Kotak Mahindra Insurance — CHEATING WITH THE CANDIDATES

First of all none of the reputed/recognized company will take charge for training purposes or documnetation verification.There must be some doubtful situation.So we all need to be careful.Similar to Kotak Mahindra there are various companies/consultancy who promises to get you job in private banking(without sales), they also charge some fees(documentation fees etc), after some you will get to know that either you won't get a call for the interview or the job profile must be totally sales based.So beware of these jobs ads.Report it as soon as you get something.
Thanks Abhi and others for mentioning Kotak Mahindra.Even I have also faced the same.Though I haven't paid the IRDAI exam related training fees.They are going to tell different job profile name, but basically all are sales belongings.

I have worked Kotak Mahindra Bank Online Data Entry work and Now they are not giving me.the amount for which i have worked. They are charging me money some times they i have registration amount -1499 Agreement Fee 1349 Gst charges 1766 File Updation Charges 4259 Noc Charges 2956 and all the charges are refundable. I HAVE PAID TOTAL 11829. BUT THEN ALSO THEY HAVE NOT CREDITED MY AMOUNT OF TOTAL 11829 + 4000 Amount i have worked. NOW THEYTOLD ME AGAIN I HAVE TO PAY 5350 FILE PROCESSING FEE THEN THEY WILL TRANSFER THE AMOUNT.

I got a call from kotak mahidra group 166B SP Mukherjee Road Merline Link Building (2nd floor)(Nearest Metro Kali Ghat) on 24/07/19. The agent Sudipa Malakar([protected]) had told me that my cv is shortlisted for the profile as team leader and told me to come for an interview tommorow . When I asked her that I've never heard about a post like that in any banking sector, then she answered me that it's not a bank it's a financial group!! and told me to bring only a hard copy of CV and nothing else!!Then astoundingly she told me if any other person call you from the same company tell them that you are already selected for an interview!! What is the meaning of that!!Then after I got 4 missed calls from [protected] but i didn't recieve it. I'm not going tommorow for that fraud interview because I've got approximately dozens of calls like that from another company too who've told me to pay instantly from net banking then only they will confirm my seat for that vacancy. I know they will also ask me to pay some amount of money.

Oh my god..thank god I decided to look up on the internet about this job..always had a doubt..was scheduled to go for an interview on Monday but I'm not going after seeing all these..I asked the person who called me if there will be any fees..she repeatedly said there will be no fees for the interview..direct company..blah blah..but now it seems like they charge after the interview, which is called registration fees..thank u guys for saving my money..never go for ads on Quikr..try naukri.com instead

I am new in Kolkata,
Due to some personal problem, I shifted from Bangalore to Kolkata recently

I got a call from Kotak Mahindra, Shakespeare Sarani Branch and i attended the interview over there and they are asking for IRDA fees of 1200rs.

Can anyone guide me whether its genuine or not?
If not Plz suggest some good options in kolkata.

If possible we build one WatsApp group so that no body will get cheated and easily we can communicate with each other and share the useful information.

This is absolutely genuine.The charge is given for appearing in the IRDA exam. Kotak doesn't take any money. It Examination charge is paid to IRDA. In the insurance sector passing IRDA exam is necessary and mandatory. Kotak provides an in-depth training t all the aspirants and taking the training and passing IRDA exam is mandatory for anybody who is interested to work in the insurance sector.So there's nothing to panic or mark this an not genuine without going through the process.

Yesterday, I got a call ([protected]) from Sankar Bhaat, Kotak Mahindra, Sarani, A.C, maidan branch, they took our interview along with other guys at zoom app, first, they told u, after this interview if we get selected, there will be documentation after that you need to write IRDA exam for that exam you need to pay a sum of 1200 Rs then after, wards if you get selected we have to undergo 3 months training where we will be getting around15k training salary once training gets over we will be inducted in company's payroll, where our salary will be around above 20k.
What they are concealing is that, this exam is for an "insurance agent" not for getting any permanent job position, as I was offered "Business Development Manager post". Once you write this exam they will reveal you all dark truth that this job is only for an insurance agent where the agent has to sell certain things to qualify to get certain commission or incentive, no such fixed salary as such.
This is a scams which they are running, these scamsters getting our number from Quikr, Naukari.com etc.
Beware don't fall for this. Your money doesn't fall from the tree right!

Hi, i got a call from kotak mahindra bank, Bidhan Nagar Kolkata . The person's name is Prabir kumar Das. He is asking me to come to their office tomorrow with my documents and asking for 1200 rs. as irda exam fees. Should I go or not?

I am Tapannita Das.Two months ago, I had got call from kotak mahindra life insurance, barasat.They charged me Rs 1200 for the Irda exam.First They said that my fixed salary was 10000 and to collect minimum three policy.After passing the exam, they want activation code.That means I have to collect one policy.And now i heard that I will collect 3 policy and then my salary system will be started.My salary will depend on the number of policies.First They want one policy from my family and relatives.Noone will agree with it from my family.I do not know about this matter before getting job.what should I do?please help me.I shall never get my money back.please help.
