I ordered women watch.But I got a men watch.I don't like this.It's very big. It's not look smart also.women can't wear this watch.so change it sir.The product is good. But it's not a wonen watch.so only I return this product. please return my order as soon as possible and refund my money as a cash on delivery. Return my order quickly.

The received product was mismatch, it was entirely different.
There is no prompt response from Latestone.com customer service.
Very Worst People!

After i called up to them, they are saying me to return it back by my money spent. since they don't have service in my pin code.
BUT THEY CAN DELIVER IN MY AREA, THEY COULDN'T TAKE BACK THE RETURN.

I dont want to return/replace or need refund from Latestone.com.
Instead, i advice everyone don't buy any of the products from Latestone.com. Also, i am throwing it in the dustbin.

Reason:
Every single product in Latestone.com is fake.

They will scam you by putting a branded product image in their Ad listing and delivery you the duplicate stuff they got.

All of their stuff is duplicate. but the ad posting peoples are informed by the management to post genuine images to attract buyers, and the selling products are duplicate.

Since, they know it while the order is placed. very cheap ecommerce company selling cheap products.

Scamming/bluffing/playing bogus with all buyers.

I am not acceptted watch, watch pending is scratch and not perfect penting am not like this watch please change the watch.

I m buy samsung on 5 back cover from latest one.com site but product is so cheap quailty so i decided to return the product after a week their courier agent pick up the courier. There's 4 mont now done but my money cant send to my bank account. So please give me my money back or i will complain on ur site in indian forum court. I i'll also sent mail

I ordered a watch on 9 March 2017 with order no. Lo4410503 . i due to some reason canceled the order and generated a ticket no. 117291 as their website demands to make a ticket ( return request) but i never got the watch and i am yet to receive my refund money back. I called their customer Care number at least hundred times but they always say all our executives are busy and after some time drop the call. Plz help me from this online fraudster company.

Today only i recieve my order Ptron A1 smart watch, order id:-LO4485832, everything is good but it is not connecting with my android phone through bluetooth, i have tried all the things, resetted the watch also, rebooted the phone also but nothing happens by doing that all..
is there any solution of my problem...?😟
And without connecting it with phone it is like useless...!

My watch is not starting though I charged it for 2hours. I inserted SIM card than charged for two hours but it is no getting on. Do the needful.

I also peel off the front paper. If I not get it solved shortly I will do the best what can I do. I have tried to contact with customer service center more than fifteen times but they don't respond satisfactorily. I also recorded all the conversation.
