fare of 300, 200 rs and 200 rs

This is to inform you that we are not fool to choose konduskar and travel from one destination to another.

I am travelling from pune to sangli on 11th may 2018 from bus no. Mh09ca 1410. This is the worst bus ever. Doesn't even feel like a volvo. Msrtc buses are better than this. Driver is driving too slow. Ticket for this is 600/- and such worst service. Will never travel through konduskar and suggest everyone to not travel through konduskar. Worst service...

Today i book my ticket via konduskar app through after that booking confirmation money is deduct from bank but no any confirmation sms & mail from your end. And then your android apps got hang.

I try to login apps but showing error password wrong after that reset password same error...

We are traveling from sangli to borivali via dadar on 29th dec 2017 boarded at 9:45pm from sangli and my wife is not feeling well in that course she request for washroom one time we have ask driver to stop any where and second. Time we requested when driver stopped for change it was hardly 200 mts from petrol pump driver said its not opened anyways we manage to go. Useless callcenter have ever seen. Booked a ticket on 24th nov from miraj to pune at morning 8:45am then as plan got changed called the call center at 9 am to cancel the ticket as it was been booked on konduskar app. Lady says, i cant give you the return now so i will transfer the ticket for tomorrow and you may call the concerned person and cancel the ticket so that you will get refund. So called helpline they said we cant help you out....

15th oct 2017, pune to goa,
Pick up bus from nigdi was cancelled and my mom was asked to report at swargate. My mom having some leg pain because of age coudn't travel to swargate alone. When asked if i could cancel the tickit and get the refund, i was assured to get full refund.
Today 27th oct 2017, i am calling konduskar office for 3 consecutive working days but they are not willing to respond....

It was 17 th oct 2017. Travelling from pune swargate to sangli. Ticket was 700rs.ac seater. Bus had some internal problem due to which it stopped after an hour. Customers were told to sit in another bus arranged by them. But it was small and all passengers were not able to get there sits. Even after paying 700rs i was told to sit in front with driver which was too bad. I want that this peoples should be warned for there mistakes....

Konduskar travels company is bus operator i had booked a ticket from for my brother and for my deewali travel. They cancelled the bus without any prior intimation and when contacted were arrogant. As it's a festival season he couldn't get any other bus and left stranded for hours. This has caused me a lot of trouble and stress. I suggest people not to book this bus....

My boarding point was kamini chinchwad 10.30 pm
And bus name was sana m b link i was waiting from 10.15 pm till 11 pm after trying many call s at booking office they told me that bus was moved at 10.45 pm
Between this period no any bus that named was moved n nobody's announced that some others names bus means sana m b link..... Finally i demand returns my money they told contact to toll free no. But toll free no is not picking...

Sir, i had submitted on online complaint regarding 2% charges for card swipe on my booking ticket (I) from kolhapur to vashi (10/06/2017) and (Ii) vashi to kolhapur (11/06/2017). An amount of rs 46/- (2%) was charged by the travel company konduskar travels, kolhapur maharashtra.
A complaint was lodged asking for evidence to charge or refund the amount charged.
In the auto response it was informed that the company would respond...

I am a regular passenger and travel a lot between Pune to Kolhapur route. On 1st of May 2017, I was travelling from Kolhapur to Pune using konduskar volvo bus with ticket cost of 550 and bus timing was 11:30 pm. Bus was late and the customer care executive told us to wait for 30 mins.Old bus named Kondusar arrived at around 12:30 and driver started asking for Pune 11:30 passengers.
