Dear sir i ordered a product vr box from latest one site in image its looking gud and very nice but when i recieve it and open it.. And works it.. Its really totylay disappointed me its not good as my thinking. So i want do a mail to return this product but the caompany said to me. Send this oder myself to the compny address but..in online shopping.. If we shop a item and aftr getting this if we not like it we can return it and the corrier boy of company take it back.. Its company responsibility to send his corrier to return item but.. This compny says me to return yourself.. Ordered three items on latestone in march month payment was also done through debit card, one of the products was found to be in non working condition. Raised the request of return withing 24 hours, person did not turn up from them so had to mail the customer support. No response was received after several calls, mails and follow up some stupid mail is being copied and pasted every time mail is sent. First of all their product is faulty and if i am trying to get my refund of rs 299/ they are deducting 90 rs for taxes and refunding only 209 rs and they say its their policy. I am waiting for my refund till date, after talking to customer care they agreed but not refund the partial amount of 90 rs. Overall the worst experience of shopping with this fraud website, they take your precious money and cheat you big time. I have sent 15 mails to them, shared bank details twice, but they never call / respond and least bothered to give my money back which was taken in advance.
