i went for interview today, for the position o[censored]nit manager. They will charge Rs 1100 for the exam that they will conduct after 1 week training. Now from this 1100 they will return 1000 after the result is out. They will give the receipt for the amount paid for the exam. They asked me to submit the photocopies of highest qualification certificates and NOT ORIGINALS. They never said to submit originals. The confirmation letter is given only when you complete your probationary period successfully which takes place after the 1 week training program.

Today (on 19th May '2017) I also get an interview call from Kotak Mahindra office (1st Floor A.C. Market, Shakespeare Sarangi, near Maidan metro stn.).. The contact person who called me a while back is Mr. Debashish Ranjan Ray (Mob : [protected]). On the forthcoming Monday I've my interview. I asked him for which post or profile they are calling but he didn't mention rather he had told it's for various posts. The thing that struck my head is, they have told me to carry my CV, all original academic certificates, photos along with my Bank Passbook on the day of interview. Now this is awkwardly weird..Why should one carry his/her Bank Passbook for the interview. What the hell is going on! Kotak Mahindra is quite popular company but yet they are cheating with people and if they are frauds then how they can manage to run their fake company till date? Why even no legal action has been taken against then? Be aware Do Not Pay Money For Getting Any Job..

Exactly Rimi you are absolutely right.We are going through vulnerable situation in Kolkata job circle.
Yes that particular branch is fraud don't fall in their trap .
I was about to go on the same address for the interview. This time the caller is Raveena ([protected]), Kotak Mahindra office (1st Floor A.C. Market, Shakespeare Sarangi, near Maidan metro stn.). Before going to any interview, i always try to look into this website about the company information and its very helpful. Thank you all of you guys to share this important piece of knowledge and saved many.

I thing they are following the post and so now they are playing safe . I think next time they call you ; you should ask them the everything in details .

I have been called two times in two days for that interview. They have asked me to go there tomorrow with all my docs wearing formal for the same. I have decided not to go. No company calls for interview, they firstly mail you and then may be arrange a call but only for just one time when you don't make any response to their mail.

But whenever i try to find this office in google they always show the insurance office of kotak which is on the 1st floor.
Can someone plz help me out if this is fake or not..??
