Kotak Mahindra Insurance — CHEATING WITH THE CANDIDATES | |||
Hello, I am from Kolkata. And once I got a call from kotak mahindra insurance (Middleton Row, Kolkata - 700071, Near Maidan Metro Station, Shakespeare Sarani branch). I wan asked to come for an interview for the post of consultant trainer. Later, I visited the office at the above address (AC Market 1st floor). Where the HR told me about everything about the job profile as a Consultant Trainer. And on the next day they charged me of 2000 rupees for the Trainer Examination fees. I deposited the same. After then, the HR (debasmita sinha) told me that the job is for the insurance agent profile job where I have to sell their insurance policies in order to become a Trainer. They completely put me in the dark about the whole matter till they received the money. As soon they got the money the truth was revealed. They will steal your hard earned money & nothing else. So, its my request to all, don't fall in the prey of these type of fraud job offerings.This is the only way to earn for the company. I also would like to Was this information helpful? | |||

I m associated with kotak life for a long time... U hv shared incomplete and incorrect information. ...irdai charges 1k only...and career that had been proposed to u it comes after completing certain criteria followed by validation. ...
i[censored] r not selected /i[censored] r not interested then u can get refund yr fees if yr docs r not submitted. ..For that u must contact to the recruiter.

They called me today for same post, they told me that they are gonna provide 4 months free training, so if they ask me for irda fees or some thing like that I am not going to pay a single penny.

totally fake interview they just want money in delusion of fee..I went today for the experience purpose and lughing inside when that man faking infront of me.. he said kotak pay 10k for my trainning I have to pay 1k for
registration, I said kotakbis hare for social service how funny.. main point they simply want your mobey in name of registration totally fake.. I got some work on dhramtala and visit the office for time pass nothing else, yes I had to pay 2 rupees for my cv xerox.. But never go its trap nothing else, they never ask you a single question in interview only try to mold your head to have money from you

Today i'm go there & pay Rs1300. I don't know whats going on...i think i just give my money in water. Bad luck !!

I got call from kotak mahindra and I went there they called and told me job profile. I agree for that job...afterwards one HR came and told me that m not eligible coz I m non indian...and I came back...so anyone outside of india plz don't go for such type of interview..
Kotak mahindra(chandni chowk kolkata) they are fraud they ask me for money and documentation. I submit that with money but my whole documentation was not submited still they ask me for money i gave them than they said submit your PAN card than we will process your documentation further.i am waiting for my PAN card still i dont get but i have already applied for that and now i get to know about all this fraud cases of this company and their agents at first they say that u r hiring for H.R post but after given money they completely change their words now they are not giving my money nor my documentation.i want my money back.tell me from where i get my money back
why this people playing game with us? it is a reputed financial organisation but i can't understand why they cheat with the candidate. i have also give the money 1100/-. but after see this site i totally confused with this matter.
it's only there business policy to cash collection.nothing else.they r clever enough thats why they mention u to come for an interview along with original pan cards and marksheets .after submitting your originals u will be going to know the exact job role.its an insurance agent job.they usually claim rs 1000 for an exam of insurance agent.once u submit ur original then they will convince u to submit the fees.so guys i[censored] want to face the interview dont carry ur original documents and never submit before knowing the proper job role, designation and not before getting the offer letter.

Initially they tell you that they will hire you as a consultant trainer/ lead manger and tell you that you will get a fixed remuneration... But for that they charge IRDA fees... Once you pay the fees... They reveal the truth... They say your salary will be variable and depends on number of policy you sell... Then if you agree to become an agent.. Then they succeed... And if you disagree then the 1000 rs exam fee is the return to them... For wasting time on you.
