Money problem so plz cancel...

I ordered the sumsung s5 case,
but not recives sumsung s5 case.
Then please replace it....

I had received the product on 11 .04.17 on 4 pm but while giveng charge to mobile charge doesn't remain in power bank only 1, to 2, hours so my request to refund the product....

Some personal problems of money and office by my boss and other.some money problem of my life. So please cancel my order....

My mob number attached with my address, this courier guys don't try to contact me . I think after they returned my order few days . I advice you don't give eny order to delhivery . I received it on 28 Feb, the product was defective.
I placed a return request on the same day.they asked me to ship the product, I did so, and it reached their address on Mar 7. Since then, their emails only say that the return Will be initiated but nothing is done yet.i need my refund +shipping charges...
