I placed the order for a tab cover on 22 Feb.
I received it on 28 Feb, the product was defective.
I placed a return request on the same day.they asked me to ship the product, I did so, and it reached their address on Mar 7. Since then, their emails only say that the return Will be initiated but nothing is done yet.i need my refund +shipping charges
